My first two visits were great, but my third visit was not…read more During that appointment, the manicurist over filed the tops of my natural nails using the electric nail file. Almost immediately afterward, my nails became extremely thin and brittle. Since then, they have been consistently breaking and tearing. Some of the breaks go all the way down to the nail bed. It has been incredibly painful and upsetting. To understand what was happening, I went to another nail salon because my nails have always been strong. They assessed the damage and confirmed that my nails had been severely overfiled and structurally compromised. I also consulted a medical professional who came to the same conclusion. I am still dealing with pain and ongoing breakage and it's been over 6 weeks since the visit. I'm sharing this experience as a warning to both the consumer and to the salon. Damage like this doesn't just fix quickly, and it has significantly affected my daily life. I have spent $200+ dollars on products and treatments to deal with the damage and pain. For the first week, I was taking Advil almost daily. I truly wish my experience had been different because everyone there is nice, and my nails did look beautiful after the first two visits, but I cannot recommend this salon based on what happened during my last visit. I think the manicurists at this salon are capable, but they need to be more careful.

I personally bring my own colors because I often end up getting pen or things on my nails and end up touching up at home during my two weeks or so getting my nails done. It's never a problem to bring your own and they'll color for you. They even have waxing service here so you can get your eyebrows done right after your manicure or pedicure. The pedicure stations are comfortable and they always have plenty of magazines to read while you sit in your massage chair and have your pedicure done. They do a great job, full service and you come out looking and feeling great! It really lasts too! My manicure always lasts over two weeks ago well. Quality service here for a great price!
