Boba meets technology. Been wanting to try and finally made it in on a late Sunday afternoon. Pretty busy as expected. They had 3 kiosks for ordering. The problem is people are slow. So if you know what you want, good luck. They also have a menu board but people are slow. They seem to fix the drinks in order so even if you have 1 drink, you will be waiting for the 8 orders from the people in front of you. Be prepared. The interior was nice with games and a few tables spread out. Staff did a good job getting all the drinks out as fast as possible. The drinks were nice. The matcha had a strong.matcha taste. Some places water it down but this was up front and center. Will prob go back to try a few more drinks I was interested in on the menu.

I went back a second time and got the DaHongPao milk tea that fell flat for me last time. Low and behold, it was amazing this time! The golden boba was perfectly sweet and chewy. The milk tea was just a bit sweeter than last time which made it perfect. I also got the crime brûlée milk tea and the tofu Taro drinks. Both were amazing as well. I personally love that this place offers the Cantonese tofu desserts in their drinks since it's not a common topping. This will definitely be one of my go-to boba places. Just a warning though, their drinks arent cheap! They average about $6-7 if you get a topping

My friends and I stopped by during our time in Houston after having dinner close by. Who doesn't want to grab boba after a hearty dinner? We found Moge nearby, but was kind of disappointed. Maybe it's because we ordered the wrong thing, but our drinks weren't that great. My friend said her drink tasted like grass and she got a green grape drink. I got a passionfruit based drink and it was so sour. There was only one person working so it took awhile for us to get our drinks as well. We were patient and didn't complain, but I did feel sorry for the girl. The shop itself is very aesthetic and they have a really cute flower wall. It's also clean inside.

People think they sip me off. They just make me laugh and then write twice as much. We have too much fun to be bothered.

If you are the lock, I have the KEY If you're Anthony Kaedis, I am FLEA And unlike freedom, this isn't FREE So come get Boba from MOGE TEE! If you are Edam, I'll be BRIE If you're the princess, I'm the PEA If you want sausage, I'll bring the D But if you want Boba, try MOGE TEE! I ran here so fast, I blew out my KNEE It hurt so bad, like an EMERGENCY But I said no, don't call the EMT Just take me for Boba at MOGE TEE! If you're Dr. Watson, it's ELEMENTARY If you have 2 lovers, wanna make it the THREE? If the bathroom's empty, I need to PEE And if you need Boba, go to MOGE TEE! WHAT! This was the first location of this amazing chain to open in Houston, and I think it's absolutely wonderful. My favourite drink here is their lemon oolong (but I wish they had Lemon Black Tea as some locations do), and I've had it on a number of occasions. Every fruit drink they make is spectacular. I like their milk tea drinks a lot, but not as much as the fruit ones. I also love their tapioca when fresh. I intend to keep coming back here for these delicious drinks with their excellent transparent Tapioca, not to mention they have some of the most beautiful and memorable decor out of all the boba shops in town. I suppose if I had anything to complain about it would be that you generally have to order on the screens rather than in person (at most Moge locations these days), but I always try to order in person anyway and they don't seem to mind. The service here is lovely. The owners are lovely too. I met the corporate people who run the company and they recognized me immediately (from Yelp lol), and we became good friends. They're really great people, especially Anna Wolf from Carolina. And yes I've seen the comments, and you know, they always say that you know you've made it when people start trash talking you on the internet, and people have been doing that about me for a while. I'm not sure what it is that I've made though. I know Barbie has made a lot of people horny. I've just made a lot of reviews on yelp. I'm just here in Houston, making the Moge of my opportunity to try some of the best foods and best bobas in the world, since we are so spoiled and so diverse in HTX. And speaking of best bobas in the world... if you haven't tried this location of Moge yet... you must.

I kind of love that the entire ordering process is via a machine. Being an extreme introvert who also likes to make lots of alterations to my drinks, this is perfect for me. Located in the H Mart complex in Chinatown, this is a cozy little place to enjoy some solid milk tea. The inside is a mish mash of decorations with a tv and ample seating. There are also complimentary toys. The music is not too loud either so conversation is not compromised. I went the classic milk tea and boba. It was creamy and had nice tea flavor. The boba had a hint of sweetness and was an excellent consistency. For those looking a boba fix but without the caffeine, many drinks can be altered to be non-caffeinated bu switching milk tea for whole or almond milk.

Four seasons milk tea (medium) with 50% sugar and 50% ice with tofu pudding is light and slightly sweet. It makes me think I'm drinking a slightly sweet melted vanilla shake.

Favorite go to place for taro milk tea! They use real taro (not the powder stuff). Tofu pudding complements the drink so well

Real taro, tofu pudding and whole milk is a great combination. Cheese foam black grape tea is awesome too. A bit pricey, good quality drinks.

I absolutely LOVE this place. This is literally my FAVORITE place for milk tea in Houston currently, and I always have to have it at least once every week, either ordering in person or for delivery. My go-to drink is the Creme Brulee milk tea with extra creme brulee, and I always have to order the large every time. Just know that it is not torched (for anyone that might expect it), but it's so good still. I also really love their strawberry yogurt tea. The yogurt gives it such a nice tartness and creaminess to it that contrasts the strawberry drink so well. The berry tea is also really good. I can't believe I haven't taken even more photos of the orders I've gotten here. The drinks are a bit on the pricier side than other tea houses, but they are totally worth it for the price.

    Loving this decor!

