I've been coming to this place for the last eight or nine years. My mom's been a customer for even longer. I have never once had a bad experience. Not only are they flexible with scheduling and have squeezed me in for walk-in appointments numerous times, but all of the nail technicians are sweet and very accommodating. I've had my nails done by nearly all of them -- though Helen is my go-to lady -- and they've all done an above-and-beyond job every time. I bounced from shop to shop until I came here in 2011 and met Susan- nobody else has done my nails since. Kim, the manager is fantastic at staying up to date with the trends and they're always getting new colors in, the selection is huge for both regular and gel polish. I love Susan, she is so detail oriented and meticulous, I truly can say my manicure is perfect every time. I'm picky about my nails so I see her every 2 weeks for gel but I could easily go 3-4 weeks and there will be no chipping whatsoever. I'd recommend any of the manicurists here; customer service is great, everyone is friendly and accommodating. I couldn't tell if the technician was rushed because of Covid-19 or just didn't care... but this was my first pedicure and the whole experience was rather lackluster... the whole process felt extremely rushed, she didn't allow my nails time to dry at all and rushed me out of the establishment, and they smudged off.. which I know is my fault but I couldn't just stand in the parking lot until they dried... the edges were messy and had the nail polish was lumpy?? She's friendly and kind and a great nail tech. Tracy has become like family. Kim is the owner. She maintains a beautiful, clean shop with a home feeling. Really awful experience. The person doing my nails was going to quickly to get the job over with. When she was trimming my cuticles she was going so fast and carelessly that I started bleeding twice. My gel nails have also started chipping (3 days after getting them done...). Waste of time and money. Avoid. There are probably many better places. read more

The decor is very chic and they are always up-to-date on their trends; they always have new nail polish colors to try to meet everyone's desires... from seasonal colors to bold and sparkly. So the piggies were a mess. Need a pedi. Checked reviews and this was the place to go . . . Supposedly. Their message chairs leave a LOT to be desired. I think they put a cheap back massager on the things and called it a day. The massage was decent, but nothing special. The paint is pretty and well done. But there was very little done to the bottoms of my feet - a few scrapes with the razor and 8 (yes, I counted on the second foot) light passes with the pumice stone. Done. No attention to the sides of the big toes and little to the backs of the heels. And there were 3 other customers in the shop, and 2 add'l attendants free. I did like the music they had going, relaxing. Seemed clean. cant really say it was bad, but just lack-luster services. I'll try somewhere else next time. read more

I went to nail all a mode because my nail place couldn't take us aplace couldn't take us my daughter got a $35 pedicure and they didn't even scrape her feet she said the worst she ever got and I went and got a gel manicure the lady asked me if I wanted my nails cut down I said no because I was trying to grow them out she knew I wanted my nails rounded and she did a great job she painted my nails so many times that they are thick and didn't go all the way to the end and then file them again and they are the shortest nails I've ever had read more

I love! Love! Love! this place. I will never go anywhere else. Susan is the only one who is allowed to do my nails ever. She is so detailed and takes so much pride in her job. She is such a hard worker. If you are a regular they all greet you by name and make you feel so welcomed. Susan knows that I go in every month for my manicure and pedicure. I always schedule my appointment with her in advance. She knows what water temperature I like, what colors I enjoy, offers me something to drink and is so personable. When I get my gel manicure it will last a good 3 weeks. The business is always very well cleaned. It can get pricey but I'd rather pay more and have someone take their time and whom has good customer service then go somewhere and be another simple number. read more

I paid $45 for a less than average pedicure. There was no moisturizing of my feet; they are dry as sandpaper less than an hour after leaving, and I already have chips in the polish. I felt rushed, and there was no drying time. My nail technician had a lovely personality and was very friendly, but she put my flip flops on me, sprayed Quick Dry on my toes, and sent me away. Just moved to the area and was so thrilled to have a nail salon so close to my new house and I went in on a Monday afternoon around 4pm and they told me they were closed and couldn't take me. And ok that's fine, I can see if you guys need to close early a day, whatever, but when I was walking out a nice looking woman came in without an appointment and they took her. Like ok clearly it was something about my appearance bc there was no reason not to take me. And they missed out too bc I tip very well! Won't be going here. I've had the pleasure to work with a couple of people but inevitably stayed with Tracy. Went here on a Sunday pm to get a manicure/pedicure at the recommendation of two people and was very pleasantly surprised. The shop was not crowded and I waited less than 5 minutes. Great selection of OPI products, not like other salons in the area. Helen did a wonderful job on both my hands and feet, great attention to detail. This was the worst manicure and pedicure I've had in my entire life. And I'm not saying that to be dramatic. The lady rushed through both the entire time, she barely massaged my feet or my legs and she missed important parts of the manicure i.e. just basic pushing my cuticles back and to top it all off it was $50! Had a lovely first visit here for a manicure! I had tired, dry winter hands and looked forward to a dry-skin-cuticle clean out more than anything! Opted for a gel manicure. Decor and ambiance is above par! Clean and crisp with a lovely digital fire along the back. Not cluttered and no pictures of long, outdated nail styles on the walls. Kim was lovely and I enjoyed chatting with her! My MOST favorite finding was ZOYA polish! That's a top-five-chemical free made in the USA polish that I use with my girls! Not really impressed w this place. There were no signs for prices. I got a pedicure which was $33!!! I asked for a Hibiscus flower, the nail tech didn't really put an effort into the design. $5 for the desgin so it was $38 total just for pedicure-didn't really scrub or massage my feet just a few touches here and there. She also used a hand held asian fan to air dry my nails!!! First time here & will be my last. I gave two stars bc it's nice inside however, the nail tools were not in packages but soaked in the alcohol container. read more

This place is ok. Went in the middle of the afternoon during the week with a friend for pedicures and they fit us in. However, we both felt like they rushed us. No leg/foot massage like many other places, they got nail polish on two of my toes and they didn't wipe it off....the whole pedicure seemed quick. Also, the massage chairs don't really massage, just vibrate. They didn't have their tools in sterilized packages either, just in a cup with blue sterilization chemicals. I've been here more then once and found my treatment nice. The times I've gone have not been very busy so I didn't have to wait for my services. The pedicure chairs are comfy and their polish collection is substantial. I also like the fact they use personal size fans to dry your manicure because you can sit on their comfy couches for a while instead of a hard uv lamp bench. Would come back again read more
