They had an argument with everyone that was before me because they seemed unsure themselves about their pricing policy. I've been coming to this place for a while. Reasons for continuing to go was because prices were reasonable, and the lady, Kim, who did my pedicure, was good. Overtime, I noticed she kept cutting corners, and would rush through my pedicure, and barely scrub my feet. Sometimes, I'd have to ask her if she could scrub my soles longer. Fast forward today, I had a pedicure appointment with, Kim, at 1:30, I arrived at 1:27, and waited 20 mins for her to start my pedicure. No big deal, that didn't really bother me since I know things happen and they get busy. I go to sit down, no thank you for waiting, no nothing. I ignore that also. I ask Kim if they have a specific color, and she grudgingly tells me she doesn't know, to look at the colors she gave me. Clearly, I was asking because I didn't see the color. She starts rushing through the pedicure right away; a couple of people come in for a pedicure. Kim sits ab older Caucasian lady next to me. All while the entire time, Kim is rushing, almost like if she's annoyed that she's helping me. I even ask her twice if she is ok, and she just says yes. I could feel the energy, and I just felt like I was a bother to her. Kim seemed to be more concerned about the older lady sitting next to me, than focusing on my pedicure. She looks over and over to see if the lady is ok or upset that she has to wait. Kim also asked her if her jacuzzi water is fine. When I sat down, and put my feet in the water, it was hot, and I told her it was hot, and she came over to turn on the cold water and seem bothered. So, Kim rushes to the pedicure, doesn't even scrub my feet. At this point, I told myself' " I'm never coming back to this place again." As soon as she's done, she rushes over to the older lady sitting next to me, and she thanks her for waiting. Says please and thank you for everything. My point is, I received a completely different treatment from the older Caucasian lady. I'm assuming here, but it almost felt like she was catering to her because she seemed like a wealthy older lady. I could be wrong, but there was no reason or justification for the difference in treatment. But there was a big difference. It didn't sit well with me, especially since I've been supporting their business for a while. The prices have been going up for the past year, and I would rather pay that price or more and get equal service. I don't recommend this place to anyone. It seems like all they care about is customers that look like they have money or have money. Everyone else will receive mediocre service. Take your business elsewhere. read more

Probably one of the worst nail places i have been because of how rough and rude the younger guy was.. I believe his name was Eric. He burned me and i was bleeding on 3 different fingers with the electric file. It cost me more to get a fill then get a full set. $39 to get a gel fill and my little sister got a full set gel for $32. I went to Nailed It on Saturday. I had an appointment at 9:00. I ended up being in the salon for 2 and a half hours. I really don't think they knew what they were doing. I have UV Gel nails and they put my nails to soak in finger nail polish remover. I didn't want them to come off I just wanted a fill. My biggest gripe was when it came time to pay. My total bill was $88 plus $1 for using my ATM Card. I don't know what their pricing was but $89 total was a bit much for my budget. I will not be going back to them. read more

I hate to leave this review but I'm afraid there is a gentleman who is employed here that possibly does not have a license. I'm glad my toddler was taking pictures and was able to take a photo of him so be on the lookout for him and DO NOT let him do your nails. Henry is great at his work and I've known him since he previously worked at envious nails in Hemet which by the way I'm going to stick to going to as they've never let me down just wanted to try this new salon. So let me explain this experience that I was in absolute awe about because in the many years over 20 I've been getting my bails done I have NEVER experienced this. So as usual I go in to nail salon do my pedicure with my toddler sitting next to me as she gets one as well. During my pedicure I was getting my nails done by the pictured gentleman (didn't get his name) my fault. He was rude but I didn't really pay mind to that he cut my real nails way too low and it hurt, he proceeded to put on the fake nails and did so incorrectly (how you may ask) he put nails on pointing upward I don't even know how they glued on. He got glue ALL over my fingers ( this has never happened to me anywhere) he cut three of my fingers and while bleeding he failed to address it or help in any way. The guy doing my pedicure gave me some solution for the bleeding. WHY did I let him keep going from there I ask myself. I'm too nice and I never like to complain and I was trying to give him the benefit of the doubt so he continued. I am so mad I didnt take a picture after he put the powder on my nails it was ridiculous. My nails were all different sizes, glued on fingers/hands,the powder was everywhere the nails were so lumpy and crooked I just couldn't believe my eyes it literally looked like my toddler had done my nails. I finally had enough and told Henry asked him how he could even fix such a mess. Well... he couldn't he had to put me through the whole redoing process take off all the powder,nails etc it was a mess! Sure Henry fixed it but also asked me not to tell anyone about the incident. While I'm still sitting there I see this same guy do a pedicure and hear the poor lady complaining about him too. Mind you I have a toddler and I have to time everything accordingly. I was livid THREE hours later I'm barely going to leave the salon I thought I would get some kind of discount nope nothing! I was even asked if I wanted to tip for my pedicure by Eric (that was not great, no massage nothing special ugh) and crappy first full set I got even more upset after dumping 100$ here don't even know on what did nothing special. I will not be returning and I want to make sure everyone has heads up as I would hate anyone else to have this experience. THIS PLACE IS AMAZING! I went in yesterday, 2/23/19, after walking out of another nail salon. I was already so frustrated with my service from the previous nail salon and how horrible my pedicure turned out, but when I got to Nail It, Henry was so polite and did an INCREDIBLE job on my nails. So precise and overall a wonderful job. I will definitely be coming here every two weeks for my fills and occasional pedicures! Ask for Henry. He knows his stuff! read more

