I asked her specifically if thy got names from solicitors, she said no. For someone who has never been to a zoom tan and with a new last name I was confused on how my name and address would or could be in their system. That was a bit nerve wracking to me. Never the less, she still let me use the coupon I had for a first time visit which was nice (I did have to pay extra for 2 extra minutes) so first time go-ers be prepared if you are going to use a Yelp coupon, that if you do over 6 minutes, you have to pay. I would go back to try one more time, but just go in for more time to see if I actually get color from the booth. (Ps I did a stand up uv, have never tried the spray)

The space is beautifully decorated. I didn't wait very long at all. Eventually Sophia came out to introduce herself & we headed to the room. She asked me a bit about my skin as well as my personal skin goals. She gave brief info about the process/products used throughout the facial but otherwise allowed for silence & relaxation. She also gave a recommendation for how often I should have this service done & answered my question about another service as well. Overall, the facial itself was amazing & I would definitely return.

I am not sure why the owner felt moving to this location is an upgrade because it is clearly NOT. Parking is Very Limited. The front desk when you walk in is unfriendly and has no counter space. The finger scanner for ID is on top of the signature pad because of lack of space. The stand up booths are in the hallway and are not in a room by themselves, The changing space in the booths are limited and the door doesn't even have a lock on it. The stand up tanning booths if refurbished are embarrassing for even an old out dated location as they are scratched, dented, etc. This new location rates zero stars but I had to click on one star to post this comment.
