I have been coming here for years and the perfectionism and dedication of the staff is consistent. They always go above and beyond to make you feel welcomed. They create a beautiful and hospitable space for all of their clients. I also appreciate their cleanliness and dedication to providing a bright and healthy place to get pampered. I Highly recommend Nail Garden on Park Forest Pkwy in North Charleston. They have certainly made a lifetime client out of me. read more

The space is nice, seems clean, checked in on the ipad and were told where to sit. the staff was fine - not necessarily engaging, which is ok by me. I can't rate higher because of the following reasons: My toe was cut during the pedicure, they didn't actually do that much to get off the rough spots like on the heel, so it wasn't as good as many of the other pedicures I have had and were the same price. The other issue I had was when asked what type of pedicure we wanted, my answer was accepted, but the person working with my companion was trying to talk them into spending more, etc - and that just really bothers me. If we wanted the works, we would ask for the works. I won't be choosing this place over previous nail salons I have visited. read more

I think her name is mery? She did the best pedicure Ive ever had!!! She is amazing so thorough definitely will be asking for her again!

Garden luxury hot stone pedicure with gel polish was so worth it. Tom gave the best foot massage I've ever had. I think he massaged every muscle in my lower legs. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing. Soft music playing. Linda was also very nice and did a great job. read more

I really wouldn't recommend going here. I got my nails done here a couple weeks ago and I wish I knew the name of the woman that did them but she rushed through every single step and hardly engaged with me. She was literally pushing and pulling my hands away the whole time. I was there for maximum 30 minutes for an acrylic fill, shape, and paint.... Now I have found a new salon that is AMAZING but because this woman rushed through every single step, I've developed an allergy to acrylics!!! She didn't allow the ingredients to cure properly and my immune system reacted accordingly. Seriously just save yourself the hassle and skip this salon. There are so many better places in the surrounding area. Attaching a photo so this woman or her manager knows who did this- they looked "fine" when I left but little did I know what was happening underneath the surface. Now my nail beds are inflamed, itchy, and developing small blisters. read more

I had a classic pedicure with Helen, the girlfriend had a deluxe pedicure and a manicure with Nancy. They did an outstanding job, and really paid attention to do it right. I was really impressed! The place was clean and relaxing as well. The one thing I didn't love was the price. I have not been to a nail salon in the Charleston area before, and I know Charleston is more expensive than any city I have been in (other than housing) for food, drinks, and similar (and I am comparing it to Chicago and New York City!), but I had real sticker shock at checkout. That said, the work was amazing and of the prices are right for Charleston, I'm pretty happy. J.Ja read more

This was the worst mani and pedi I've ever had, I am seriously worried I will get an infection. Not only did this place gross me out cleanliness wise, the nail tech was extremely rushed and way too rough, literally yanking off a long piece of my skin from around my toe as I screeched in pain. I should have just left it at the pedicure but I had booked a mani and my usual place is booked solid this time of year. My nails were cut soooo short that they are painful and also very uneven. He did a hack job with the clippers and then furiously filed (used nasty file). I am left with a ton of gel polish all over my skin. The paint is already chipping and I had them done TODAY. read more

Received a recommendation from a friend about this place and I am pleasantly pleased. I was nicely greeted upon entering. Once I checked in and was shown to my chair, I was offered a complimentary beverage. I went with the red wine of course. The place is beautiful! They have marbled floors and white walls with minimalistic decor. Simple but nice. The decor is black and white with a touch of blue LED lighting in the center. There were 20 chairs for pedicures and 16 manicure stations. There was relaxing music playing and a diffuser refreshing the air. The young lady who did my nails, Jennie, was very skilled at her practice. She was very gentle and gave me a great pedicure with an awesome massage. They have a range of services that they offer and are responsibly priced. I think this will be my permanent place to get in a little selfcare. read more

Had a pedicure and gel x manicure here. The pedicure was great and well done! I really enjoyed the experience and they looked great. However the gel x was installed incorrectly (the nails started falling off within a couple days) The man who did them was sweet overall but did not reference what I asked for. I had to keep reminding him what I had asked for and I still left with nails that were different than what requested. I was able to reshape them when I got home though and they were fine. The space is beautiful and the nail technicians are very welcoming and kind. read more

Excellent service. New to the area, first time here for a dip manicure & gel pedicure. Fast & efficient. Will be a repeat client.

