Noticing there are never any reservations available between 4:30pm - 9:00pm. Does this mean reservations are not needed for the dinner hour?

I've been a there about 3 times between those hours and did not make a reservation. There is also open seating at the full service bar.

Also have to point out that portion did not look like dinner and can easily be confused for lunch size.. Additional is $4.00 and definitely not worth it. We thought it was ridiculous and if they didn't make customers pay for refills or give more to accommodate the entire party, they would be perfect! The food was hot, fresh and very flavorful. The portions were generous. They do have a combination fajitas for two but the combination only consists of 2 meats. We just can't seem to find a restaurant that does combination fajitas the way Coyotes did. But, they were absolutely the best we've had since Coyotes. The consensus was that we will definitely come back to this restaurant.

After waiting over 10 minutes while watching him take second drink orders from other tables, I finally walked over and told him what we wanted since he was already making several margaritas. His response was essentially that he was busy and didn't care. Eventually, someone brought us chips and salsa, and then the manager came over with another basket of chips and salsa, apparently unaware we had already been served. We explained that we had been sitting there for over 10 minutes without anyone helping us and shared that this was exactly why we had stopped coming. The manager's response was that she had only been there for three months, which unfortunately just reinforced what we've noticed for a long time--constant turnover in both management and staff. As someone who has worked in customer service, this wasn't just about being busy. It's about timing and prioritizing. New guests should be greeted promptly, even if it's just a quick, "I'll be right with you." If the bartender was already making multiple drinks, he could have taken drink orders from everyone, including us, and prepared them together instead of repeatedly going back and forth between the same tables while completely ignoring new customers. We ended up having one margarita and leaving without ordering food. That's now two consecutive visits where we walked out because of poor service. It's disappointing because we genuinely loved this place when it first opened. The margaritas are still good, but the food is average, and the consistently poor service has become impossible to overlook. Judging by the number of similar reviews and management responses, it seems there are ongoing internal issues that haven't been resolved. After giving this restaurant multiple chances, we won't be returning. I hope they can turn things around, but based on our experience, I can't recommend spending your time or money here.

After our last trip when we received absolutely crap service and the manager tried to make it right by comping us, she indicated that the next meal "was on her" and urged us to come back "and give them another chance".. I took her at her word and contacted the restaurant to let her know that I was going to bring my wife and her parents to the restaurant for her birthday. So I contacted the restaurant and informed them that we wanted a reservation for four and that was my wife's birthday. I was contacted and told that they would do something special. We showed up and the front girl was "perfunctory at best". We were seated and waited 20 minutes before we received any water or chips. However, the staff was busy bustling to set this large table in the middle of the dining room for a group that wouldn't show up for 10 minutes. They literally had their chips, salsa, water etc. 10 minutes before we did and we weren't even there. When we did get a waitress she was perfunctory and less than friendly. When I told her we were there for my wife's birthday her answer was "oh that's nice". Far cry from "we will make the evening special for you". We got our food which was fine but absolutely nothing. Throughout the meal the waitress spent all of her time chatting with the large group in the middle - obviously her friends or whatever because they got five star service while we were simply ignored. If we wanted to get a refill of a glass of water or in my father-in-law's case, some sour cream, had to literally get up and pull her away from her buddy table to get service. In addition, not a happy birthday, dessert nothing. So much for trusting the manager when she said that she was going to comp the meal or even at the minimum do something to celebrate the birthday. If we went to something as mundane as Applebee's my wife would've got a piece of cheesecake lol. Very disappointed in this place. We love the food but the service is just crap.

