I tried to explain that this was not what I asked for and that I only wanted nail extensions with polish, the same as what the male technician did for me the first time. But the owner responded, "You don't know about nails things," and the woman who did my nails also insisted that she did the same thing as the male technician. But that is not true, because the first time there was no powder used at all. IT IS NOT WORTH FOR $71!! This was a very bad experience, and the nails I got look really bad and the details are not done well also the color and shape. I've had my nails done many times before, and this is the first time I've ever received such ugly nails. I have an important event coming up and I have to go there with us ugly nails.
