Nail Eagle is the only place I go to get my nails done now. Not only do they make my nails look great, but they are such friendly and welcoming people. Henry is always acts like you are his best friend when you arrive! I highly recommend Nail Eagle! read more

I've always had amazing service here the workers are extremely friendly and always willing to accommodate! This is the only nail salon that correctly removed my acrylics with acetone rather than just ripping them off! Ouch!! I will never go anywhere else but here again. read more

Can't say enough good things about this salon. They are super helpful and friendly. I feel like I finally have a regular place to go and I know I will not have a bad experience. With some really terrible experiences before it has taken the anxiety out of wondering what I am walking in to. With Nail Eagle I honestly can barely wait the 2 weeks each time to get my nails done because I actually enjoy my time there! You won't be disappointed! read more

I absolutely love Nail Eagle!!!! My grandmother and myself went to give ourselves a self care day, Nancy, Wendy, and Emily were absolutely wonderful!!! They treated us with such good care. I've been going here sense I was almost 10 years old. Not only do they treat us so well but there nail artwork is awesome!!! They made my gross nails into artwork! I can't wait to go back!! My nails last so long, including my regular nail polish. And on top of that Nancy did such a good job waxing my eyebrows!! I look like a new woman. I love you guys!! Thank you for making our day and making us feel good!! read more

Got overcharged for SNS. I took my daughter in and she had nothing on her nails, but we got dinged for removal anyway. They tried to say it was because she needed tips. Tips are $7? They said SNS without tips is $31. I kept explaining to the woman checking us out that we didn't have removal. She didn't get it. I wanted to get out of there so I paid anyway. Also, my daughter has been working on growing her nails out (she's a nail biter) and only needed two tips. The tech cut down her natural nails and put tips on all of them. Won't be going back. read more

Finally! A nail salon where I'm not immediately confused as to which nail technician, sitting at their station with a surgical mask over their mouth, says hello to me first and asks "May I help you?" I just don't like walking into a salon and looking around at the various nail techs waiting for someone to speak, and then when the voice appears, not knowing who spoke. Naturally, when I walked into Nail Eagle and saw a guest coordinator standing at the front desk, I was thrilled! The coordinator writes down the service you request, asks you to pick your color and have a seat, then goes and prepares a station for you. Then, throughout your visit, she follows up with each customer and nail tech, carefully balancing and doling out nail assignments. I loved it! Each nail tech I've had here has done a wonderful job. I like that they give longer leg massages than other places I've visited. Also, I like that my pedicure from Nail Eagle lasts longer than most pedicures I've had. With a Nail Eagle pedicure, I can easily go three to four weeks before any chipping occurs. The interior is new and spa-like, not cheesy, average nail salon decor. And the massage chairs are the most comprehensive I've ever experienced. Be careful to check if the seat massage is turned on, because if it is, you might be in for a surprise! Just sayin'! Please note: bring cash with you for the tip as they no longer allow tips to be added to the credit card upon checkout. read more

After moving to Roswell, I've had to search for a new place to get my spring/summer pedicures. I decided to give Nail Eagle a shot (have yet to figure out the significance of the Eagle) on a slow Wednesday afternoon. While the staff was friendly enough, I was told several times that I needed to make an appointment in the future. I would agree if I were the type to walk in on a Saturday afternoon, but this place wasn't that busy. My nail tech was polite and did an ok job. My previous nail place did a much better job at removing dead skin around my nail bed. I noticed missed spots the next day. Overall, the experience was fine, the prices are on par with what I'm used to...but it's not the place for me. The search continues! read more

What a great experience! My appearance is important to me but particularly because a work for a major beauty brand. I have been trying different salons are my work and residence and found Hammond Nails of Alpharetta, which I really like, but my go-to tech there has changed her schedule. I found Nail Eagle on Yelp and gave them a shot. Fantastic customer service and nails from Nancy, she's super sweet and talented. The salon is beautifully designed and clean. The prices are a little high, but that should be expected given the location. I came in for a soak-off and full set with gel polish and a pedicure. My nails looked amazing, but my pedi was just ok. The reason for the 4 stars. I will definitely return! read more

