If I could do less stars I would, I have been trying this place numerous times just to give them the benefit of doubt. I have tried over 4 different techs all of them have only gotten worse each time I went. They put two dips in the mixture and then call it done, and barely file and shape them. They don't go down to the end of the cuticle and so when they are done they look they have already grown out a week before I even walked out the front door. I work in an administrative type job and don't have to use my hands in a heavy capacity to much so after the first week and my nails started to chip and break off I knew something was wrong. This has never happened until I started getting them done here. I have had 4 with in a week and a half fall off already. Not happy, before I left the nail place this last time the tech guy asked me if I was happy and did I like my nails.. I started to say well I didn't particularly care for the way my one nail looked and he interrupted me and said oh well they are done now, too late. Laughs and goes on to the next person. What poor business practice this place has. I will not be returning ever again. Complete waste of money!! I can spend my $40 somewhere else and get a much better manicure and be much happier. read more

What a big ripoff. I have been visiting this salon off and on for 5 years. The quality has gone down hill enough to look for another place. I went in for a pedi/mani and waxing. The waxing occurred first and then got the pedi. In the past, they have always completed the manicure at the same time they completed the pedi. Yesterday, my pedi was complete and I had to wait an additional 15 minutes for them to start my manicure. I always ask for a full manicure, with the massage, etc., but no color. Well, the manicure lasted at best 15 minutes and they charged me $50.00. No massage, paraffin,etc. The owner constantly berates her staff and creates a stressful environment. Whenever I visit Dallas I get my nails done here. The pedicures are the best. (I got the Lavender) great leg/foot massage and the ladies are very nice. It is expensive, but it is much more than a typical pedicure. I felt totally relaxed when I left and my nails looked great. read more

This was the worst service experience I have ever had in my life. I have been going to nail salons since I was 3 years old and I am now 20 so I have an understanding of what they should do. Me and my friend wanted gel pedicures so we just picked out the basic pedicure which is $26 not bad at all we thought gel would make it like $30 or $35 like most places but no, you add the $30 to the $26 so it would be over $50 and I'm in college so I said no. Then the manager which I think is the owner was rude from the beginning. I could tell she was friendlier to the regulars which is normal but to create regulars to bring in more clients for you, you have to be nice. She was rushing my nail girl she was yelling at her to finish. I go to get pedicures because I get bad ingrown toe nails as she was about to do it the owner started yelling at her to stop and hurry and then she only did one coat of color and then they rushed me out of the chair. This is by far the biggest scam ever!! I asked for a mani and pedi and got charged $160 due to some extra creams and massage. Apparently Sam and Tony pamper you with super expensive hot towels and rare lotions that left my skin looking the same as it did before I came in. No one ever asked me if I wanted these extra services...seems like they just snuck them in. To make matters worse my nails chipped and peeled after one and a half weeks. The money is not an issue for me, but the ridiculous overcharging is obscene. read more

I just got back from having a manicure and pedicure done and I cannot say enough about the good experience I had. Everyone is super nice and attentive and all are very informative and speak English very well so their was no barrier gap there. The chairs and bubbling spas all work awesome and they offer a wide variety of services without the crowd. They make sure that you get a great massage and are definitely well pampered! I left feeling very relaxed and I would recommend this to others and I will definitely be back. I would rate this place an A+. read more

I was there today and have been going to this spa for over a year. Today, I asked for a "regular" spa pedicure and was charged $43. The guy that did my pedicure was laughing and talking in Vietnamese about charging me this price. They have lost my business because of his stupidity! read more

I have had my nails done at this business for six months. The price for a manicure is a little more expensive than other business in the area but they are convenient. I called and asked how much it would cost for my daughter (a Student) to get a pedicure done and was told they offer student price of $25 (regular pedicure is $30). I sent my daughter there last week and when she came home with my credit card receipt I was SHOCKED. They charged her $45 for a pedicure. She said she told them she was a student and didn't know what to say when they charged her so much. She didn't want to argue so she simply signed the slip and left. I phoned again and confirmed the price $25 for student pedicure. I just went up to the business and told the gentleman at the front desk that there must be a mistake and showed him the receipt for $45 (and a $5 tip!) He said that the only way you get the student price is if you state in advance "I want the student pedicure" and that they charged her for the $40 higher level pedicure and $5 extra for white tip polish (less nail polish but cost is $5 more). I told him that she stated when she walked in that she wanted a pedicure and never asked for a more expensive/higher level one that would cost $20 more. She was told to pick her color and they sat her down and started the pedicure. NEVER did they ask if she wanted to upgrade to a higher level of service. They just did it and charged her more. He was unwilling to discuss any further even when I told him I would no longer come there for my manicures. TERRIBLE customer service and in my opinion they took advantage of my 18 year old daughter by overcharging her and not providing the standard service she requested. There are so many other options in the Flower Mound area that you don't have to settle for this kind of treatment by a business. read more
