Beautiful flower arrangement. However, delivered to the wrong house after transposing the wrong address onto the delivery card. Naho's offered to go get the flowers and redeliver but a family member took care of it. Problem was, the flowers were a surprise and if I didn't ask someone at the house to keep an eye out, I wouldn't have known they were misdelivered. The recipient's address was correct on the order confirmation. Just careless. Really frustrating experience. read more

I didn't get to see a photo of the exact arrangement that was delivered, but she did not disappoint. So disappointed in their services. I called Nahos floral to place an order for a family member who was in the hospital. I gave her instructions of what my design idea was like and asked to be provided with a picture of the arrangement as I am a few hours away. I did not get the picture of my arrangement until after it was delivered the arrangement was $100 and looked like it was picked out of someone's front yard. I attempted to contact them multiple times including text with no response. Although their refund policy states to contact them within 24 hours no one has reached out in fact they have ignored my request for a refund. Avoid at all cost and spend your money elsewhere.
