Staff: Where can I start, the people who work here treat you like family no matter if your a new customer or an old one. You will always be greeted with a friendly smile and polite staff. They are very welcoming and very patient especially if you are indecisive on what you want. I couldn't have asked for a better staff to take care of me. The staff are very gentle and caring when handling your nails. Services: They offer a wide variety of services and extras. I really like that about this place. I can either come in and get the same old same old or I can get something I've never gotten before. Selections: They have the biggest selection of polishes I have ever seen and their always adding new ones it's awesome. They have a beautiful selection of acrylics as well which is really nice. My favorite by far and my usual go to is their gel polish, every time I go in they have always added to the collection and it's amazing. Prices: They have the best prices out of every place I've ever been and you definitely get what you pay for. You will not be disappointed and it's worth every penny. I spent about $120 not including the tip. Experience: Thus far I have been here twice and my experience is always above and beyond expectations. I have never been disappointed. I will recommend this salon every chance I get.

Very good customer service and my nails look so much better! After they effort they gave to make things right and making my nails look how I wanted them to I will return! Will not be returning. I should have looked at my nails one good time before talking out of the door. I think the guy but my full set on and painted in 15 minutes. None of my nails are evenly straight. Some of them are longer than others. I asked for matte black and he missed the back of my nails and the sides. I think I could have went to Walmart and did a press on job better for $8 rather than spending $71 with tip for these. I'm only giving a 2 star because my daughter got her nails cut and painted and the lady did good with her.

I wanted square with rounded edges, and I walked out with more like a coffin style nail. My nails are super short. They are shorter than the tip of my finger. I paid $65 to leave and sit in my car crying because I had a date and my nails look hideous. I wish I was exaggerating, but I'm not exaggerating at all. I had to cut the tips of my nails off so they didn't look so much like a coffin nail. I will never come back.

The receptionist indicated that she was "almost a manager because I've been here the longest" - not sure what that even meant. lol! Hmm. I went back to see Ryan again and for a full new set and some epic nail art. I showed him a…read morephoto on IG and he went to town. I should have known right from the get-go that it wasn't going to be what I wanted based on the first step. He used stiletto tips and then cut it into a coffin shape, but the way he put the tips on was at a huge angle, and they were pointed up ward if that makes sense. Then, he piled on TONS of acrylic to make the top of the nail flat and make up for the angle underneath. When I mentioned they were too thick, he used the dremel to drill upward even further, and they were still crazy thick! If you viewed the nails from the side they looked like they were about to fall off. The way they were applied made the coffin shape look more like square. The nail art turned out pretty cool. It was different than what I had in mind, but it was definitely neat. I would consider going back to another nail tech for the acrylic and have Ryan do just the nail art. With the encapsulated glitter, he just made them WAY too thick (and I've had encapsulated glitter many times), and the shape was so off that it couldn't even be corrected without doing a new set. Stiletto tips shouldn't be used for anything other than stiletto nails.
