I have been to many other nail salons and so far this one has the best customer service! I recommend Cindy, she's really sweet and does a phenomenal job. I am super excited I found this salon because I was getting tired of getting terrible service at rather salons! read more

Theresa is the best! I've been going to her for years and she is always accommodating and goes above and beyond to always fit me in. Super thorough and it's by far the cleanest nail salon around. Worth every penny! read more

Interesting experience. Over 75 dollars for a mediocre mani-pedi. Left with a bloody finger. Never a good sign. I knew something was fishy when she brought out her calculator to show me the charge. She never did say out loud what it was. Too much going on that day to argue. Oh well, it was two weeks ago and I just today got the best full gel set for 25 bucks at a new place which I just reviewed. read more

I really do love Susan. She's so warmhearted and genuine and always does a great job. Of course, you have to keep in mind that nail technicians are under a manager - as we all are in our own profession - which means that things have to be done a certain way, etc. Some people may not understand this and may have complaints. Give these people a break. They do nails to provide for their families and put food on the table as this may be the only profession they can manage with limited English proficiency. Many of them probably never had the privilege to get an education. They do the best possible job that they can. Anyway, enough of that! If you're planning to visit this nail salon I'd totally recommend Susan and would give her a shot! She's lovely:) read more

This is the worst nail salon! The staff is rude and out right NASTY!! I went in for gel fills and my nails looked worse when I left than when I came in. Then I had to go to another nail salon to fix the crappy work that they did, The gel was falling off my nails the first day!!! Save your money and go somewhere else. read more

These people have "misunderstood" my appointment time three times, and today I have a big event that I needed my nails done for. They were extremely rude, saying that I had cancelled my appointment, and that I would have to wait 2 hours to get another appointment. I will not go there again. read more

The quality of work at this salon is fabulous. I always leave feeling pampered and happy with their work. Their waxing team leaves me amazed every time. I've gotten both manis and pedis here and both are great. I do feel that the pricing is a little higher than it should be but you are also paying for the quality work. I will keep coming back to this salon for these services. The staff is also super friendly. The interior of the salon is gorgeous and they keep it clean and sanitary. read more

This salon was recommended by a colleague, so I decided to give it a try . The message chairs were just ok but what really turned me off was that my attendant Susan made the cuticles on my hands bleed! I've never had that happen at any of my previous salon experiences! Probably not going to go back again . read more

I keep trying to find a nail place that doesn't disappoint me. This sadly wasn't it. Not only did the gel manicure start peeling two days after, but she painted the wrong color on my toes. Like i told her one Opi number and she came back with something utterly different. Complete fail. read more

DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!! The place is disgusting, and the associates are RUDE RUDE RUDE!!! THe manager herself did my toes, and the pedicure was horrific. She was aggressive the entire time, didn't do anything I asked her to do (and I don't ask for much) and was rude and I wasn't aware that the pedicure was over until she basically told me to get up and go. I left extremely unsatisfied but just brushed it off as another horrible nail place. The next morning one of the nails had already chipped!!! I called back and spoke with the manager who was rude the entire time, she not only said it was my fault but that she was doing me a great gesture by even thinking about touching up the chipped part. I of course, offended, wanted my money back! When she consistently refused, I told her I was going to the Better Business Bureau and she then proceeded to say "fine I don't have time to deal with you" and said she would give me a refund. When I went back a few days later, she was not there and the associates had to scramble around to figure out the return when they called her, the manager screamed at me over the phone for asking for a return! She told me I was never allowed back! Are you kidding me? Trust me, I wouldn't want to go back to this place if they were giving out free pedicures and manicures!!! Unless you want terrible service steer clear of this hell hole. NOT WORTH IT!!! DON"T EVEN THINK ABOUT IT!!!!!!!! read more

Nice, bright, comfortable clean location. Quick service. In and out in 30mins for a normal pedicure on a Saturday morning.

Best nail salon I've discovered in Burke. I have tried numerous places and nothing comes close to the quality of service. Gel nails last much longer too! read more

I used to come here often but after Lu did my mani/pedi I will never come back. She didn't even try to do a good job. She didn't scrub my feet at ALL, she also left polish all over my skin surrounding my toe nail! She cut my nails WAY too short after I told her not to. Absolutely terrible. read more

Been coming to Nail A La Mode for years - on and off. Over the years, the salon has slowly evolved into a well-run, higher-end facility. It's very clean, the ladies working there are always friendly. My daughter and I visited yesterday and had a great time catching up while we were getting our pedicures. It's always good to make an appt since they can get very busy, but we took a chance and walked in right after they opened. Even then, there were probably 5-6 other customers already there. Definitely recommend this place! read more