Really nice inside and had my toes and nails done at the same time which made everything so much quicker!

The energy and environment is so clean and pretty. I had the best gel manicure service! I wish I got the technician name but he was so attentive and professional. He really cares about his quality of work and it shows. I never smiled so much just getting my nails done. So happy with the results! Will definitely be going to this location from now on. read more

Nail Garden was recommended by a friend after my nail tech changed careers. Went to get my nails and done, and they were doing well, initially. They offer complimentary soft drinks, water, wine, or mimosas. They did my pedicure and nails all at the same time. Fine. Get out quick, but it was very overwhelming. I had to reach over myself so that the nail tech could reach my left hand while he sat on my right. I asked the guy to please take the color a little further on the side of my thumb because I was seeing too much white, but he said it wouldn't be neat. When both of them were done, they just walked off and didn't say anything. They didn't tell me to wait a certain amount of time. They didn't tell me to sit at the light so my toenails could dry. They didn't tell me to go pay at the front desk. They didn't tell me to have a nice day. NOTHING. I wore sneakers in & they didn't even offer me the little slippers. The polish on my big toes messed up, but I was so unhappy at this point that I just left after I paid. I told the lady I checked out with that no one gave directions, and she apologized, but the damage was done. My hands look fine, but the customer service may deter me from returning. read more

Great manicure w/David would definitely recommend him. He was detail oriented, professional, and easy to work with. Nice Pedicure too with "My". Not sure on the spelling . Clean place and I didn't feel rushed, staff was welcoming also offered a beverage. Wish they offered a military discount might get additional business since the Air Force Base is just 10 min away. Overall, I was happy with my experience. read more

Had a fabulous pedicure! The salon is clean and beautiful with great massage chairs and complimentary beverages . Highly recommend!

Very dissapointed. I called and asked at what time do the open on Sundays I was told at noon. I asked to make an appointment for noon with my tech and it was done. I arrived and the place was full with people being done already. I had to wait for my nail tech to finish. An appointment is an appointment. I should not have to wait. read more

I want to like this place and overall would if they would be fair and consistent with their pricing. Each visit I've had it was never consistent with the price other than being overpriced. This last visit was completely unreal! Who charges extra $8 dollars to shape your nails with a full set. That should be included, are you not going to shape nails anyway with a full set or any nail service! Overall this is a beautiful place and the service is good but the prices are unfair! I just spoke with a manager who confirmed they charge for shaping nails with any set! I'm Done! Btw, the shape I asked for and received was standard square. This wasn't any special requests, like coffin, almond or any other special shape. Your prices are already above most but then to continue adding charges here and there is RIDICULOUS! There are too many other nail salons. read more

The consistency in their staff members is fantastic, a different woman worked on me this time and she had just as much attention to detail and was super quick. Alright, I want to start this review by saying I used to be a monthly nail salon gal but I rarely get my nails done anymore because I feel like the last couple years prices have been going up while service has gone down in the industry as a whole. This place proved me so wrong today. I stopped by for the first time to get a mani/pedi (gel) before my engagement photos tomorrow and Tom did an outstanding job. He gave me the best pedicure I think I've ever had, no joke! Tom was detail oriented, extremely nice and very professional. I would 100% go back for just him alone! The atmosphere was clean, organized and you could tell the place ran like a well oiled machine. The pricing was extremely fair for the service I got and I would highly recommend this place to anyone in the North Charleston area!! read more

Best pedicure I've had out of 5 places around town. Polish stays on for a good while. Clean interior. Good massage. Still expensive like everything else in this town but at least this one seems to last longer without being gel. read more

