This was my first time visiting and it was above expectations! I get dip powder and at some salons they drill it off and burn your nail. Not this place, they got it off with no problem which is plus #1. There were also SO many choices of color!!! Plus #2, since with dip there are usually limited vs the rest. The staff was also great! They spoke English to each other so it didn't feel like they were talking about you right in front of you. And they were hilarious! Kenny also added little stars to my nails to finish off my 4th of July look. So nice and really made it look great! Then finished off with the cuticle oil and lotion arm and hand massage. First time at Pink Polish I got a dip and pedicure. The experience was pleasant and seemed fine. The dip lasted one week before it cracked and several of my nails broke off. The pedicure lasted 2 weeks. I didn't complain but was not going to return. However, based on a personal recommendation I made an appointment with a different technician. When I walked into the salon, the door was open and there was no a/c. When asked about it they said the AC was working fine. It was unpleasantly warm. After 15 minutes of being ignored, despite several requests for my appointment, I left. Terrible customer service and horrible nail service. read more

I keep trying to like this place. I have a friend who goes here so I have it another shot. I had a great experience except it felt a bit costly compared to other places, although it's close to home so that's a benefit. Second time I go, service is great but nails don't last. I go as a walk in on a Sunday. Big mistake. Not only do they open late but tell me it's a 30-minute wait. Cool. I'll wait since it was my miscalculation that I didn't make an appointment. They let me sit in a pedicure chair and I put the back massager on waiting while watching a movie on my phone. Well, an hour later, I'm still waiting. Looking around, all have at least another 15 minutes till someone can get to me. At that point I don't want to waste more of my time waiting. This triggered that even in the past when I had an appointment here I'd have to wait. Bad customer service and being costly and inconsistent nails makes me stay away. If you decide to try make sure you have an appointment at least. read more

My aunt and I called Pink Polish this morning when they opened to see if they could fit us in for 2 pedicures, 1 manicure, and 1 fill with 2 nail fixes. They said they would see us at 1 PM. Fast forward to 12:55 PM and we walk in. We're greeted promptly and told to pick our colors. We sat in our pedicure chairs and things were smooth sailing. She got the Jelly and I got the Voesch (sp?) Both pedicure techs. were extremely friendly, and did a great job, although for $47 it felt a bit rushed with no foot rub, just a leg rub. Fast forward to my hands. AWFUL EXPERIENCE. The lovely man who did my pedicure took me over to his manicure station and started to do my nails. He then stopped and said another tech. was going to do my nails. I waited 5 minutes (which wasn't a big deal, I understand places are short staffed) then was moved to a different seat on the other end of the manicure bar that WAS NOT sanitized from the person who was there before me. We may be maskless if vaccinated, but we're still in a pandemic. At this seat the tech. is super pushy telling me to "scoot closer" when I had hardly sat down in the chair and placed my purse next to me. At this point it's 2:05 and another woman walks in for her appointment. She's a few minutes late (we've all been there) but the second person who was about to start my nails goes, "Sorry I can't do your hands, she's my 2:00 PM appointment." Ummm what? I had a 1:00 PM appointment, but ok. I kept my cool and then a 3rd person came over to me to start my nails. She was distracted the entire time, talking to the young girl who was handling the phones and looking at the appointment book and all the techs, basically everywhere but my nails. She replaces my two broken nails, and starts to cut them down. She then LEAVES and goes to the girl to my right to check if her gel has been removed from her fingernails. At first I thought, "Oh she's just checking on her." Well, 20 minutes into her manicure later, I realized she wasn't coming back to me. At this point my aunt has been finished with her nails for 30 minutes off to the side and my hands haven't even been started. The 3rd tech. Comes back to me and I overheard someone call her Vivian, meaning she is the owner. I tell her I'd just like to pay for my toes and leave because this is the most absurd service I've ever received in my life. You don't say you have time for someone to come in, then take others before them, plain and simple. When I asked her why I was left not once, but twice, she said because I had an appointment for anyone, and they had specific tech. appointments. What?! She then said they were short staffed, which I completely understand. What I don't understand is saying you have time for an appointment, regardless of who it's with, then refusing to serve that person because you have new people who have just come in. Needless to say, I paid for my great pedicure and walked out with my nails looking more jagged, not filed, and worse than when I walked in. When I was walking out, the woman who was served before me walked up and apologized for being seen instead of me saying, "had I known I wouldn't have had them done. This is the third time they've treated me wrongly in this salon." It wasn't that woman's fault, it's poor management. You'd think with the owner being the one who handled my nails she would have said more to me than, "You really want to leave with your nails like that?" I paid for my toes, tipped my tech. and walked out. Not even an offer for some type of discount on those after that fiasco. I'll be seeing Jason down at Nail Bliss from here on out. He's amazing in case any of you are having the same issues with Pink Polish. read more

