Evan and Nancy went above and beyond to make the last-minute arrangements for me so that we can surprise my then-pregnant wife with a Spa Pedicure and Manicure on her very special birthday! Evan was so nice to talk to and work with. I went there two days ago with my request and he was so friendly and helpful! I have never seen customer service like this before! Nancy was not even scheduled to start working at that time but she was so so so so nice to agree to come early for her! This was the happiest my wife has ever been on her birthday! I can not thank you enough guys! My wife and her mother are now a customer for their manicure/pedicure needs. Their work is amazing. My wife always only wanted to work with her natural nails and these guys are perfect for the job! She went there again for her maternity shoot and baby shower too. Now, let us talk about massages. I forgot her name (I am sorry, I think it is either Crissy or Christy), she is amazing! My wife and I, both had deep tissue massages with her. She may make you scream but that is what you need! You will be extremely relaxed after that! She is also so amazing! We are so glad we found this amazing spa. Thank you everyone over there!

The massage felt rushed and superficial, massages my arms for maybe 1 min each total. 2. The deal was for 90 min and I got a 60 min massage (she didn't set a timer or anything as they usually do so you know you got your money's worth). 3. The facial... wasn't a facial. She barely cleaned my face with paper towels and water from idk where, she used a couple creams and then put a mask on my face and left me in the room for like 30min waiting. She then peeled it off and left mask residue all over my neck and ears. I'm not sure if this was all bc I used a groupon deal, but even that money seems like a waste. I honestly wouldn't go back here. Update: called groupon and told them my experience and they gave me a full refund (likely bc others have also complained). Props to Groupon for the customer support.

I called that same day (Sunday) & left a message on her machine, hoping for a call back on Tuesday (Monday was a Holiday). I hadn't received a call back by Thursday so I went ahead and cancelled my Groupon & signed up for another Massage deal (which I bought and redeemed the same day!). So today (6/3/13), having long forgotten about Soothing Touch, I received a call from a woman. She was mumbling into the phone, and seemed extremely grumpy. I asked her twice 'who is this?!' She seemed appalled that I could not remember the call I made over a week ago. Being a busy person, once I remembered the Groupon I had ditched, I apologized & stated that I had cancelled the Groupon after having not heard back. To that she said abruptly, "I'm only one person, you know!" & hung up. All but a soothing touch if you ask me! I wish I had seen these reviews prior to purchase!

IF she called back, it took SEVERAL days and I was never able to schedule an appointment. I too finally contacted Groupon and filed a complaint and demanded a credit to my account. They offered to contact her directly on my behalf, which I declined. I don't want a crappy massage because THEY had to call her for me. My husband WAS able to get ahold of this person (he works from home and can answer his phone 24/7). I had bought one for him as a gift, when he went he said the massage was good but she badmouthed Groupon and the people who use them saying only a small percentage will bother coming back. Well then WHY did you offer your services as a Groupon?!?!

I tore my hamstring and it's been a constant battle for the past decade. Run, tweak, rest, run a little slower, tweak, rest. Run a lot slower, and yup, tweak again, and then just sit around feeling sorry for yourself for getting old. Next thing you know, you can't break a 10 minute mile without fear of tweaking again. That's like a fast walk! So I spent a total of 15 minutes being stretched and poked a little. Not sure what happened really. Went downstairs and jogged for about two minutes and I felt fine. I asked how many more treatments I'd need. "Zero, I hope. You should be good to go." So I'm a week out and it's winter here so managed a couple treadmill sessions at the local Y. Didn't want to be greedy, but did some interval training at 8:30 pace and NADA. No tightness. No twinge. Nothing. Pain FREE! It's like voodoo magic. Will try to work my way up, but it's literally the most too good to be true, but it really is true moment I've experienced in a long time! Anyone with that annoying bad tight HAMMY, make an appointment and walk fast! It's CRAZY. I don't even know how else to describe how effective ART can be. Heading over for my shoulder next!
