Moved here in November and have had my nails done at Haven every two weeks since then. You'd think by now they'd recognize me a bit as I make an appt for the same time/day of the week, but no. Ladies working there aren't terribly friendly and usually seem pretty put-out when I'm there, and I'm probably the lowest-maintenance customer they could get. They do a good job though, have never had an issue with my powder dips or pedicures. Pricey IMO for what you get in terms of product and service, but that seems to be de rigeur for Mount Pleasant. read more

I went to haven nail salon on 3-18-26 and it was a horrible experience. I was there with 3 other people who were all immediately able to get their nails done except me. I was sitting down waiting for 30 minutes before someone even started my nails. Then when someone finally started doing my nails she was very rude. I asked her to do a very simple design and got mad at me because she didn't understand. Then she gave me a complete different design than I asked for. But overall I would NOT recommend to to this nail salon. read more

Honestly, I really wanted to like this place. They have a bunch of discounts going on throughout the week or for paying with cash (which I did and didn't receive the discount). I got a gel manicure and I felt like I was such an inconvenience to my specialist. When I asked to change the color, since it appeared different than the swatch, she walked away to give me time, but didn't come back for 15-20 mins and the next color I chose happen to be one that they didn't have. Then, I only got 2 coats of a lighter color and it was still spotty and needed another coat, yet she put the top coat on and sent me on my way. Madison is AWESOME!! My nails turned out beautifully. She listened to what I wanted and made suggestions where she saw improvement opportunities. The work she did dipping my finger nails and gelling my toe nails was second to none. Madison worked hard, did an excellent job and provided both color and media advice. If you want you nails to be ahead of the rest have Madison do your nails. The only issue I had was the way her peers behaved. Her peers did a lot of whispering and looked as if they were jealous of Madison's mail work. Definitely ask for Madison to do your nails, she rocks!! read more

I have just moved here and needed a new place to get my fingers and toes done. I tried out Haven Nails and really enjoyed my experience. I did make an appointment which they honored and got me right in. (Actually shocked by that as other places make you wait) Very nice staff, everyone was personable and professional. The atmosphere was very relaxing and they did a great job on my fingers and toes. I got my fingers gel dipped and toes in gel. They have different types of pedicures. I received the OP pedicure which to me was worth the extra cost. Very nice leg and foot massage. I felt very welcomed and will be back for sure. read more

So so very frustrated with my experience. I asked for a design on me nails (2 different colors on each half of my nail) it was a very simple design and asked if it could be done with dip. I was told we could do one color dip as a base and then the alternate color on top. Turns out she spent an entire 40 minutes giving me a dip manicure and then charging me for both and dip and a gel manure and completely painted over the dip with 2 new gel colors - and not even the colors I asked for. The color I wanted showing was the color she had done the dip in. And when I questioned it she got upset with me and wouldn't let me get my point across so after trying to correct her multiple times I just sat there and now have these crazy nails with sparkles on them and feel like a 6 year old. I paid $100+ and don't have the money to get it fixed elsewhere, never planned on paying $100 for my nails today. read more

This is an ok nail salon. Not my favorite but not the worst I have been to by far. They take walk ins, so that's really nice and convenient! Staff greeted me right away and get me in a chair. Tons of options for the dip powder manicure. I like it when they are not overly chatty so it was perfect. The 1 bad thing I have to say is when she was dremmeling my current polish off she did some of my natural nail as well so that burned. Their method to get the rest of the powder off was different than I have seen anywhere else (they wrap each finger with a cotton ball and tin foil), but whatever works I guess. I got a half hearted hand massage when she was done. Overall wasn't too bad for a last minute place to run into. read more

I chose the Haven Pedicure and a standard manicure and it did not disappoint. Exfoliant, Mask, Stone Massage, Hot Towel - it was all included. The prices for standard services or more detailed ones are very fair. There are beverage services available with water sodas and wines ;) There is a great selection of regular nail colors as well as a wall full of powder dip options. Also I noticed they had cute decorated chairs for little girls - so adorable. Whether you want a quick fix or a longer spa-like experience I highly recommend Haven! Haven didn't have any eyebrow specific reviews but from what I ready people found them to be clean and have good prices so I gave it a shot. Came out of town with a friend to get pedicures and an acrylic full set. We really liked it at first, the pedicures came out alright but could've been better considering the price. Once we moved onto the manicures, I could tell almost from the start that my tech didn't really know what she was doing. I asked for a long stiletto pink&white set. I don't know if it's because i'm from out of town but i've never seen pink and white done like this before. She used white tips and globbed on pink clear acrylic over the entire nail. I didn't think she would stop there because the white ended up off white because because of the acrylic, but that was it. If you don't know how to do pink& white then don't offer it or don't do it. I left with sharp, jagged and crooked nails with clumps of acrylic underneath. My nails also came out with a ton of little bubbles all over. The salon itself is very clean but I wouldn't recommend it for anything other than short gel nails or a pedicure. I ended up paying over $100 for the full set and pedicure just for me to be unhappy with the service. I was looking forward to going because of all the nice reviews but I personally would not come back, especially for pink & white long acrylics. read more
