I really wanted to like this place, but overall it's pretty average.
Our waitress was lovely and recommended getting a few share plates and a main together.
We had three starters (salami, gnocco fritto, and smoked salmon) and would only recommend the gnocco fritto to try as it's not something we've seen/eaten before. While the smoked salmon was fine, there's nothing particularly interesting about it. The salami honestly was disappointing (salami, pea sprouts, pickled fennel, and capers).
For our main, we had the pork loin with an order of asparagus. Pork was fine (sauce was decent). Asparagus was good but again, nothing to write home about.
They're still fairly new and have a limited bar menu, but the space itself is nice. There's a bit of seating outside as well for some summer drinks.
Overall this unfortunately left us a bit unsatisfied, and we wouldn't recommend it. read more
