The worst pedicure I have ever had. Was rushed, my skin has a chemical burns due to acetone being left on my nails for to long. The gel polish is extremely bumpy (reference pictures). Did not shape my nails correctly leaving them uneven. Not cleaning the tools in between. Was not worth 40$. read more

Worst experience ever!!! Instruments are not cleaned!!! Three days after having done, infection began under nails. Had removed by another salon. Had a doctor look at them. Ran a culture to find Staff Infections. Now on second round of antiobotics and still not any better. It most likely is now loss of my finger nails. Physician has now turned this into Health Dept since several others have had same experience. Shut this place down!! I went here on Sunday, 10/27/19. I asked for full set, shellac and another service which was $5 extra. My young granddaughter had her nails polished. Total for both was $40.00. I was extremely satisfied with my nails and , of course, granddaughter was thrilled! The technicians were very nice, and mine was very precise. She didn't rush and still completed the service in a timely manner. It was her attention to detail that made this experience really work for me. My nails look wonderful. The store itself was clean and neat. I tend to notice the cleanliness of sinks and proper towel disposal. All was satisfactory. I was only visiting in Holland but if I came back, I wouldn't hesitate to come to this salon again. read more

My sister-in-law and I went there in the morning and we had an appointment. She had Kathy and I had Christie. She got a pedicure and manicure and I just got a manicure. And both ladies took their time and we're very friendly. Other places that I've been to they rush through it so quickly. Then later that day I went back with my niece, because she had to go to school. And I got a pedicure and she got her pedicure and manicure. And she had Tina and I had Kathy. They were very friendly and again took their time. So you didn't feel like you had to be rushed out of there. read more

I was very disappointed in the service I received today. I went in with a friend to get our nails done, she got a full set, I just wanted mine painted (they asked if I wanted gel , I said sure) . I already had a full set on and let them know, not only once but twice. When I got to the lady who did my nails she was unpleasant and clearly not happy to be doing my nails. I love this place. They always get me in with no appointments and they are open on Sundays. Very fairly priced and quick.

I always got my nails done here but as of today i will never go back. $25 for a full set so I brought a friend with and they charged us $45 for a full set. Not only did they rip us off they justified it saying that it costs more to get the almond shape and shalak. I never had to pay extra cause of the dam shape before. and I was never asked if I wanted Shalak, why wouldnt they ask me beforehand. They lost a customer. I will not spend my money there ever again. This place is so dirty, I was thoroughly grossed out when I could feel the slippery scum on the bottom of the pedicure bowl. Everything in this salon needs a thorough cleaning, its not sanitary enough to be doing the kind of work they do for human beings. It's always busy and they do pretty good work but its just a filthy place. They giggle and comment about customers in their asian language which is very rude! Not going back. read more

I'd been going to them for years until I stopped getting my nails done.. I made the mistake of recently getting my nails done there, had to go back the next day to get them fixed because they looked like crap..the acrylic was already chipping off and they were uneven, way to short, and looked grown out as if I had had them for 6 weeks! I went back yesterday to get them removed, they gave me the wrong price when I asked yet tried to make it my fault so I still had to pay the full price SMH, and to top it off the lady sat there and RIPPED OFF THE ACRYLIC NAILS RIGHT ALONG WITH MY NATURAL NAIL!!! My daughter got her nails done. Similar to a previous review, they charged $45 instead of $25. In addition, I called the establishment and provided my credit card to pay for her nails as a birthday surprise her while she was there. When I received the statement, I found that they charged $90 for her nails. The manager refused to credit the account for what I had authorized and even tried to provide me with what was clearly a "signed" fraudulent "credit card" slip for two nail services. My daughter and her friend went in for manicures. My daughter asked for a $8 regular nail polish. She was given shellac and was charged $25. She's 14, she didn't know what to do so she paid it but of course was very upset when she got home so I called and was totally blown off saying we always ask... I don't believe in for a second, the way I was talked to on the phone I believe they know exactly what their doing and took advantage of my daughters age and inexperience. I had a migraine headache coming and thought I would try to relax a little after a very long stressful week with a pedicure that I really shouldn't put off any longer. It was a mistake using this location but I was limited in my choices with the time of day it was. Unlike some salons I have been to this was not a relaxing or inviting atmosphere. They have you lined up right in front of the tables where others are getting their acrylic nails filled and the electric nail files are constantly running. This was my first time visiting this location and my first impression on customer service was sub-par in my opinion. Looking at the signs on the wall warning about not refunding for any services made me think they are not interested in making sure the customer leaves satisfied with the level of service they have provided. I also overheard a young woman talking about drugs which left me less than impressed. There was a lack of English spoken which is an issue to me only because I could not communicate what I wanted to the woman helping me so I did not get what I wanted done. I will say however that I did not feel like I was being rushed which I truly do appreciate. The woman did take her time on my pedicure and did an adequate job without any bells and whistles. The prices are fair as well in comparison to smaller establishments like this that I have visited. I felt like I got my money's worth for the service but they need to work on their representation. read more
