The restaurant was extremely busy, and it seemed like there were two different ways to check in--one in person and another online through Yelp. After checking in, we waited about 25 minutes before even making it to the front of the line, with only a party of about 10 ahead of us. Since we were only a party of two, we figured we would be fairly easy to seat. We checked with the hostess twice to make sure our name was on the waitlist. During that time, we watched several small parties of three or fewer get seated, including some we had seen check in after us. After about 15 more minutes standing near the host desk and seeing a third small party seated ahead of us, I asked to speak with a manager. Savanna, the manager, was clearly very busy and actively helping throughout the restaurant, but she still took the time to get us seated, listen to what happened, look into the issue, and then come back to update us. That extra follow-up wasn't necessary for me personally, but it showed a lot of professionalism and attention to customer service. She also mentioned using the situation as a "teaching moment," which I appreciated. My only real critique is that the restaurant may need a better way to merge the in-person and Yelp check-in systems so the waitlist feels consistent and fair. There was probably also an opportunity for the hostess to catch the issue after we checked with her multiple times. Despite the rough start, the food was excellent, the table service was great, and Savanna handled the situation very professionally. I would definitely give Broken Yolk another visit.

Had a GREAT time at lunch today (3/25)!!! This location is waaaaaay better than Fremont street. I know it's brand new so not really comparing apples to apples...just sayin. It's so clean and airy and bright. If the weather is not too hot I'd suggest getting a table outside. (We didn't but it looked so nice and relaxing). Before I begin BIG SHOUT OUT TO JAZZY JAZMIN our server. Whooo hooooo!!! She was excellent and patient because me and my friend are a handful. LOOOL. Jazmin was very attentive and checked on us often. Thanks Jazmin! We got a free margarita by "checking in" on the Yelp app. It was well worth it. I got the spicy jalapeño cucumber something margarita. It was nice and spicy with the tajin around the rim. YES! Can't remember the name but it was the bomb. Quickly followed up by the peachy something (uuugh I can't remember the names). Both were excellent and put me in a BIG MOOD!!! The food came quickly which was shocking. It was fresh and hot. We ordered that queso dip trio with the queso, salsa and guacamole. ORDER THE GUACAMOLE!!! It is EVERYTHING! We also had the fish tacos and lobster tacos. We would definitely order both again. Also they have an ENTIRE VEGAN menu. How awesome is that. Overall this is a nice spot for good food and fun. It is appropriately loud (which is what you would expect with margaritas!!!). If you are looking for a quiet evening and you're an overall boring person who speaks in whispers while eating out and stares at people having fun...STAY AWAY! This place is for people that like good food, good drinks and FUN!!! 'Nuff said! read more

This used to be my FAVORITE restaurant, for over 10 years. Recently they redid their entire menu and for one it looks so cheap like an Applebees or something instead of the nice Mexican cantina style they had before. What really did it was getting ride of half their nacho options, like the Thai Chicken nachos which is literally the only thing I've ever ordered, in 10 years. I'm a concierge on the Strip and used to refer everyone to these restaurants, never again. We walked out last night and while I cried the whole way home, I will not be going back again. You have ruined everything and seriously adding all those extra drinks and daiquiris? Come one you're literally known for your margaritas why are you diluting the menu? This is such a disappoint and you've lost one of your most loyal costumers. I've been to every location in town, even when you still owned that stupid chicfila and access to a nacho daddy has been considered a factor in moving out of state, at least it was. In memory of the Thai Nachos, here is a collection of my nachos over the years from the first to the last, all my birthdays, buying my first car, my bachelorette party, you were there for all of it. read more

We have been regulars at this restaurant since it opened. Always were happy with all parts of it. However, as of about a month or so ago it all changed. We did give it a second chance this week when we had family in town. So twice now we've noticed changes. I'll review our recent trip since there were 6 of us. All our meals were too spicy (which I usually like). I got the Lemon Pepper Wings which are usually spicy but these were so spicy I could only eat 2. My wife got nachos which didn't even resemble prior orders and they were too spicy. My daughter daughter got Fajitas which didn't even look like fajitas. There weren't strips of chicken just a pile of meat. Our house margaritas were awful. They were so sour and they made us pucker. My wife sent hers back. Our meals were not served at same time but in 3 intervals. Something big has changed there. Maybe new management. We won't be back! I no longer recommend this place!!! read more

