Unfortunately, the staff member serving me appeared extremely impatient throughout the process and even criticized me for not explaining my order clearly. I completely understand that there were customers waiting behind me and that the staff needs to keep the line moving. However, I believe every customer deserves to be treated with patience and respect. If I am spending over $120 on your products, I don't think it's unreasonable to expect five minutes of patience while I carefully choose my order. I truly love this bakery and will continue recommending it because the quality of the bread is exceptional. I only hope the customer service can better reflect the quality of the products. It is so clear that they use incredibly high-quality ingredients and carefully curate each component, which is exactly why everything comes together in such an elevated way.
