My hairdresser was made aware that I was there, but instead of taking me at noon, my appt time, the hairdresser took two of the walk-ins ahead of me. The hairdresser had one person at the sink with product in her hair when she finally took me, then interrupted my haircut to wash out the other person's hair. Then she sat me in front of a hair dryer, turned it on without putting the hood down, and proceeded to cut the other person's hair. After 10 min, I asked if I should put the hood down, and she got irritated with me, put it down and walked away. The cut was nothing like I requested (I had a picture for reference and she looked at it several times), and she got snarky when I pointed that out. It's not the first time I've experienced disappointment at this salon, so I guess I should have expected this. The last time, the hairdresser spent the entire time trashing her employer and trying to recruit me for the salon she was setting up in her garage.

The girl at the desk (very nice) called her manager and asked if she could reverse the charge. They told the worker that the charge would be reversed within 3 days. Then, I went to get spray tanned and you are supposed to have 4 passes, but the machine kept shutting down between "passes." I had to get undressed and dressed at least 5 times. The girl who was initially helping me was very kind. Then, Nadia came in and told me to "go to another salon" because "it wasn't her fault the machines don't work." Finally, while they did offer me some free product, the manager eventually called me (almost 3 hours after she said she would), and told me instead of refunding me they were going to offer me a 3 month package. I said I just wanted a refund and she told me "well that's not gonna happen." She then started asking me if I had ever managed people before, and I asked what does that have to do with anything? I repeatedly said all I want is a refund and she eventually said "well that's not gonna happen" and hung up the phone.

Her online scheduling is extremely convenient, and her website gives a full overview of services with pricing. I went for the ANC manicure, and she was so gentle and easy going. Gina is very concerned with her client's satisfaction with the process and end product, and that end product is very fine. Her attention to detail is exceptional, and the manicure is flawless. It's just the right thickness: enough to provide strength, but not so much as to look clunky. It is perhaps the most natural-looking application I've had, and perfectly even.
