Much of her response focused on explaining that issues with another event earlier that day had carried over into her interactions with us. She also shared that members of her own staff had expressed concerns about her character. There was no gesture of goodwill or acknowledgment beyond explanations for why it happened. I didn't write this review out of anger or to discourage people from supporting a local business. I wrote it because I believe every couple deserves to know what our experience was like before trusting someone with their wedding day.
