Same location, same name, same furniture and equipment and no sign indicating ownership change or of new policy of non acceptance of GROUPON. She said I could pay for the service. I told her I already did. She told me to call GROUPON! This business wasted my time and gas and I received nothing for the service I clearly paid for. I will be sharing this absolute worst case of customer service ever! PS I have filed a claim with Groupon and also a disputed charge with American Express for services not received.
