I came in with pretty burnt out highlights that had frazzled my hair and the good ol' triangle haircut that left me with a lot of bulk at my ends. I walked out with natural looking balayage, dazzling dimension, and an amaaaaaazing cut that, I kid you not, took me 15 minutes to style today. Not only that, but my hair feels much healthier all over. Tara whipped me into shape in under 3 hours (unheard of with my mop) and I've had compliment after compliment on how amazing my hair looks (even from my mother who wants to see my long blonde hair in a brunette bob). The staff was very accommodating when I felt the water was too cold, they quickly adjusted. I do think it may have been a water issue because it would change to cold quickly but the staff addressed my concern right away. The person doing my pedicure really took their time and ensured I was comfortable throughout the entire pedicure. After an amazing session I moved on to my nails where I was quickly seated in the high back comfortable chairs. The station was very clean and the manicurist was gently when doing my nails. I asked for just polish but the salon offers an array of options like shellac, gel, dip, designs among other things. Overall I was pleased with the quality, cleanliness, location and service. The salon is beautifully decorated and has bright lighting and a calm atmosphere. It wasn't loud and also not so overly busy or crowed on the day I went (a weekday). It was easy to get to and park. I would say pricing is fair and very similar to the various salons in the area I have been to. I would recommend this salon and will be visiting again

The washing station itself was unlike anything I've ever experienced. The chairs were incredibly comfortable, nearly flat cushy benches with pegs for my feet and the design of the bowl and headrest was next level; I didn't feel a single strain on my neck! Delaney did an incredible job with the drying and styling, which is no small feet with my thick long hair. She gave great attention to detail to ensure my hair looked fantastic! The happy hour pricing made it an absolute steal for such a high end service and experience. She always takes great care of me and gets my nail shape the way I like it every time. She always puts up with my Pinterest nail ideas and impresses me every time I leave her chair. She's the best! This salon is located in the heart of Zeeland and you won't miss it because they always make it look so nice all year round. The flowers in the summer are my favorite. When you walk in there is almost always someone that greets you! During Covid times they had everyone check in to their iPad but more recently we are just sent to wash our hands. That's a great practice for germs! I love it. They have a good selection of books showing dip powders and shellac polishes right by the sink and usually you're seated to get your nails done very quickly - if you make an appointment. But this place needs a good thorough cleaning from top to bottom, before I will return again. I think I saw my pedicurist take her instrument packet from the sanitizer, and start with a new packet. However, the whole place is unkempt: stray hairs stuck to the base of the pedi chairs, stains of unknown origin on some of the plastic, the chairs not wiped off, the motor in the pedi chair not able to get past a labored, wheezy massage (I turned it off). When I sat at the drying table, there was a coating of some kind of powder or dust on the top. Don't know if the Health Department inspects nail salons, but the sanitary conditions at this one definitely need a lot of improvement.

I can't see well without my glasses, so getting my hair cut at all takes a lot of trust, and the end result, (particularly the length and layering, I understand my hair isn't going to look the same as someone else's), really wasn't what I was asking for despite providing multiple reference photos. The hairdresser didn't ask any clarifying questions during the process and decided to style my hair without asking me first, which probably isn't a big deal for most people, but I'm mentally disabled and struggle with sensory input, so getting unexpectedly hit with loud hairdryers and chemical-smelling hair products put me on the brink of a meltdown. I'm not really upset about the hair since it grows back, but the overall experience was a sensory nightmare for me and I don't plan on going back.
