Horrible customer service, buyer beware! Order was placed for Sat 1/2426 2pm delivery. It is Fri 1/23 (2pm) when I'm writing this review (they delivered it 1 day early), simply because they called and church said they can deliver it now. Why listen to a random person at the church and not the customer who is paying for the order (and list the instructions on delivery date/time)? In addition, flowers arrived already wilted. Flower arrangements will look worse by tomorrow (actual day of the service). They have lost a customer, WE WILL NOT BE RETURNING NOR DO WE RECOMMEND ANYONE ELSE TO SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS. Lee's Discount Florist was a great find! When browsing and comparing other florists, I noticed another Teleflor florist offered the same arrangements online but at a higher rate. The selections were good and I found the perfect Sympathy Zen Artistry flower arrangement for the family who are Japanese. The arrangement was very beautiful and maybe had more flowers than as pictured on the website. Their customer service was great too. I ordered online and followed up with a phone call because I forgot to mention something in my comments. They answered the phone quickly and followed through. After being a loyal customer for over 25 years I really hate to do this, but I must amend my previous review. They are under new management and the quality and the customer service has suffered because of it. I typically order multiple arrangements for Mother's Day Thanksgiving and Christmas always choosing a Teleflora arrangement because they are one of their recommended florist. This year, however the arrangement that I selected looked nothing like the picture that I paid for. When I called the shop to let them know about it I was met with very rude resistance. The gentleman on the phone insisted that what he delivered is what I paid for. He rudely said that he would pick up the arrangements and refund me which he could do if they were just for me, but they were gift gifts for other people. I find this extremely distressing because I fried myself on supporting local businesses in my area I'm gonna post the pictures and you let me know what you think. Ordered a nice standing bouquet of flowers for a funeral. I chose Lee's Florist based on their Yelp Reviews and we were not disappointed. I ordered the flowers online the day prior to the funeral. An hour later I called to make sure they would deliver the flower before the 10am service. The nice lady on the phone said they would deliver the flowers at 9am the next day since the Chapel opens at 9am. The flowers looked great at the service! I was planning to buy flowers from trader joes and arrange them myself but I'm no pro so I decided to splurge a little bit more for something that's more presentable. They first started asking me what kind of price point I was looking for and I told them around $40. They then asked me what color flowers I would like and if certain flowers would be ok to be included in the bouquet. There's plenty of parking around the shop but it's metered so make sure to pay, it's also on a busy street so just keep that in mind. The bouquet itself was HUGE, for $40 it was definitely so worth it. The flowers were super fresh and lasted a really long time. I've paid more at other places that could not compare to Lee's.