The boba competition in Houston is getting cutthroat. I have so many choices to go to now that it's another hassle to add on ANOTHER FAVORITE I've found. This boba shop is so cute. I've never been to this one before or any of its chains (if it is a chain) so I had no expectations coming into this. Photos looked great and I wanted to try so off we went! I ordered the sea salt cream with osmanthus (one of my favorite floral teas) tea with no boba. 10/10. Flavors balanced perfectly and the cream was on point. I bought home my sister an avocado tea smoothie, it contained avocado and jasmine tea. I thought it was a strange combination but my sister said she loves it. Took of sip from her drink and I was in love with it too! They have lots of classic boba drinks and a few new spin of drinks I've haven't seen before (like the avocado tea smoothie). The place is also well decorated too! You gotta try it out!

I did not expect to enjoy this place as much as I did. I really expected Möge to be just another forgotten boba shop (in this same center they have 7 Leaves, Happy Lemon, Modern Tea, Mr. Wish, Tea 4 U and 85 Bakery - RIP TeaWish) in Houston's bustling Chinatown. But Möge proved me waaaaay wrong. I ordered the medium Milk Tea with boba ($4.75 before tax). I ordered this with no sugar and less ice and y'all, it was perfection. The boba texture is soft and chewy, with a sweetness enough to make you want more. The tea flavor was very apparent (which I love). I often feel that boba places have milk tea that don't really taste much like tea. I love the fact that Möge really accentuates the tea flavor. I do feel the Möge might be a bit pricier than some of the other 6 boba shops in this center alone, but the quality of the tea and boba makes it worthwhile. Not to mention, their cups are super cool and reuse-able! I'm excited for Möge to be here and to try a few other drinks from them!

I am going to give this place the benefit of the doubt solely because it was their grand opening & service was phenomenal. This location wasn't really advertised on any social network, however if it was; they were definitely not ready to be opened today. I'll explain why, 70% of the drinks weren't available, cashiers were struggling on using the POS system, drinks were coming out in a snail pace & they seem a bit lost making the drinks (which I understand). I think if the lines were out of the door, it would have been a chaotic day for them, luckily it was just a handful of customers inside. The service is what gave them a 5, Logan was very welcoming & did the best that he could. Alright, let's move on to what I've ordered. * Mango tea slush- taste wise it was very good, the mango was fresh & the drink itself was refreshing. However, I didn't taste any tea but overall if I'm going base on taste, it was great. 4/5 * Green milk tea- I was disappointed with this one because it tasted watered down & I only got a hint of some tea. 2/5 * Super Fruit four season oolong tea- this one was my favorite. It was a mixture of sour/sweet & fruitiness. I actually tasted a good amount of tea in this drink. 4.2/5. Overall, this place does have potential especially when they get more organized & a bit of extra training. The decor is beautiful & definitely Instagram worthy. I want to personally say thank you to Logan for being a great host. Will I come back? Yep, I'll give it a month & then I'll return to try it out again. Tip: no powdered stuff here & you can order from their kiosk area as well.

    Finally open. Woohoo!!

I followed Tri D. after he messaged me that Möge Tee was about to open tomorrow... So here I was on Friday October 29, 2021. I could hardly contain my excitement of this unique boba tea chain is finally opening in Houston. I read about it from other cities. Yeah. I done some research. Just few weeks ago, I came to compile a list of all dessert restaurants at Sterling Plaza for my Dessert Crawl UYE. My curiosity at 愿茶 Möge Tee sets in by looking through fully covered windows to see their work-in-progress scene of its untidy interior. Möge Tee is very different from other boba tea restaurants. I could taste the fresh ingredients and distinct tea flavor. I have been drinking a lot of teas at home since CoVid-19 Pandemic. But once awhile I like to venture out to try different teas. Yes. I am picky with my teas. I ordered Brown Sugar Boba Milk Tea ($5.50). That was so smooth and mellow with lowest sugar level to bring up the fragrant tea above the rest. When I looked at the cup, the cap can be seen vaguely as a smiling panda. I just wish there is a way to make it more profound. My other cup was Fresh Avocado Tea Slush 满杯牛油果 ($5.75) with lowest sugar level of 30%. It was amazingly delightful. Not as thick as smoothie but the finely crushed ice particles dancing with fragrant jasmine tea in my mouth. Occasionally, I can taste avocado and pear bits in the drink. I have to deduct one star from this five-star experience. Because the biz page owner didn't manage the page properly. It allowed people to check in to send inaccurate message about the restaurant's existence. Scratching my head as how on earth Fox E got his dukedom from checking in 3 times when restaurant was not open yet.

The lounge like ambiance, along with their diner-like menu, is a major selling point for folks and has been one of the reasons for their popularity over the better part of the last two decades. Their beef chow fun is nice and greasy, but filled with excessive onions, bean sprouts, and various other veggies that almost take away from the noodles and beef (which was nicely cooked). Their shrimp and egg came in a nice set, which was a good surprise and surprisingly well executed. This is also a spot for Japanese curry, and even though it's not the best, it most certainly does the job. Taiwanese popcorn chicken is on point, cumin lamb is unsurprisingly spicy, and Singapore chow mai fun has a tinge of solid wok hei. Parking in the early evening can be an issue at Don Huang Plaza, but after 11pm, the parking options should be abundant. Time to drink: 5 minutes I've been to other locations of The Alley before, and learned the hard way about their 900+ calorie Creme Brulee milk drinks (my stomach was annihilated after I had it on an empty stomach). I instead opted to try their Jasmine Green Milk Tea with less ice and 25% sugar. Honestly, it was one of the weaker milk teas that I've had. Minimal tea flavor and the boba was just okay, nothing special. The signature Brown Sugar Boba Creme Brulee Milk is really easily drinkable... and fair warning, it does come packed with 800+ calories. The bathroom pin code is on the receipt.