This is the cleanest and most elegant nail salon I've ever been to! From the decor, staff & services, I can see that this is a salon has a lot more to offer than the typical salon. The staff is super friendly and professional, unlike most nail salons I've been to where they are talking about you and you don't understand what they saying unless you know Vietnamese! You get a beverage while getting your services done (champagne, soft drinks, water etc) sometimes they'll have snacks as well! I HIGHLY recommend making an appointment. It makes your easier lol :) Check out their Facebook page for specials of the month at: www.facebook.com/NailEagle read more

I really wanted to like this nail salon as it is in my neighborhood. The man at the front counter is very nice. My appointment for a mani/pedi was with Lisa. She is quiet, which is fine by me. I really like the pedicure portion more than the manicure. I had a bubble on one of my nails that I pointed out to her. She fixed it, but I can see where the indenture is as she didn't redo the nail. The prices are fair here. Not sure if I would come back. read more

So sad! I have been a costumer for years. But since they became popular their business has gone down hill. Yes, the decor, chairs and drinks are nice, but the service is no longer good. They have stopped using the disposable stones (which were awesome) and the techs are not that good anymore. Lots of the good ones have left, now they are either too gentle or too rough and I have ended up with a bloody toe the last 3 times I've been there. Last but not least, their prices went up on 1-1-2013 and I found out when I had to pay the bill,(basic mani/pedi $39), no warning + tip. I am not coming back! this use to be a hidden jewel in east cobb, but it's no longer the case. read more

the service is decent but customer service is AWFUL, which is the reason I won't be coming back, and I've given it a few tries. My first experience should've already been a red flag considering my nail tech did not say ONE WORD to me at all throughout the service, but I decided to give it another try, and same deal, they wouldn't have the decency to simply ask "how are you today?" Or try to make any conversation at all. My third visit was a bit better but she filed my nails all crooked and they looked awful, so that was also a fail. So I tried it AGAIN this past weekend, I walked in and said I needed a regular manicure and the receptionist told me he was going to see if they had time, and he disappeared for a good 5 minutes and came back to tell me I wouldn't be able to be seen for the next 50 minutes... very inconvenient, he could've said it from the get go instead of making me wait there at the front desk. Not coming back. read more

I always feel taken care of here! They do wonderful job on everything! I always make appointment because they are so busy because they are such a great place! read more

I travel 30+ minutes to get to my trusted team over at Nail Eagle because you can't just trust the nail salon next door. I have tried every one in my area, and some are alright, but none compare to the staff, products and results I get on my nails here. Philip is my favorite - he does exquisite manicures that are detailed and creative, as as well as pedicures with outstanding massages. I am high maintenance in that I like a manicure WITH my full set, (with some sort of wacky design AND pedi) and they are always happy to accommodate as long as you let them know; I always make an appointment - their business seems to run more off schedule than walk-ins, so that makes it easier for everyone (I have never had a problem with communication here either) Nancy and Henry are wonderful, and so are the rest of the crew. the environment is spa-like and is very clean and new looking. the pricing is surprisingly affordable. i have found MY nail salon. read more

I had to change my review. Although I was irritated about the incorrect pricing I was given over the phone, the price was worth it. Two weeks later my nails still look amazing AND the salon contacted me immediately and apologized for the error. I definitely found my new salon! read more

The picture doesn't do them justice, this was my second visit and it was just as great as the first! Bee did a great job last time, and my nails lasted until my refill over 5 weeks later. She was busy thisso I went to see Kevin. He took his time, and asked my opinion on shape/color multiple times to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. The nails I left with were even better than what I had pictured going in. Thank you guys so much, see you next month! read more

This nail salon is super clean which is the first important thing. It's a very relaxing atmosphere or was when I was there, no tvs on any talk shows which I prefer. The staff was pretty friendly, although my nail tech didn't really talk much and was actually the only one I didn't get a nice vibe from. However, she did do a cute little snow flake for me and did smile when I tipped her. This salon probably has the most gel colors I've seen to pick from and are all organized by specific shades which is awesome. I'll definitely be back for a gel manicure and try a pedi next time too. :) read more

