My pedicure that normally takes at least 30 minutes was done in 20 and you can tell because the polish and cuticles are messy and the nails are crooked. Disappointing because it's so close to my house and I used to feel like I got good service here. I did mention that I think the polish job was done a little too quick and that it was bumpy and all that was done was an extra coat on top so most likely it's going to take my nails a whole day to dry, which I don't have. When I wake up in the morning, they are probably going to be even more messy. I will say, everyone here is very nice, but the lack of attention to schedule I think is causing the problems. He was very careful to avoid the area. A fresh gel polish was applied, stone red number 477. It's my favorite color now. The Daisy brand comes in a regular polish and gel. Most times I use regular on my toes and gel on my hands as I do a lot of work with my hands and the gel holds up longer. Always happy with the service here. Both Dan and Jackie are fantastic and professional.

Wendy is a great communicator via text letting me know what to expect prior to my appointment and making sure I got directions to her shop because you know Siri, Google and Waze would have sent me Cedar Park (just kidding). I am overdue for a pedi but the mini pedi will do for now. Wendy gave me tips and shared info with me on what I need to do with taking care of my much needed callus heels (I am so dry). In the meantime I have two mini pedi's scheduled prior to an upcoming trip and when I return I have a full pedicure appointment (yay)! She is awesome and I would recommend her to anyone that wants to get away from strip mall nail salon and want that one on one private salon experience. From a drink to start with, to the bubbles to soak our feet in, to the hot towels and taking care of the excessive calluses. To the tip of my toes, sweet, shiny toenails that are seasonal and matching the dress I am planning to wear to the next event. This was a 1st visit here, and not my usual thing to do, so I felt a bit unexperienced. Nancy and Tammy took their time to carefully explain what the options are. I took their recommendation and went ahead with powder instead of dip, and couldn't be more happy with the flawless results. Nancy is such a sweetheart who gave me a relaxing and somewhat ticklish massage, and then the soul felt pedicure. I was amazed to find my feet glowing and the skin feeling soft! The beautiful Mindy took care of my mom. Mom was all content as her toe issues were addressed and the massage took her troubles away. The experienced Tammy (who runs the place) took great care of my finger nails and who recommended powder over dip for very apparent reasons. I had to wait for her service because she was requested and had appointments, but she's worth the wait! She later follows me to the front desk & says she will take video & pictures of me so I pulled out my phone & took a video of her crashing out. Everyone makes mistakes but yelling at a paying customer who asked nicely is the reason why I will never go to a salon ever again & I got my esthetician license to not endure this type of unprofessional behavior.
