First of all, I don't get my nails done very often. It takes a special occasion for me to have a mani-pedi and with several events coming up, I decided to tidy myself up a little. The nail salon is ideally located between Highway 41 and 17. Easy parking makes this salon very convenient. It is also very clean and a lot more minimalist in decor which gives it a very clinical feel, which I really like. Service was reasonable. I was seen to without a wait but that was mainly because the place was pretty empty. The lady that did my nails was polite and no, she didn't continue a private conversation in another language in front of me, which I appreciated. My nails were completed in a very fast time and it seemed it was being rushed through. Not much care was being taken of my cuticles and I had to point out a few fixes. The massage felt like 5 year old was applying pressure. I might as well of had no massage and just had lotion rubbed in. Were my nails looking good at the end? It wasn't terrible but certainly not fantastic. It didn't have a very neat appearance. They basically just looked painted with a few errors here and there. What frustrated me was the pricing. It clearly stated in the price list the cost of a mani-pedi. I was charged more. $18 more to be exact. And then when paying I was asked if I would be leaving a tip on the card or in cash. Not would I like to leave a tip. That's just not very nice. Ugh. Overall, I don't like to be cheated, and I don't like to be asked for a tip, specially for a sub-standard service. read more

I just spent $80 on a gel pedi and gel mani, I ran a few errands and went home took my shoes off and the gel wasn't set .... every single toe was either messed up or had a squishy texture to it. I should have looked at Yelp before walking in the door. First & last time I will ever go here for a nail service! I went back in to have them fix it and they tried to half way do it. When I confronted them about not fixing it correctly they told me it was my toenails... what?? I have been getting gel polish for years and have never had this issue. This is a nice and clean salon, and a good option for those who are on this side of town. It was my nail tech's first day at Nail Bliss. She was very friendly and personable, which I appreciated. I requested the Champagne & Rose pedicure to kick off my vacation, but they didn't have any champagne. Ooookay... I didn't complain though, because the service was great overall. They did extravagantly on my nails, would deffinitely return. They had done the dip manicure, I believe it was called. It was quite peculiar, for my first time doing it. I had done just plain black, next time i'll do something a bit fancier. They were all quite polite. Made good conversation. Also made sure I still liked the nail color. Not very friendly and super expensive. I had the Royal pedicure (regular polish) and gel polish change on my fingernails. Ended up costing me $80 before tip. The Royal pedicure was $40 so that means they charged $40 for a gel polish on my fingernails! I didn't get a manicure or the massage at the end either. I looked for pricing and of course there was none posted... I'll only go back if I'm ever in a pinch. read more

The staff was so nice and friendly to my 3 year old! Very affordable to have her nails and toenails painted. They even gave her the bottle of nail polish to take home because we could not find the color name on the bottle (sticker had come off). We will definitely go back!! read more

I love this nail salon! The best priced and best nail techs in Mount Pleasant and even South Carolina. If you are impatient, I suggest you make appointment. They are very busy and the wait time is usually around 10 -15 minutes for a walk in. Very clean, especially compared to the other nail salons. However, not overly friendly. No one greets you, or asks what you are looking to do. Thank goodness it's not my first rodeo. But the wait - ugh. Second time here... first time was packed and waited 1.5 hours; this time it was empty and still had to wait (someone woke up on the wrong side of the bed). I went in for two pedicures (one for my daughter) and they were ok, i guess, kinda quick. Then I had a get manicure and it peeled off after one week. That is the fasted one has lasted on me. Very disappointing. I also asked for a bottle of water and then he told me that he ran out.......sorry. A title frustrating when I just dropped $80 plus tax and I didn't feel that my service was very good at all. read more

After 40 minutes of waiting after my "appt" time, I left. 4-5 others waiting before me, went first with or without appts. Their work may be fabulous, but I wouldn't know. Went to Nail Bliss for the first time today. Had a nice simple pedicure. Felt a little strange when I walked in and literally no one said a word to me - not "hello" or "be right with you" - not a word. I chalked it up to the fact that they were pretty busy, but I can imagine some people may be rubbed wrong. I thought it was a little pricey. I'll go back to Mimosa Nails next time. read more

Nail bliss is my absolute favorite nail place! I've tried quite a few nail salons in the Mount Pleasant area and this salon is the cleanest, and they're the only place that hasn't cut me with the dremel. Jason, his wife, and all the employees are pleasant and friendly. I've never had to wait more than 10 minutes, but I try to call ahead and prebook appointments. Like a hair salon, they do get busy and only have so many people, so if you're a walk-in, you take the risk of waiting. I don't understand how the people with the negative reviews don't understand this, because they're not your run-of-the-mill nail place. I make appointments and then the individual I have an appointment with will leave and no one calls me or accommodates me by having someone else do my nails. Also, I usually have to wait as they take walk ins before my appointment and then I am the one sitting around waiting. read more

This is a wonderful place to have your nails and toes done. Jason and his lovely wife Lee are the owners and I have been going to them for years. Most recently, they took over the business at Nail Bliss and although it is much farther from where I live and work, I make the drive due to their years of outstanding work. They go above and beyond to make sure the job is always done to the highest level of satisfaction. The new salon is absolutely beautiful, extremely clean, as well as a fun and relaxing environment to have your nails done. Also, I must add that their new addition to the team, vinny, most recently gave me the best pedicure I've ever had in my life....Honest...I highly recommend this place to everyone read more

I moved from New York to SC and this is the nicest and cleanest place by far. They have all Essie and opi nail polish, which I love! The nail polish has lasted over a week every time I go.
