Naho's Floral Design is where it's at! I'm consistently impressed by the innovation and quality of the floral arrangements Naho creates. She asks just the right questions to get to heart of the floral recipient as well as the occasion. I am most drawn to her color combination, as well as her use of all the life stages/expressions of the plant kingdom (seeds, buds, greens, stems, blooms, and dried plant material), in her dynamic arrangements. There's so much going on in the world, and in our communities, but I'm staying safely at home. Having access to Naho's true floral artistry, delivered to myself and to my loved ones, makes an immense difference in my life. read more

Beautiful flower arrangement. However, delivered to the wrong house after transposing the wrong address onto the delivery card. Naho's offered to go get the flowers and redeliver but a family member took care of it. Problem was, the flowers were a surprise and if I didn't ask someone at the house to keep an eye out, I wouldn't have known they were misdelivered. The recipient's address was correct on the order confirmation. Just careless. Really frustrating experience. read more

This is the third time in the last year or so I've ordered from Naho. Her arrangements are fresh and beautifully designed. I usually ordered online with no problems. This last time, I got stuck in the check out bc I opted to log into my account...not their fault, was mine bc I was in a rush. I called in and Naho graciously took my order over the phone and delivered a beautiful, fresh and cheerful to my daughter-in-law for her birthday. Thank you, Naho! read more

Nothing but exceptional. Outstanding personal and kind service. Naho created a custom floral arrangement for my mom, she asked me what my vision was and she delivered beyond what I could have even dreamed up. Very reasonably priced considering the quality of the flowers and the size of the custom arrangement. For the price you could order something from a chain online, Naho can create a special work of art for you! Made my mom, who is very particular... very very happy! read more

The florals for my wedding were so beautiful!! Naho did the arch and the bouquets and they turned out better than I could have ever hoped. Naho's floral designs are elegant and she personally selects beautiful flowers from the market for each order! She was great to work with and the end result was wonderful. The great online reviews are well-deserved. I was looking for a flower delivery on a Sunday (and a holiday weekend no less) and not many places were open. Naho's came through and was even willing to go outside of their normal delivery area. I ordered the "bouquet of the day" and the flower arrangement was stunning (and big!). A week later the bouquet still looks amazing. Thank you Naho's! I would definitely use them again. read more

We needed a standing spray arrangement for a rosary and vigil in two days. Naho herself helped me select the arrangement, banner, and had it delivered at the church punctually at the time requested. The flowers were beautiful, fresh, and the arrangement and banner were tastefully done. The cost was very reasonable. I am happy to recommend Naho. read more

Naho's provided excellent same-day delivery in the Bay Area when I called from out of state! When the delivery destination proved tricky, they texted me and the recipient to sort it all out. And the flower arrangement is very pretty! read more

I just had a wedding and I asked Naho for the bouquets, centerpieces, and succulents as favors. Everyone complimented how beautiful they are and guests actually loved taking favors. When I was planning, Naho was super responsive and willing to plan in details which color and type of flowers you envision. We had very small budget but Naho accommodated us to have very big centerpieces and bouquets. I was pleasantly surprised by great quality they were with low budget. I recommend every couple who are planning a wedding in bay area because getting flowers for wedding cost so much money. read more

I couldn't have stumbled upon a better florist- it was under unfortunate circumstances, but I can't say great enough things about Naho's floral. Best part about this place? They have a number you can text and basically get everything answered. I found her on Yelp and texted late at night- not only were my questions answered promptly, but she was so efficient & got my ordered handled instantly. I didn't get to see a photo of the exact arrangement that was delivered, but she did not disappoint. (A sample photo was sent of a larger arrangement similar to mine) The recipient was grateful & the photo she sent to me of the flowers blew me away for the cost! Love love love everything about Naho's Floral. If you need florals, please come here. So thankful for them. read more

So disappointed in their services. I called Nahos floral to place an order for a family member who was in the hospital. I gave her instructions of what my design idea was like and asked to be provided with a picture of the arrangement as I am a few hours away. I did not get the picture of my arrangement until after it was delivered the arrangement was $100 and looked like it was picked out of someone's front yard. I attempted to contact them multiple times including text with no response. Although their refund policy states to contact them within 24 hours no one has reached out in fact they have ignored my request for a refund. Avoid at all cost and spend your money elsewhere. Zero stars if I could read more

I am in Los Angeles and wanted to order flowers for a friend in the Berkeley area whose husband recently passed away. I wanted to support a local florist, so I did a search an internet search and found Naho's Floral Design. I contacted them via their email form and received a prompt response. We had a few back and forth emails, and Naho was very kind and courteous. I placed my order yesterday afternoon, and left it up to her to design the bouquet. The flowers are beautiful! And, the bouquet was delivered to my friend before noon today! I highly recommend Naho's Floral Design and hope to order from them again for future floral needs in the area. read more

Naho did a great job with the floral arrangements for my uncle's funeral. I needed an arrangement for a friend who needed some cheering up as she coped with a serious illness. My friend is a creative type with strong aesthetic preferences so I wanted to make sure the bouquet would be unique -- not just something you could pick up at a grocery store -- and would fit her taste. I asked Naho to create a bold, modern design with one color of flowers. The result was gorgeous and my friend loved it!! I also asked Naho do design a birthday arrangement for my sister and once again, when I described my sister, Naho was able to come up with a special design that my sister loved. I highly recommend Naho's Floral Design, especially if you are looking for something a cut above the usual (for a reasonable price). read more