I have been going for two years. My nail technician is Tammy. I get gel nails, pedi and eye brow wax. She is amazing. Would never go any place else. Reasonably priced for excellent work. Highly recommend. read more

This is a very pretty and relaxing environment. My person doing the pedicure was nice, however, the price is out of control. I got the spa pedicure, usually a bit more, nice massage, and my nails look great. But for 50.00 this puts this place out of reach when there are nail salons all over the place, doing just as nice of a job for a more reasonable place. read more

This place is the same as EVERYBODY else has mentioned before. The receptionists and staff are INCREDIBLY rude. It is a pity since they honestly do nice work, but to be treated like it is a favor for YOU to go to them is a bit much. I just went to them for the last time. I tried to get my nails filled and got severely screwed I think the last time by being charged $23 for an acrylic nail fill. Yes, just for a fill, not to get a set of acrylic on. I told them that was more than they had charged me in the past and they said "Oh well we had to do this and that, which cost extra (basically replace 2 nails that had broken off.) Really... to replace 2 nails it is costing me what it would to get an ENTIRE set to be replaced... I think not. I think it had been a while the last time since I couldn't stomach going there that they may have thought I was new and could charge we whatever since they have no pricing displayed on the walls. (I ended up going since I was a bind and need to get them done ASAP and they were the next closest shop to the normal place I visit.) So, I tried going today, and asked them straight out "How much does it cost to get my nails filled." The nail tech kept saying "We busy we busy. Come back later." So, I asked her again, how much does it cost, and again her answer was "We busy." So, I couldn't even get my question answered. I said never mind, I won't be coming back. So, as all of us have said, this place sucks, and good luck getting an answer as to how much anything does cost if you want to even attempt to get anything done. read more

I've had nothing but good experiences here and often have had to go back to them because other places have done a poor job. I think their color selection is one of the largest and best in the area. read more

My daughter went for a pre-prom manicure. She got a French manicure yesterday and her nails are peeling already. She has never had luck here. read more

The prices are out of line if you want to have to have the polish changed on your toes. It was very difficult to understand what was said about the pricing and at the time of payment I found out for ten dollars more I could have had a pedicure. When I tried to discuss this with the manager/owner she has uncaring and basically walked away. I wll never go to this salon again! read more

This place leaves a lot to be desired as far as customer service is concerned! The facility is beautiful, relaxing, and the music is calming and settling.... But that's where it ends! I've had the luxury (Not!) of having services completed here twice and both times I was drastically disappointed by the customer service or I should say lack there of! I've had my feet and nails done and on both occasions was greeted very frankly at the door and shuffled to a seat. My work was done by a very basic English speaking technician on both occasions. No you do not need to be an English professor but please understand ouch and your hurting me! The prices are very inflated for the poor service. The shop wasn't crowded either time I visited the premises so I can't even make excuses for them. Ultimately the great look isn't worth the high priced poor service! Please please spare your hands and feet the abuse and go else where! ... You've been warned! read more

I have now been going for a straight year to get pedicures from Kim...heaven sent. Her patience and professionalism are impeccable. I have been getting pedicures once a month because prior to this routine I was consistently having a problem with ingrown toenails...not this past year. I go once a month for the nail trim, the polish could honestly withstand change every 6 weeks. The price reflects the quality of service you receive and is well within reason. My first visit was July 2015 and this week will mark my 13th visit to the salon. Great with appointment and without; however, because I specifically request Kim I always make an appointment...she is there everyday except Sunday and Monday. read more

I also have been going to this nail salon for years. I agree with those who say that communication is sometimes a challenge but the work they do is great. The atmosphere is just right for me -- like another reviewer wrote, not Red Door, but it's a lot nicer than some of the other shops I've been to. read more

This salon is in a prime, busy location on Burke Lake Road, so that is the only reason I can see that they are still in business. I live down the street and it is very convenient for me go there, but due to the experience I've had, I almost never go now. I have a mani/pedi and sometimes a eyebrow wax. The cost is high compared to the service received. Each time I get rushed through the pedi, which is supposed to be the most relaxing part. They are very concerned with squeezing in as many customers as possible and I feel like they need my chair! During the mani, they don't even soak your hands! They do it dry and that hurts! They are constantly talking and sometimes yelling to each other in another language. If you go to a real salon, the technicians NEVER speak to each other, they concentrate on YOU. They need to step up the professionalism and make the experience more relaxing for the customer, instead of trying to fit in as many people that walk through the door. read more
