About 3 weeks ago the freezer stopped making ice & the unit runs non-stop, but the freezer will not cool. We contacted Martins & they dismissed us to Maytag. After hours upon hours of research & dead-end phone calls to Maytag (& a second attempt with Martin's) we are left with a $1200 fridge that we can't use. I am highly disappointed that we have had zero assistance/support from Martins. I understand it's past the "one-year warranty" but what about standing behind a product that YOU sold us? I'm sad, frustrated and sharing as a buyer beware. We loved supporting a local, family-owned business, but this hits hard.

I had an 8' door wall that needed to be replaced, so I contacted Divine Doors for a quote. They gave me several options that were available in that opening size, next I selected the one with a wood casement interior. The replacement was done with perfection. My next installation will from Devine Doors & Trim.

They are not local for me (I'm in CT, they're in MI) but that doesn't stop me from going back time and time again.
