It was easy to make a appointment, no wait time, nice receptionist, and the Dr. listened to my wants, i left happy. *update. I went back for filler and it was awesome :) but sadly the dysport situation isn't working for me. It does NOT last me , I went in and got some done then went back 3 weeks later because it just never really kicked in much and I was still seeing the wrinkles between my eyebrow, sad because I spent probably around $500 all together because I had came in a few week prior. Doctor Nagi is very nice, but I've been there 3 times and all the times I had Botox done on my upper lip, it only lasted me 5 weeks, and I've been increasing more and more units and all the other places I've done it in the past last me at least 3 months with the same amount of units. Doctor Nagi's office is closer to me but unfortunately I don't know what kind of Botox he uses but it doesn't last at all. read more

I went to Dr Ibrahim to get filler to help the appearance of my under eye area. I discussed exactly what I wanted and that I could only afford one syringe. On one side he injected in the cheek area which I felt did not improve the eye area at all. So on the other side he did it closer to my eye in a completely different area from the other side! I was concerned about it looking uneven...he assured me it would not look it in two weeks. Well I was uneven and had a welt under the side he did near my eye...looked like I had been punched even three weeks later. So I went back in and asked if he could fix it...he advised another syringe. I told him yet again could not afford that. So he decided to put a very little in the cheek area on the side with the welt and said it would help the appearance. He made me feel terrible for complaining. And said that was all he could do. Well two and a half months later I'm just living w the welt on my face. Until I have the money to have someone else fix this. I wish I had done more research and had a dr who specializes in filler and botox...not a general practitioner Dr. I looked better before I went in!:( Lesson learned. read more

Recently went to Dr.Nagi for Botox. He gave me 50 units in forehead and around eyes. I saw absolutely no difference or improvement of the two verticals lines I had between eyes. I went back to him approximately three to four weeks later hoping he would try to make it right but he suggested 5 more units and he actually charged another fee after I had just spent 400 dollars. I went to a plastic surgeons office in Del Mar for Botox a few weeks later and got 25 units with great results. I was informed to be aware that Botox can be diluted and to be careful of advertised coupons for services. read more

This man is not a doctor, he is not in the business of providing health care, he may be great at injecting people with botox, but for those of us who actually need real health care, he is impatient, rude, has the most awful bedside manner and is more interested in wrongly and dangerously diagnosing people to recommend his fresh batches of anti depressants, than to actually help someone. I sat in this man's, (can't even call him a doctor), chair no less than ten minutes and he diagnosed me as bipolar! Just to clear my complaint of any misunderstanding, I lost brother to an untimely and unexpected death last August and to boot my home burned in a house fire..needless to say, I have experienced a lot of relatively uncontrollable anxiety that I was looking to and had high hopes of managing by entrusting Mr. Ibrahim with my situation. He mocked me throughout his whole questionnaire and pressed me for yes and no answers to very ambiguous questions that I assure you, nor anyone could answer seemlessly. When I told him I wasn't interested in taking anti depressants and was looking for something to manage my attacks when they actually occur, he got angry with me for not agreeing to his diagnosis and prescription and basically shooed me out of his office stating that it seemed I had my mind made up! If his list of specialties lists, anxiety disorders..please don't believe what you read!! If getting botulism between your eyes is your thing, I wouldn't even trust this guy with a needle. read more

Dr. Nagi is great at Botox. I've had 2 facial procedures for forehead wrinkles and 3 or 4 underarm procedures for sweating. I love the way my face looks and I get tons of compliments about how youthful my skin looks. The underarm Botox is amazing and completely takes care of my sweating problem.
