I waited two months to let my hair rest and recover before having it dyed again because my hair was really damaged. I went to a different local salon that gave me an what they called an olaplex alternative (ph bonder by redken) but it didn't protect my hair and made it much worse. Every time I showered or brushed my hair I'd have an entire fistful of hair break off. I'm not exaggerating. It was not cool. I'd heard about olaplex but was skeptical... still at this point I needed to try something to save my hair and was pretty desperate. I had the treatment at Salon Moda a few weeks ago along with a root touch up and notice a HUGE REDUCTION in breakage!!!!! I was shocked at how soft it felt - normally my hair is only that soft after a glaze. No glaze, just my own hairs natural integrity restored. I'll never have my hair lightened again without it. Brilliant product.

If the salon isn't open on Saturdays then you should not be able schedule an appointment and get an email verification as well as portal verification of the appointment. When I got there she pressured me into a color that I didn't want to do, she just wouldn't let up. My nails are crooked and lumpy and bumpy and she burned my finger I requested to have gems applied on 2 nails and she was totally confused for some reason. I kept trying to explain how to do it but there was a language barrier I asked the guy up front to come translate and explain what I was requesting and he kept talking to me like I was overreacting and not providing enough info on what I was asking for. I showed pictures and she was still confused. I told them nevermind I'll pay for what they did and I'll just go elsewhere to finish my nails and he wouldn't let me leave. I was getting ready to call the police because he wouldn't let me leave after I told them several times that I had somewhere to be and they were holding me up. I never said I wasn't going to pay! She didn't apply the gems correctly and half of them fell off less than 24 hours later. When she finished my nails she proceeded to give me an aggressive hand massage that was actually painful while she smiled and stared at me....WEIRDOS. He told me to come back if there were any issues with my nails.... I will NEVER give them another dime of my money What an awful experience! They never have to worry about seeing me ever again!!!