I sat here for 2 1/2 hours to get a pedicure and a fill. It was 145.00$. They didn't even fill my nails they filed them down and painted from the cuticle up it looked horrible. I had my 3 kids with me I couldent get them fixed right then I had to come back the next day. I made an appointment for 10:00 it is now 10:56 and I am still currently waiting to be seen as there is an employee sitting on his phone in the pedicure chair. Also I have my 3 children again. I find this absolutely ridiculous. Also I got the deluxe pedicure I think my 4 year old could have done a better job. I told her multiple times I had an ingrown nail and I asked her to cut it she kept telling me there is nothing there. I will not come again and I recommend you all to do the same. Update: it is currently 11:15 and I am still waiting to be seen and they keep sayings it fine they are going to fix. I have 3 kids who have now sat here for total of 3 hours and 45 minutes before they even started fixing my nails. I am fuming. I am currently still here at 12:42. The man who is supposed to fix my toes is sitting in a chair talking to customers. My 3 kids are getting really irritated concerning they have been here since 10:00. The owner came In and she was extremely rude to me . Told me it was my fault for not making an appointment and brining my kids. I did make an appointment. The owner told me she is firing the woman who told me yesterday I could come back in today. She told me it's not her fault I had to bring my kids ( I never said it was) I'm saying it's extremely rude to make somebody wait for very long amounts of time knowing I have kids while employees are sitting around doing nothing. I paid for the charcoal pedicure yesteday the woman was so lazy she couldent be bothered to do a good job and painted them like her ass. I changed the color on my nails because now after looking at the disgusting and lazy job her employees did I wanted to change the color after they fixed the job she told me that I had tk pay for the color change which I had no problem changing to pay for. She could have even pretended to care. I would never come here again especially after how rude the owner was. read more

I have tried out so many nail salons in the area and this is BY FAR the best one. Place is immaculate and sparkles from how clean it is. They play great music (at one point everyone was dancing in their chairs) , offer a drink while you're there and each tech has their own cart with supplies. The thing that's the most important to me is that they use fresh/clean tools for every customer. I got a bad nail fungus, which lead to my thumb nail falling off from another salon that did not use clean tools. I usually see Wendy and she is precious. Last time, I had a cut on my finger and she kept asking if I was okay and was extremely gentle. Their prices are a bit more BUT you get what you pay for and it's 100% worth it. read more

A lady in my neighborhood recommended this new nail place and I'm so glad I went! Angi was the lady who did my nails and my eyebrows. She really took her time and did an amazing deluxe pedicure for me. I've definitely found my new nail shop. She cleaned my feet so well and callus remover did a great job. She did a wonderful job on my eyebrows as well. Everything was super clean and new in the shop and everyone was very friendly. They do offer something to drink when you come in and the seats are very comfy. Highly recommend! read more

Aston did a great job! I had the Signature pedicure and would highly recommend. The additional massage time was well worth it. He did a fabulous job of trimming my nails, which was appreciated as I find places don't always go as short as I want. I had such a good experience it was my first time coming. I always see people talking about how it's tough to find a good salon in Charleston and while I was going to one before this one is much closer to me and SO CLEAN!! literally one of the cleanest salons I know it's new but I really hope they stick to the cleanliness, the staff is friendly and helpful, I did notice they offered others drinks but I didn't get one or asked. Moving from NY, I was nervous I wouldn't be able to find a good nail salon that could replicate my nails. I found the right place. This salon is very modern, clean, and the staff is very friendly. I did not have an appointment for my acrylic fill and pedicure but they took me right away on a Saturday. My pedicure was fabulous. I always get the gel because it lasts longer. While it's a bit more expensive it's worth it to me. My nails also came out amazing! They take a long time because I rock stiletto shape but Amy was very patient and did a great job. I enjoyed my mimosa and just relaxed. I will be going back. read more

I've came here a few times. But this was by far the worst. I requested female only because the last time I came I had a man who was somewhat rough and snappy. I got to the salon at 11:30. Waited 30 minutes before my pedicure. Pedicure was nice. The woman did a good job. And then of course i was given to a man to do my manicure/full set. After waiting a whole hour in between. He was EXTREMELY bossy. I told him the color I wanted and he basically forced another color on me. He was rough twisted my fingers painfully. He took an extremely long time. I didn't leave until 2:39. I spent a whole day in the nail salon. And on top of it there are little pin dot bumps all over my nail polish. No lotion no massage. Charges left and right and no one said anything until the end. Bad service. Took forever. Bad nail job and very pricy. read more
