I understand having a cancellation fee policy, but this woman was rude and completely unhelpful. After she hung up on me, I started the whole process again of calling back. I finally got through to someone who took care of it after apparently the first woman talked to her. I had reservations about going to a chain like this in the first place, and this proves why. Terrible customer service and completely ruined the fun outing for my husband's day and took hours of my morning away.