My disappointing experience at this Tex-Mex restaurant. My visit left much to be desired. The Filet Mignon fajitas were a major letdown, with an excessive amount of veggies and a disappointingly small portion of meat. The overpowering saltiness further marred the dish, earning it a 1/5 rating. The Queso with beef wasn't any better, also deserving a 1/5 rating. It seems like quality and taste were sacrificed in favor of quantity. Service didn't save the day either, as it was slow, earning a 2/5 rating. It's clear they need to improve their staffing situation to provide a more efficient dining experience. To top it off, the price was unjustifiably high at $50, making it feel incredibly overpriced for the subpar food and service received. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this place, given the disappointing food quality, slow service, and high prices. read more

Since it was my first time, she was happy to answer any questions and immediately came to my table to see if I needed anything. The food! Funny enough, I've been craving Nopales for the last month. I didn't wanna go through all the work of prepping fresh ones and I didn't wanna eat them from a jar so it was nice to come here and see that they have a new menu item of their famous Chilaquiles made with eggs and nopalitos. For $.99 of charge I was able to try the Chilaquiles with Red and Green salsa. They really hooked up my plate and everything tasted great! I prefer the green salsa, but I really am glad I tried both. Literally, the only thing that can make this place better besides the welcoming family and locally owned atmosphere is working on the sewage smell in the bathroom a bit. I want to emphasize It was clean, but I think it needs to be treated.

Very quick and just amazing customer service really sweet people here The Menudo came with all the fixings onions lime cilantro and more like it had fresh cucumbers, radishes and salsa, and just everything tastes so freaking fresh! The meat was so delicious and so big the chunks of meats where I had to cut them at home with cutting shears because they were just so big and it's so delicious and so worth it! Super easy to find located in the same shopping center as good pie, lots of parking, and very easy to find. Although the sign on the front says Roberto's, the owner assured me that was coming down in the next week or so. But if you look on the windows it definitely has Tacos Los Neri Anna to call him so you know you found the right place! Inside kind of the place is neat and clean and definitely has a diner type feel to it. The menu on the wall has a lot of great choices, we opted for the two carne asada tacos, and I wanted the carne asada plate dinner. And of course we had to order chips and guac. The owner, David, came out and brought us our chips and guac. He took some time to give us his background, and the family recipes that went into making this business. To Branch out and start his own business. And the fact that it is such a well-run operation makes it even sweeter. The food came out and was perfect. The tortillas were made fresh, the meats were perfectly seasoned, and the rice and beans were on point. They offer three different levels of sauce, a green, mild, and a spicy red. I prefer the spicy red sauce and it has a perfect kick to go with the seasoning on the meat. Bottom line? This is definitely a place we're going to add to our taco list whenever we get in the mood. We were told that Tuesdays were definitely at the day to come, as they have $2 tacos. Count me In, I'm there!

I wouldn't say this is the best taco spot, but for being so close to St. Rose, I'd say it's definitely one of the better options in the area. I'd come back if I was craving tacos and didn't want to drive far, but $4.50 per taco definitely adds up quick.

The avocado was old and brown, like it had been sitting out all day. I also ordered the birria burrito, which was so small that I couldn't believe they charged me nearly $40 for everything. What's even more concerning is that this place has looked completely empty every single time I've driven by it over the past year. After finally giving it a try, I understand why. The food was disappointing, the portions were terrible for the price, and the quality was not there. I definitely won't be going back.

I remember a huge tortilla filled with gooey cheese, pump wild shrimp, and stripes of bell pepper. This.. wasn't it. This shrimp quesadilla, while serviceable and tasty, felt skimpy.
