The girl who checked me in was very nice but I asked a question to a different girl as I was leaving and she said "I don't know, I don't spray tan" with an unpleasant attitude and basically refused to engage with me at all. I was just asking if there was a way to feel like you were breathing in less liquid but she acted like we were in middle school and she was too cool to talk to me.

Recently they raised their prices to $50 a month without notifying me at all and charged my card on file. I called immediately after seeing the raise and spoke with customer service requesting a refund for that month and a service cancellation. Customer service informed me I could only do that via email - which I did 4 times. 3 follow up phone calls and supposedly there isn't ever anyone who can do anything, there are no supervisors you can talk to - nothing. I probably would have cancelled for the summer and renewed again in the fall like I have previously but thanks to their poor customer service I will never renew and I will also not give any more referrals. Go elsewhere.

She asked me a bit about my skin as well as my personal skin goals. She gave brief info about the process/products used throughout the facial but otherwise allowed for silence & relaxation. I am not sure why the owner felt moving to this location is an upgrade because it is clearly NOT. Parking is Very Limited. The front desk when you walk in is unfriendly and has no counter space. The finger scanner for ID is on top of the signature pad because of lack of space. The stand up booths are in the hallway and are not in a room by themselves, The changing space in the booths are limited and the door doesn't even have a lock on it. The stand up tanning booths if refurbished are embarrassing for even an old out dated location as they are scratched, dented, etc. This new location rates zero stars but I had to click on one star to post this comment.