Last Saturday 3/9 my fiancé and I came in for both of us to get pedicures and for me to get a clear dip powder fill with gel polish. We arrived and were seated promptly and they started both our pedicures and my nails at the same time. Soon after they got under way it started to get really busy. The lady who was doing my nails walked away to do someone else's nails. They finished my fiancé's pedicure so he left to go run some errands. Eric (who is very sweet) put the wax on my feet and then started back on my nails. The wax sat on my feet for way too long while he was doing my nails and got cold so he finished up my pedicure (no complaints except the cold wax) and we ended up moving to the table so he could apply the gel polish. $130 and more than 2 hours later I walked out with uneven nails and uneven polish that started peeling off less than a week later. Fast forward to today 3/16 I went back to have my nails re-polished and they are still uneven. Eric was very nice and apologetic about it but I won't be back for my fingers, pedicures only from Nail It. When you spend that amount of money you should expect more quality service not to be put aside and then rushed through. read more

I usually dont give reviews because I like to forget about it and move on with my day but I really didnt appreciate their customer service. First I called an hour before to make an appointment for 1230. Yes I was 10 mins late due to traffic but when I walked in the door I was immediately welcomed with basically feeling like a nuisance. The girl asked me what I needed and I told her i was here for my appointment and she asked for someone else to come. I told her that I was sorry for being late and when the guy came up he said do u want it for right now and I said yes I have an appointment for 1230 he replied with are u sure u want it right now and I said yes please. The whole entire time he was quiet I wouldn't think there would be a problem since there was no one in the place to begin with. I continued to sit there with an awkward silence. Then it came out to him doing my nails wrong. I wanted an ombre as they have listed on the price list and he basically put polish over my nail and dipped my nail in powder almost tilk the top of my nail which is not an ombre. I showed him a picture like 5 times so I thought he would know what to do and I was not happy. I honestly dont really care too much about my nails yes it's not what I want but more it's about the way you treat others especially your customers. I will not be coming back and it's sad because this was my first time but I feel like i can spend my money where i feel welcomed. I went to get a new set the other day and I told the guy that I wanted my nails square but narrow so that they weren't fat. I showed a picture of what I wanted and I said that I wanted this color but I didnt want the coffin shape. So he put the tips on and They were looking like a coffin shape so I told him that I wanted them square, he continued to tell me that he was making them narrow square but we clearly had 2 different ideas in our heads of what narrow square was. He finished cutting the tips with scissors so he hadn't even shaped them or really put that much time into putting on the tips so I continued to tell him that's not the shape that I wanted. He got up really fast and got very angry with me saying that I don't make sense. I told him that it was fine and he could just continue to work on them with the shape he had already made but he cut them all the way down very short and at this point I really just didn't want to argue with this man so I kept telling him it's fine and do just do them this way. This was already not a good day for me and I really just wanted to finally get my nails redone and after all that happened I just broke down crying lol. Super embarrassing to cry in the nail salon. So Another lady saw what had happened and started over on my nails and gave me what I originally wanted and was very kind. Regardless of what I said even if it may have been confusing, he should not have gotten angry at me the way that he did. My experience at Nail It was below average and worst I've had yet. The lady that did my manicure didn't fully perform what I selected for her to do and she seemed like she didn't want to do anything at all. I have been going to this Nail Salon for about 2 months 1st 2 times were PERFECT...On Oct 4th as I left from having my fill done by PENNY I made an appointment With PENNY for Oct 25th for a Pedicure with anyone there and another fill with PENNY I watched her write it in the book...I arrived for my appointment that I made on Oct 25th and PENNY was with a customer so another girl started my pedicure which was ok...After she finshed her other client I had thought she would start my nails...NOPE...A guy sat down and started my nails...When I asked about PENNY her response was she only had me there for an appointment but no one specific I then reminded her that I had made the appointment 3 weeks prior with her and specifically asked for her... I was upset but I needed my nails done so I let it go...I specifically asked for her and watched her make my appointment...So I let it go and had someone else do them...The work was satisfactory...When I left on OCT 25TH I specifically watched PENNY write my name down in the book for today NOV 8TH at 10 with HER for a FILL and Pedicure...Today I walked in at 950 for my appointment and there was a lady working there alone and she asked me what I was there for...I told Her a a NEW SET WITH PENNY and a PEDICURE ..she stated that she could start my pedicure and then when Penny arrives she can do my nails...So in the meantime 2 other ladies walk in and say they have appointments at 10 with anyone available...then penny walks in with Lisa...They take both of those ladies...So Im getting my pedicure done so I just wait to see what shes going to do...After getting thd other lady started she comes to me and asks me what I needed...I again explained I needed a new set she proceeds to start removing my nails and puts me to soak and goes to finsh the other lady...while finshing my pedicure another 3 people come in the have appointments at 1130...They start getting them ready to be started and Penny finishes her previous customer...So I am thinking shes going to do me next...NOPE here walks over LISA and she takes me to her station I sat down and asked why was PENNY not doing my new set...PENNY Looks over at ME and has the Audacity to tell me that I DID NOT SPECIFY who I wanted so shes got other appointments...My appointment was at 10AM... I was FURIOUS...SERIOUSLY how are you going to TELL ME that after I specifically saw you write it in the BOOK ...Needless to say I had LISA take off my nails and I left...Will never Return...What poor business ethics...BEWARE OF THIS SALON... read more
