Full body massage plus foot massage is reasonably priced; staff is always friendly and owner is a real gentleman. Hard, medium, soft or gentle is a good way to start. Hello and thank you don't hurt either. We now go every other week.

The massage felt rushed and superficial, massages my arms for maybe 1 min each total. 2. The deal was for 90 min and I got a 60 min massage (she didn't set a timer or anything as they usually do so you know you got your money's worth). 3. The facial... wasn't a facial. She barely cleaned my face with paper towels and water from idk where, she used a couple creams and then put a mask on my face and left me in the room for like 30min waiting. She then peeled it off and left mask residue all over my neck and ears. I'm not sure if this was all bc I used a groupon deal, but even that money seems like a waste. I honestly wouldn't go back here. Update: called groupon and told them my experience and they gave me a full refund (likely bc others have also complained). Props to Groupon for the customer support.

I got a fluff and buff on my back for what seemed like an hour, including hot stones, 3 times more work on my left arm, so my right, dominant arm was neglected. Then 20 minutes on the back of my legs. I turned over and got a nice face/head massage then foot massage for the balance of the session. Full body massage includes the front of the body - front of shoulders, abdomen, and legs. I was stunned and then confused when she said the session was done. I've had tons of massage over the years with LMT's and Chinese therapists. never been this disappointed.

Definitely recommended.

I tore my hamstring and it's been a constant battle for the past decade. Run, tweak, rest, run a little slower, tweak, rest. Run a lot slower, and yup, tweak again, and then just sit around feeling sorry for yourself for getting old. Next thing you know, you can't break a 10 minute mile without fear of tweaking again. That's like a fast walk! So I spent a total of 15 minutes being stretched and poked a little. Not sure what happened really. Went downstairs and jogged for about two minutes and I felt fine. I asked how many more treatments I'd need. "Zero, I hope. You should be good to go." So I'm a week out and it's winter here so managed a couple treadmill sessions at the local Y. Didn't want to be greedy, but did some interval training at 8:30 pace and NADA. No tightness. No twinge. Nothing. Pain FREE! It's like voodoo magic. Will try to work my way up, but it's literally the most too good to be true, but it really is true moment I've experienced in a long time! Anyone with that annoying bad tight HAMMY, make an appointment and walk fast! It's CRAZY. I don't even know how else to describe how effective ART can be. Heading over for my shoulder next!

I noticed that they have foot massage chairs, sitting massage chair, as well as back massage tables. The decoration was a bit lack of a theme, but the whole facility looks very neat, warm and pleasant. I ordered 1 hour body works and 30 minute foot massage. Mary did a fantastic job on my back especially my shoulder. The foot treatment was done by Mike who certainly knew how to press the right pressure points to make me scream. For $40 I enjoyed 1 1/2 hours of high-quality services, I couldn't complain about that no tea was served before or after the treatment (since I went there for massage not tea). It was one of the best experiences I have had with foot spa. I know their promotion will be over by the end of May. But their regular price is also very reasonable. So I will certainly go back there again.