I've been coming here for almost a year and I CANNOT believe that I have not written a review yet... This place is amazing! Vivian the owner and all her staff are the sweetest & best! She is a very knowledgeable nail tech and owner. They always accommodate and are efficient. I love the pedicures here and the chairs are so relaxing. They also have little kid pedicure chairs too! I've also on occasion gotten the shellac manicure with Jin and he's a great nail tech as well! My last shellac manicure lasted 3 weeks!!! Their prices are VERY reasonable and they have an amazing color WALL for lots of selections and name brand nail lacquers. OPI, Essie, D&D & C&D creative. Also over 700 dip colors, I know that's a thing, I don't do it myself but they sure get lots of folks in here that do! And it's so pretty inside!!! Love this place read more

My daughter and I went here to get our nails done and pedicures with matching Halloween designs. We asked the owner if the design was possible to get done. He assured us anyone can do it because it was a simple design. He gave my daughter a person and gave me a person. long story short attached is what we ended up with for $80 a piece. completely NOT what we wanted or WHAT we asked for. when we told the nail tech we didn't like it they replied " it's cute!" what wrong with it! after both pedicures and dip nails we ended up paying over $200! absolutely horrible looks like a 10 year old did it! Unprofessional, dismissive, half of the staff don't wear masks, the employee that took my appointment and greeted me at the door used a fan to air out his t-shirt in the middle of the store. Asked for gel manicure and got exactly what I asked for. Gave her $25.00 tip and 3 of my nails were chipped the NEXT day. WENT BACK AND IT WAS LIKE I HAD COMMITTED A CRIME. An employee made a comment "Make sure you don't break her finger" & "Don't mess up." I was mortified for going back and how someone could treat a paying customer like that. This was my first time here, I made my appointment from the yelp app, the owner was quick to respond and confirm, I even had to push it back 30 mins and she was quick to respond back and let me know that would still work. As soon as I checked in I was seated at the nail station and given my color choices for a gel manicure, they had tons of choices. Kenny gave me my manicure, he did a great job I'm very happy with the way they look. I also got a herbal pedicure which I was very happy with. I was really impressed with the staff and the cleanliness of the salon. It is a beautiful salon and everyone was very friendly. I got the SNS (dip powder) on my nails because it is supposed to last longer than gel and for me it usually lasts 2-4 weeks when I have gotten it in the past. Keep in mind it's not cheap. It chipped after exactly one week. Three nails are already without polish and it has only been a week. It's upsetting because they looked great but didn't last whatsoever. I would go back to fix them but unfortunately I'm in a different state now for school until August. I feel like I should have just gotten a regular manicure because it would have been cheaper and lasted the same amount of time. read more

SNS.. uneven, didn't get down to the cuticle, I tried to show her, she said my cuticle "grows like that" yes... so UM i've been getting my nails done for 20 years.. yes, 20. I ended up with a sideways bottom, uneven tops, uneven between hands, and lumpy when you look at them from the side. Would not go back.. even if YOU paid ME. I hate sitting forever, so if i'm going to sit, and wait, and go through the forever process (it took a long time there) I want it to be good when i'm done.. Then, there is the money aspect. I have been coming to Pink Polish for four years. They have always done a quality job. Today was the first day I felt they were unfair. I came in with 4 broken off nails and they fixed them; however, I was charged 4$ for each nail. (I might as well have taken them all off before coming and just gotten a full set) I was then charged 5$ for the oval shape?? Never have I been charged for the shape. Keep in mind 6 of them were already shaped. I was also charged 3$ for cutting my nails a 1/2cm, because apparently that doesn't come with the fill in. With all this being said I will no longer be coming or recommending this salon to friends. I did give them 2 stars because before this I have always been happy with there service. read more

Since we can all be fickle and change salons when something new pops up, thought I'd update my review - still loving Pink Polish. They have added so many SNS colors you need to get there early just to choose. Still super clean - love the liners in the pedicure stations. They have added a lot more staff and everyone who I have gone to has been great. Open on Sunday now too! Easy to make and appointment, but even if I walk in they are pretty accurate about the wait time so you can decide what you want to do. My daughter has been going regularly for SNS and her nails can last up to three weeks. Super happy to have this salon close by. read more
