Comparatively, they were more informed than the Boston tanning places I usually go to. Also, they were such lovely people, so kind and patient, definitely would recommend! Also, my tan was NOT fake looking, totally natural! I washed off the medium express tan after 30min rather than the recommended 3-4hrs and my tan continued to develop into the next day! It also faded so nicely, not at all patchy! 10/10 go here and LISTEN to what they recommend; these ladies know their stuff! Once I have professional photos from the wedding, I'll post them!

If I could give zero stars, I would. I wanted to get a spray tab package, but due to a…read moremiscommunication, I was signed up for a regular bed package. The girl at the desk (very nice) called her manager and asked if she could reverse the charge. They told the worker that the charge would be reversed within 3 days. Then, I went to get spray tanned and you are supposed to have 4 passes, but the machine kept shutting down between "passes." I had to get undressed and dressed at least 5 times. The girl who was initially helping me was very kind. Then, Nadia came in and told me to "go to another salon" because "it wasn't her fault the machines don't work." Finally, while they did offer me some free product, the manager eventually called me (almost 3 hours after she said she would), and told me instead of refunding me they were going to offer me a 3 month package. I said I just wanted a refund and she told me "well that's not gonna happen." She then started asking me if I had ever managed people before, and I asked what does that have to do with anything? I repeatedly said all I want is a refund and she eventually said "well that's not gonna happen" and hung up the phone.
