After 2 weeks went by, there was nothing so I stopped back by there and was told it would take them a little bit longer due to the design. We have not heard back from them yet. This has been since June what we have been trying to get this project started with Summit Landscape. Called to cancel - they offered a discounted service fee - said no thank you and then offered a free after keeping me on hold again. Wasted an hour so agreed to no service fee. Then received text - did not have my item offered sub. (way less quality) refused - then site offered $20 off - still less money elsewhere with free delivery. Terrible Terrible experience!
