I was *blown away* by the beautiful flowers Joanna provided for our August wedding. We didn't need a ton of flowers for the the wedding as our venues were already well endowed with flowers and greenery, but we ordered personal ceremony bouquets and dinner table bud vases with Bluma's Farmer's Choice menu. I sent over a pinterest board with a range of 'wild flowery' blooms that we love and some general preferences in terms of color (essentially - we wanted lots of it). The flowers she provided were drop dead gorgeous. I love flowers and wanted to have them at the wedding, but especially in an already-beautiful venue, I really did not appreciate what a massive impact they would have on the overall feel of the dinner and event. They were SO. BEAUTIFUL. The bud vases were a fantastic value - I wasn't sure what to expect in terms of flower quantity and variation; they felt truly lush and went such a long way because of Joanna's impeccable styling - just the coolest combo of colors and unusual blooms in each; and every vase was unique from the others which is exactly what I dreamed of but wasn't sure would be possible. I still have people telling me how dazzled by the flowers they were months later. Also, Bluma styled our cake with fresh flowers and it was just gorgeous - I think the photo speaks for itself. Joanna is very nice but busy running + farming this crazy rooftop farm (really a special business that it was fun to learn about along the way) so not always available for long convos during the day, which at moments made me a little bit nervous but now I can say with confidence that she had exactly what she needed and everything together to provide a dreams-come-true flower universe for our wedding. She really has a special style and variety of flowers growing in her farm --- we highly recommend hiring Bluma to flower your fabulous parties!

Where do I start?? Owned by women and growing flowers!! This farm is awesome and I had a chance to volunteer for a day. It's no secret, my passion for beautiful blooms but to actually experience the process from beginning to end is phenomenal! I planted what is referred to as plugs for the day. Basically it's the beginning of the seed that needs to be transferred to a larger container. The plant has about one or two leaves and appears fragile. I learned how to use one hand to make the hole and the other to insert the plug. Which isn't easy people! I also learned how to not have air pockets which will prevent the plug from growing properly. Last but not least... I learned that you should expect at minimum a 30% loss from seed not producing into a plant. Whew..was that an education! Talk about relaxing your mind and being at one with the earth. This is the place to be! I throughly enjoyed myself and had a sense of accomplishment when I left! They shared their lunch with me, which was the best egg salad I ever had! By the way...I don't even like egg salad but this was excellent. They each take turns bringing healthy treats which is a standard practice in the farming community. Joanna, the owner let me pick my own boutique before I left! That made my day! If you have a chance to volunteer on a Tuesday or Thursday, send them an email! You will throughly enjoy your experience and flower 101 education! My last two cents...CARHARTT clothing should be sponsoring the all women team!

We just went to a wedding where Bluma did the flowers and were they ever so beautiful and creative. Bluma flowers have a magic to them. The San Fransciso chronicle was even there for a story on Bluma Flowers! I felt like I was in a field of wild flower. You can feel the heart and quirky spirit of Bluma's owner, Joana Letz. Her flowers bright a sense of joy and fun to any event.

Bluma made a gorgeous bouquet, boutonniere, and centerpieces for my wedding ceremony last month. We had a Covid-friendly outdoor zoom wedding, so the ambience and accents became an even more important aspect of the ceremony than normal, and the flowers were a huge hit. My sis in law worked directly with Joanna, looping me in as needed, and communication and follow-up was easy and smooth. She delivered the flowers right to our door the day before the ceremony, plus a few squash blossoms from the farm :) Everything is organic, fresh, local, sustainable, and the colors and flowers she chose were spot-on with what we talked about. I can't recommend Bluma enough!

These women made a gorgeous arrangement for my daughter's birthday. B/c of covid I couldn't be there to celebrate with her but their TLC did help to make it special! Thank you Bluma Flowers! Fran P

Joanna created the most beautiful, creative floral bouquet for my wedding. Everyone commented on how unique and artistic it was. It made me so happy to hold it and show it off! I would hire her again for any floral needs I have. Her choice of flowers, colors and arrangements are truly original.

Joanna and Bluma Farm made all of our wedding dreams come true. Upon asking for a whimsical look for our summer wedding in July, my husband and I were truly blown away! She was able to provide just that. Looking at the website for the availability of seasonal flowers was so easy. She was available and promptly responded to every concern. As wedding planning can be insane, having the right kind of people in your corner is so crucial... I made some decision errors during this time. But hiring Bluma Farm was NOT one of them. Thank you so much Joanna for providing a local product... not to mention woman owned small business!

Bluma Farm provided mixed buckets of flowers for my wedding on 9/23/17. Joanna Letz, the owner, was easy to work with, and took the information I gave her about my palette and delivered incredible flowers & greenery for our event. It went above & beyond what I'd hoped for. Thank you, Joanna! I will definitely be using you again for all my floral needs, and recommending you to friends...

Just got my first bouquet and it looks amazing. Definitely a unique arrangement that stands out from your typical dozen roses or 6 tulips.

I would love fresh flowers delivered............ I would even drive to the farm if it was worth the time, but the website does not provide ANY information on delivery, bouquet sizes, costs, delivery area, etc. Where can I find that information?

It's a great spot if you're looking to grow your own food or just enjoy a calm walk through nature. There's a section for indoor houseplants, but it's a bit limited. Most of the options are Succulent plants and hardier varieties, so if you're looking for a large variety of tropicals or more delicate indoor plants, you might not find much--though there is a separate indoor plant area that was closed off during our visit. You'll definitely notice the fertilizer smell when you walk in--not overwhelming, but something to be aware of if you're sensitive. Still, the overall atmosphere is relaxing and grounding. It's a really lovely spot to explore, especially if you enjoy gardening or just want a nature-filled reset. Heads-up for allergy sufferers: with all the plants, pollen, and earthy air, you may want to plan accordingly.
