They do not accept no fault insurance but they were able to provide information I needed to provide to my insurance for reimbursement With that being said, I did a 45 minute first time massage with Cole and he was very good at what he does. He found spots that I didn't even know were there and helped me release a ton of tension in my right shoulder, which has been bothering me due to my accident. I will be continuing going here moving forward every other week. I highly recommend this place they're professional and accommodating.

Alice is very strong, I like a deep tissue massage so she really worked the knots out of my back and neck as best she could. I carry a lot of stress in my back. They also work the muscles that are often associated with low back pain like your glutes, so don't let that take you off guard. Great place.

She cancelled the appointment without me knowing. When I schedule an appointment; I keep it. But I got there and no one was there at her office. I then checked my other cell phones messages and she left a voicemail saying if I do not call her back, then she is going to assume I am not coming to the appointment. I realize many doctors offices give a 2 day notice to remind you of an appointment, but they have never cancelled on me if I didn't call them back. This was a major waste of time. She also does not even use the open method of colon cleansing. She has this creepy looking disgusting transportable unit. There are multiple offices in the buildings she works out of and the people at the front desk gave me a weird "Oh No!!" look when I mentioned her name. They also told me she just rents space from them. It is a very creepy place to go to for a first time. I would not recommend her unless you knew she was going to be in a much more hygienic and professional place with adequate facilities and support staff.

I made a mistake when I purchased this coupon. Well two mistakes.. The first mistake i made is i left a negative review here against the another massage business that shares the same building as this person not realizing they were 2 totally different business!!So Sorry Have since had that review removed. The second mistake i made was purchasing a Groupon from this business. When I called the voice mail was always full so I could not leave a message to book a appointment and i tried for months. Then when I finally did get through to leave a message (2 months of trying) it took another 2 weeks for anyone to call back. When they did call back I was told the person that owns this business had broken her foot and was not taking any appointments, but there was another massage therapist that was willing to honor my Groupon but it was my choice if i wanted to wait, get a refund or see a different massage therapist. I said i would wait, but i did not receive any other calls from this place so after fighting with Groupon I finally got my money back.. So i wanted to set the record straight here
