When we walked in, the guy who works the counter was actually seated and seemed to blend in with the clientele. So, initially, it wasn't clear who's minding the store, so to speak. I thought the guy's communication was on the dry side, but was really more interested in the offerings to focus much on that. The tea I ordered was just OK (peach and apricot blend, as I recall). My guest enjoyed their tea and cookie, but for myself, my heart is still with Tea Sip and it will probably take a long time for me to find a shop of that caliber. Parking, as I recall, was fairly easy as it is towards the end of a strip center. Overall, I would rate this business a 3/5.
