She told me it would be $45. There was no wait time just one lady working. I stayed for over 30 minutes, and not a single customer came in. Now I understand why. I wasn't in the mood to drive elsewhere, so I said sure. I chose a soft pink dip powder, but once she started, the color turned out to be more of a peachy coral. She commented, Nice color, hmm, and I just replied with a hmm. I wish I had said it wasn't what I picked, but I thought this can be a new summer color and it's fine. When I gave her my card to pay, I noticed she charged me $50. I asked, Wasn't it $45? She simply replied, Ah ah, 50. That's when I realized she had tipped herself. I just signed, didn't leave any extra tip, and walked out.

Nails were lumpy and not uniform. There was hair stuck to the top of the gel polish (unsanitary)…read more The nail tech did not do the dip in the traditional way, she said she always messed up that way. The quality was unacceptable and I will never be coming back.
