My nails are not straight, already chipping, and the polish doesn't even cover the entire nail. With it taking that long I couldn't even ask them to fix it because I had to be on my way. $70 for this was just unfortunate. Their chrome was stuck and dried out and they still used it on me. The tech didn't even realize at first how to do it and used her finger. Not to mention I left with dry hands/ no lotion. And my skin was covered in the polymer/ curing for the acrylic nails. Unfortunately, I didn't have a great experience here. When I walked in the whole place smelled like someone had either been smoking inside or right outside the door with the door open. I'm 9 months pregnant, so it was tough to sit through that smell for both a pedicure and manicure. The nail stations were also very dirty and I didn't feel like the tools they were using were sterile/clean. I went here because I was given a gift card as a gift. When I went to check out, they told me that the $60 gift card I had was from the old owners and that they would only let me use half of it. Even though it was still the same business name and branding. Super disappointing! The whole experience just wasn't the best and I won't be going back again. read more

Ooof I feel bad leaving this review because these people seem nice but I honestly I don't know how they are still in business. I brought my two younger daughters in to get their nails done. The talked me into getting the shellac done for my 8 year old and it came off literally the next day (even though they said it would last 3 week) and it cost $50 bucks. My older daughter got dip and they guy did a terrible job. They looked so janky ‍ I got a pedicure and specifically said I do not want my nails rounded, I want them square but she rounded them anyway. When I went to pay I tried asking the girl how much each thing was and she just smiled at me and acted like she couldn't speak English and maybe she couldn't I have no idea but if that's the case then have someone else do it. read more

Got dip and tips by Anna March 8 two nails chipped 4 days later and then the next day a nother broke other places I have been to they've lasted 2 1/2 weeks. I was in mexico when they chipped so I didn't return till the 16th I came back to natural nails the 17th and explained I wanted them all redone because the rest r just going to keep chipping if three broke in 5 days. She would only fix the three that broke at no charge. Would not recommend. When I called the guy on the phone from natural nails told me they should last over 2 weeks and If there chipping that fast they all should be redone he was very nice and apologized but when I came here Anna would only do the three that broke for free and was not nice about it. I've always loved coming here, Kim would always do such a nice job on my nice and take her time on me and I loved it! Then I got Trina. The whole time I was with her she complained about how I was late to my appointment; even though I had told the receptionist that I was going to be 10 minutes late. She complained, and kept saying it was stressing her out because her client that was scheduled 35 after me was going to show up and she was scheduled for "days ahead of time" so she should be a priority, instead of me.. She was rushing through my manicure and would've preferred to do square nails over coffin because it was quicker on time for her. In the end she just really made me feel unwelcomed and I will not be returning back to this salon after this experience. I was told an acrylic fill with coffin was 35+5 but I was charged 43 dollars... yeah it's not that much of a difference but when you're told one thing, but then it's not that.. it's frustrating. Trina kept muttering things in Vietnamese rudely about me to another employee and was just unprofessional about everything. Wish this experience never happened! My wife and daughters scheduled appointments for mani-pedi's while we were here on vacation. They were short staffed, and got started on 3 of them at once, leaving my other daughter soaking for 45 minutes. My wife had to ask 3 times if someone was going to start on my daughter soon. Other customers (regulars I would assume) were coming in and getting service before them, even though they had appointments. All said the pedi was mediocre; my wife said they spent 30 seconds exfoliating each foot. Manicure was mostly polish and lotion rubbed on their hands and forearms. My wife purposely avoided the $35 price point to get a little extra attention. At $45, this wasn't much better. Will not return. read more

Love their pedicures, but if you want a good manicure, don't waste your time and money. Manicures should involve soaking your hands in warm soapy water( not cold) and when I was taught manicures and every one I have had elsewhere has had lotion and hand massage ( isn't that the best part?). I used to really like this salon until they charged me $60 for a full set with shellac and the holographic glitter. The price wouldn't be so bad if I wasn't rushed through my service, both of the owners worked on my nails. I left for vacation the next morning and at the airport the shellac already chipped on two nails) which is supposed to be durable, and is why I paid $15 more to have it put on) then within the next 4 days, I had 4 nails fall off. So I went to get them redone in Florida but called the salon before hand to let them know I'd like another service when I got back. They gave me a hard time and told me they shouldn't give me another service but they would, and when they did they were rude to me the entire time and rushed me but did another horrible job. One word- AWFUL I recently went to Natural Nails to get a manicure with shellack polish. She very aggressively filed my nails to a shape I cannot even describe. She then painted my nails and I was done. 10 minutes. Start to finish was 10 minutes. No cuticle cleanup, no soaking, no mini massage. Zip zero zilch. And the polish job????? It was all over my cuticles, a complete mess. When it came time to pay I told the man at the counter I was not going to pay for the "service" I received and I showed him my nails. He (the owner I think??) started yelling at me in front of everyone in the salon and told me I was making up stories !?!? I will never return and will never recommend this salon. read more

Jenny is who I would recommend, but the whole staff is friendly and seem very well trained. They also do a fantastic job on acrylic nails, and make them look very nice and natural. My mother and I have been going to Trina and Von since summer of 2015, specifically for the SNS nails, and we have never been disappointed. They are one of the only 10 places in the state that does SNS (which I prefer to gel/acrylics because I personally feel they are stronger and better for your nails). I always see Trina, and she is very particular and makes sure she shapes my nails exactly as I ask. If I show her a picture on my phone, she'll ask to refer back to my phone through the shaping process just to make sure she gets it as close as possible. She always gives me the shape I want, and does a great job with doing the nails RIGHT (my last set lasted about 5 weeks before I took them off for work). My mom also loves the service she gets with Von (a co-owner), she's a hoot and always has a story to tell, and I have never heard my mom be more satisfied with a manicure. I currently have a job where my hands get beat up pretty regularly, and even with the wear & tear over the summer (our busiest time) my nails still stood up to the test. My only complaint was that it was impractical for what I needed to do daily, and that's why I didn't get them filled again after they grew out too far. I would recommend Natural Nails, and the SNS nails in general, to anyone who looks for a full set! I will be returning in May once I start my new position to get my full set from Trina! read more

My friend and I just visited natural nails the other day to get a manicure and fake nails. I got in within 5-10 minutes of my appointment, but my friend was waiting for over a half hour! This was incredibly disappointing. However, I am giving them three stars, because they did do our nails nicely and gave my friend a deal on her nails. But, the long wait was very uncalled for, due to two other nail artists not having any appointments during this time and who could have accommodated my friend. read more
