I ordered flowers on the website and got a call back from the florist that one of the flowers shown in the picture was unavailable, and was offered replacements in slightly different colors. the conversation with the florist was delightful as we discussed options. I had upgraded to the deluxe version of the arrangement, but wasn't sure of the actual size. the recipient sent me a picture of what was delivered, and it was much more than I expected, and she was delighted.

Beautiful bouquet that lasted really well

Our son and his fiancée sent us a condolences bouquet from Grand Flowers. It was beautiful, in pale yellows and whites, with roses, stock, snapdragons, carnations, alstroemeria -- as you can see in the photo. The flowers were really fresh too, and they are still going over a week later. One of the most beautiful bouquets I have ever received.

What my friend received

True bait and switch company. I decided to order directly from the website of a local East Bay florist vs through a large third party company or website (like bloom nation) to support local. My friend had just gotten out of surgery and I wanted to brighten his day. I ordered the enhanced version of the "pick me up" bouquet, which included a blue vase with rainbow ribbon. When he sent me a picture of the flowers he received I was dumbfounded- it looked like a $10 bouquet from Safeway. No where near the amount of flowers I paid for (almost $100 including delivery) and no beautiful vase or ribbon in sight. I called to complain and they said they could PICK UP THE VASE to add more flowers, but I didn't want to stress out my friend with having his flowers taken away and probably given back with an extra bud added. They should have offered a full new bouquet or a partial refund, but had some excuse as to why they couldn't offer part of my money back. They did offer a free delivery for my next order, but I will never be ordering from them again. What an embarrassment.

I received flowers from here today I was already outside when the delivery guy game to my door. I was not impressed at all by the quality. Some of the flowers looked nice or ok and some were already clearly wilting and dying. It looked like they had some older flowers that they didn't want to throw away and just decided to mix them in with fresh ones and make this arrangement.

Thank you Grand Flowers and Parisa for your arrangement and timely delivery to the church for my grandmother's funeral. I was very anxious ordering from out of town and was relieved that the arrangement turned out beautifully, on time, and with the family note.

The product

I have no words to describe how highly disappointed I am with the product, the service, and the overall experience. I asked for big sympathy flowers to be delivered to a funeral today. The product looked nothing like what what assured to me on the phone and the screenshot of the website. I paid premium for this product and paid extra for more flowers and lilies which totaled to $230. I gave a generous tip in advance, which made the actual total to $240. I contacted the store phone multiple times and even texted the personal number of staff (I got her number because she sent me a picture of my receipt and confirmed the price that I paid extra for). I get no response from anyone in the store. I do not wish to recommend this service. Be aware. Update: I received a call back from the manager (Teresa) and she says I am not able to receive a refund and I requested that she text that to me and she said "Im not going to do that to my business so that you can be covered and Im not." in an unprofessional manner. It is not that I want free arrangements, Teresa, I just want the service and product to equate to what I paid for. I expressed that what was assured was going to be big in height and size and she said "Go measure it yourself."

All bunched together non premium, short wilting roses. He was price gouged $50 roses at the most not $140!

My boo brought me followers for Valentine's Day and they changed him $140 for 16 short, half dead roses and they did not want to give him a vase! These are not premium roses! They price gouged him. He wanted to support a local business because of COVID and he got bamboozled. He was advocating for his self and showed the lady on that the website advertised roses that were long, with chocolate, balloons bear and vase for the a less price. He said that the shop lady was very rude and pushy to him. In his words "she was taking advantage of me because I have an accent." She charged my thoughtful guy triple the price on a bad product and degraded him while he was to do something nice for me. She should've honored the website price. There were no balloons, no candy, no bear and it would've been no vase but he was like" you have to give me something. " I'm the first person that he's ever bought him a Valentine's Day gift for and this is the experience that he has to live with. Being taken advantage of. I feel so guilty and horrible that he was trying to be nice and he got swindled by the flower shop
