They are very welcoming and very patient especially if you are indecisive on what you want. I couldn't have asked for a better staff to take care of me. The staff are very gentle and caring when handling your nails. Services: They offer a wide variety of services and extras. I really like that about this place. I can either come in and get the same old same old or I can get something I've never gotten before. Selections: They have the biggest selection of polishes I have ever seen and their always adding new ones it's awesome. They have a beautiful selection of acrylics as well which is really nice. My favorite by far and my usual go to is their gel polish, every time I go in they have always added to the collection and it's amazing. Prices: They have the best prices out of every place I've ever been and you definitely get what you pay for. You will not be disappointed and it's worth every penny. I spent about $120 not including the tip. Experience: Thus far I have been here twice and my experience is always above and beyond expectations. I have never been disappointed. Very good customer service and my nails look so much better! After they effort they gave to make things right and making my nails look how I wanted them to I will return! Will not be returning. I should have looked at my nails one good time before talking out of the door. I think the guy but my full set on and painted in 15 minutes. None of my nails are evenly straight. Some of them are longer than others. I asked for matte black and he missed the back of my nails and the sides. I think I could have went to Walmart and did a press on job better for $8 rather than spending $71 with tip for these. I'm only giving a 2 star because my daughter got her nails cut and painted and the lady did good with her.

It doesn't take to long and the prices are fair for the work they do. They try to get you in and out as soon as possible but still do a great job. They do know how to do different designs which a lot of nail salons in Lancaster don't or only can do a few basic things.