Had a GREAT time at lunch today (3/25)!!! This location is waaaaaay better than Fremont street. I know it's brand new so not really comparing apples to apples...just sayin. It's so clean and airy and bright. If the weather is not too hot I'd suggest getting a table outside. (We didn't but it looked so nice and relaxing). Before I begin BIG SHOUT OUT TO JAZZY JAZMIN our server. Whooo hooooo!!! She was excellent and patient because me and my friend are a handful. LOOOL. Jazmin was very attentive and checked on us often. Thanks Jazmin! We got a free margarita by "checking in" on the Yelp app. It was well worth it. I got the spicy jalapeño cucumber something margarita. It was nice and spicy with the tajin around the rim. YES! Can't remember the name but it was the bomb. Quickly followed up by the peachy something (uuugh I can't remember the names). Both were excellent and put me in a BIG MOOD!!! The food came quickly which was shocking. It was fresh and hot. We ordered that queso dip trio with the queso, salsa and guacamole. ORDER THE GUACAMOLE!!! It is EVERYTHING! We also had the fish tacos and lobster tacos. We would definitely order both again. Also they have an ENTIRE VEGAN menu. How awesome is that. Overall this is a nice spot for good food and fun. It is appropriately loud (which is what you would expect with margaritas!!!). If you are looking for a quiet evening and you're an overall boring person who speaks in whispers while eating out and stares at people having fun...STAY AWAY! This used to be my FAVORITE restaurant, for over 10 years. Recently they redid their entire menu and for one it looks so cheap like an Applebees or something instead of the nice Mexican cantina style they had before. What really did it was getting ride of half their nacho options, like the Thai Chicken nachos which is literally the only thing I've ever ordered, in 10 years. I'm a concierge on the Strip and used to refer everyone to these restaurants, never again. We walked out last night and while I cried the whole way home, I will not be going back again. You have ruined everything and seriously adding all those extra drinks and daiquiris? Come one you're literally known for your margaritas why are you diluting the menu? This is such a disappoint and you've lost one of your most loyal costumers. I've been to every location in town, even when you still owned that stupid chicfila and access to a nacho daddy has been considered a factor in moving out of state, at least it was. We have been regulars at this restaurant since it opened. Always were happy with all parts of it. However, as of about a month or so ago it all changed. We did give it a second chance this week when we had family in town. So twice now we've noticed changes. I'll review our recent trip since there were 6 of us. All our meals were too spicy (which I usually like). I got the Lemon Pepper Wings which are usually spicy but these were so spicy I could only eat 2. My wife got nachos which didn't even resemble prior orders and they were too spicy. My daughter daughter got Fajitas which didn't even look like fajitas. There weren't strips of chicken just a pile of meat. Our house margaritas were awful. They were so sour and they made us pucker. My wife sent hers back. Our meals were not served at same time but in 3 intervals. Something big has changed there. Maybe new management. We won't be back! I no longer recommend this place!!! read more

My disappointing experience at this Tex-Mex restaurant. My visit left much to be desired. The Filet Mignon fajitas were a major letdown, with an excessive amount of veggies and a disappointingly small portion of meat. The overpowering saltiness further marred the dish, earning it a 1/5 rating. The Queso with beef wasn't any better, also deserving a 1/5 rating. It seems like quality and taste were sacrificed in favor of quantity. Service didn't save the day either, as it was slow, earning a 2/5 rating. It's clear they need to improve their staffing situation to provide a more efficient dining experience. To top it off, the price was unjustifiably high at $50, making it feel incredibly overpriced for the subpar food and service received. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this place, given the disappointing food quality, slow service, and high prices. read more

Even though it was super busy, the entire staff kept everything running smoothly and made us feel welcomed from the moment we walked in. The food was absolutely delicious, drinks were on point, and the energy was perfect for the holiday celebration. What really stood out was Kitchen Manager Brian taking the time to personally check in on our table to make sure everything was great. That level of attention and customer care made the experience feel extra special, especially on such a hectic night. Our first visit to this restaurant was with a large group of about 16 people. The restaurant was exceptionally clean and had a relaxed atmosphere. They also had a full bar. Given the size of our group, we were fortunate to have two attentive waitresses. They provided excellent service, were incredibly friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. One of the standout dishes was the lemon pepper wings. They were incredibly delicious, bursting with flavor and perfectly seasoned. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was taken care of without ever being overbearing. The food is served in ample portions and is undeniably tasty. The white peach is a must have. I ordered the filet fajitas and was super satisfied. They even light the plate on fire right next to the table. My kids were amazed. So second visit to nacho daddy food again was very good but when we walked in not very busy when I asked for a booth we were told that those were for reservations only again they were not busy. The fajitas plate was not what expected for $28.00 lots of veggies but not much meat very disappointed. I got the happy hour hot wings that were crispy and juicy, to the bone with flavor. The Asada Fries were cooked light in color.....I didn't think I was going to like them. I thought they would taste like they were raw, but they tasted like they were cooked just right. The color was just light. The asada was good. Some bites were a little less tender. It was delicious however I do like a little more marinade flavor and a little more char flavor. But it was good enough for me to say I would buy it again. I wonder if they would make the fries with chicken for me next time. Service was great!!!! I highly recommend you give this place or try. I love it.

I didn't wanna go through all the work of prepping fresh ones and I didn't wanna eat them from a jar so it was nice to come here and see that they have a new menu item of their famous Chilaquiles made with eggs and nopalitos. For $.99 of charge I was able to try the Chilaquiles with Red and Green salsa. They really hooked up my plate and everything tasted great! I prefer the green salsa, but I really am glad I tried both. Literally, the only thing that can make this place better besides the welcoming family and locally owned atmosphere is working on the sewage smell in the bathroom a bit. I want to emphasize It was clean, but I think it needs to be treated.

The owner, David, came out and brought us our chips and guac. He took some time to give us his background, and the family recipes that went into making this business. To Branch out and start his own business. And the fact that it is such a well-run operation makes it even sweeter. The food came out and was perfect. The tortillas were made fresh, the meats were perfectly seasoned, and the rice and beans were on point. They offer three different levels of sauce, a green, mild, and a spicy red. I prefer the spicy red sauce and it has a perfect kick to go with the seasoning on the meat. Bottom line? This is definitely a place we're going to add to our taco list whenever we get in the mood.