No stars! This place went from really nice to really messy in no time! Even though we had an appointment we had to wait 20 minutes to get seated and were placed in a corner with broken chairs and a view of their storage space- 'nice'! We were regulars but i guess it's time to find a new place! Stay away and spend your money were they care about customer service! read more

Nail Eagle - This place went from really nice to really crabby in no time. we waited 20 minutes and got broken chairs and a 'nice' few of the messy back! - Nail Salons Near Me - Marietta, Georgia

They do a very good job here. There's such a relaxing vibe in here! I got SNS nails done and I think it's the best one I've ever had. The nail tech really spent time making my nails great. It didn't feel like rushed like other nail places in East Cobb. Everyone who works here are all very friendly, especially the guy at the front desk. I would definitely come back! read more

Best place hands down I have ever gotten my nails done, but it is very expensive here. I end up paying around $50 for SNS with tips. I guess you get what you pay for though! read more

I will not go back to this nail place. The salon itself is nice and the Nail Technicians do a good job. However, my problem is with the woman owner. She has been very rude to me several times and made me feel stupid about a question I asked. I also feel like I am being upsold on everything. Plus, several times I have made an appointments I still had to wait. I give the actual services a 4. But the customers service a 1. read more

Very spa chic nail salon ( I think the best one in the East Marietta area- as I've been to a few) I had an amazing pedicure, and an amazing 6 minute leg and foot massage that was actually timed, no skimping out here.. I definitely got what I paid for. my cotton candy pink toes are now thanking me for this $22 splurge! In addition to basic nail services they also offer micodermabrasion, eye brow/lash tinting, and various waxing services. read more

I used to drive out of my way to go to this salon as I loved the prices, and the actual nail techs seem like they know what they are doing. After my horrible experience the other day I will not be returning. The female owner has no customer service skills and was very rude to me, basically treated me like a dog. I will not be returning. read more

Went in on a Friday around 5, expecting a wait but not to be turned away completely. The man at the desk said they had no openings and could not do my nails today. In my experience most salons have room for walk ins even if they have to wait. They will never get my business again. I went down the road to Parisian nails and had great service and didn't have to wait. Because they had people ready for walk ins despite being busy. read more

I've been looking for a nice salon and don't mind paying the price, but this place is nothing different than a nail factory (In & Out). The techs didn't understand what I was saying and set me in a pedicure jet chair that wasn't sanitized nor cleaned.. I should've just got up and leave. Also, The lady owner claim they don't reuse files/buffers/ect.. So I stayed and continued my services but after seeing girl took a used file/buffer/ started working on me. After all, my services experience was rushed and terribly bad job! That was my first and will definitely be my last time there! read more

My friend Sandra and I went here today for the first time. We made an appointment and luckily got in within an hour. Katie gave me a perfect mani and pedi. Sandra had just a pedi. We are both very, very happy with our "new, from now on place". It is a very calming atmosphere, we both loved the massage chairs. The owner was distributing drinks, very hospitable touch. There are lots of nail salons, but this is an excellent one. read more

Since moving to Georgia 7 months ago, and NOT finding a perfect nail place - I have finally found one. Did a great job - took their time. Saw people falling asleep getting peds! Not impressed. I went to Nail Eagle for the first time today and I probably won't be back. I went in to get SNS nails. I usually get acrylics at a different salon but I decided to try SNS at Nail Eagle since they were nearby and my nails weren't looking too pretty. The lady doing my nails put the nail tips on crooked, cut them different lengths, and then buffed the nails unevenly after doing the powder. I didn't notice any of this until I got home so I had to drive back to the salon to have them fix it. A different person helped me and was able to fix my nails for the most part; he didn't get all the dust off my nails from when he was filing before he put the top coat on so now there are little tidbits of nail shavings on my nails. After this, I think I'll stick to my normal salon and acrylics for now on. read more
