I am so very disappointed- to the point that I feel robbed. I was charged $20 for ombré, however the technician only used one color for the fill. I was charged $5 for the shape, but the shape didn't change...I just received the normal filing that should come with the service. I was charged an additional $5 for long nails and they are mid-length. There were a few more questionable charges. The staff is extremely kind, so I don't want to take that away from their services. However, the fees are absurd and the fact that it changes (increases) for the same services each visit makes me question the owner's ethics. Needless to say they lost my business after today's visit.

The lady handed me a price list from the stack of pamphlets sitting on the counter. When it was time to checkout none of the prices matched the charges. I brought this to her attention and she said the list she gave me was old. She refused to honor the prices and said there was no manager or anyone else who would change the prices.
