The door had a "closed" sign on it without explanation at 4:30 pm. No one answered the local numbers. I called a corporate number and the first customer service representative hung up the phone. I am very disappointed in the quality of this facility. First of there is a huge rat problem in the…read morewhole building, I was up on the 3rd floor and still had rat feseces and urine on 90% of my things. Nearly all of my things were ruined. I was able to retrieve maybe two boxes of things that were ok. I had a dead rotted rat body in my unit. feces everywhere on my things and still even in bins. there are black rat traps all over the facility and as soon as you walk in you can smell the urine and feces and dead rats. Please DO NOT put your stuff in here even for one month. There's no carts for you to comfortably move your stuff so you have to carry by hand. The elevators are poorly placed in the facility so you have to walk in a maze with heavy stuff to find that. the constant entering your access code every time you get on the elevator is cumbersome because you have things in your hand! WHo wants to do that all the time. I had my things in there for many years and if I really felt like going through the hassel I should've made them pay me for all of my things that were ruined but I figured, its not worth the headchae. Also its supposed to be temperature controlled....it is not. It was SO hot in there and it was summer time. Don't waset your money or time. I do not suggest the is place even if they gave you 3 months free!!!

On top of my unit being infested with rodents and valued and cherished personal belongings from my daughters childhood having to be thrown away (because there were dead rodents and layers of feces and urine, see pics attached), the unit that they moved me into while all of this was getting situated, has been rented out and other valued belongings I had (in the new unit) were "thrown" away by staff because they did not know that unit was mine. Do not rent a storage unit from here.

We used SpareFoot to reserve our space, but once we had, we went over to the location to check out…read morethe area. It turns out that the space we reserved was too small for us, and it seemed that there was water damage from a previous tenant. Admirably, Amy (our facility manager) was honest and upfront about the past situation with the unit. We ended up grabbing another unit in their 400 building (separated from the main building, but was also temperature controlled) . The walk-through was pretty standard and only takes about 15-20mins.including the paperwork (Depending on their printers cooperation). Plus it's only $40 for any size unit to move in. They also have surveillance cams everywhere, which makes me feel a little bit better about our stuff being secured.

It's easy in and out with the code and we're able to get in and access our items fairly easily. The only issue is that the road to get to the storage lockers is one-way and small so only one car can fit so you sometimes run into an issue where someone is blocking the road and you can't get to your unit until they move and not everyone is friendly or willing to move/let you by or even speed up whatever they're doing.

The items they have on display have the prices clearly marked and there's a good variety. The bathroom is in great condition, too! I think the woman who helped me and my mother was named Tammy? It's been a while, so I can't quite remember. She was so sweet! Gave me cookies and soda and basically babied me since I was nervous about driving a huge Uhaul for four hours. When I found out it was a pain to drive, she helped me downgrade with ease. We had to go to another Uhaul location because they didn't have to size we needed, so she made a reservation and the exchange was just that easy. Thank you so much for making our moving less stressful than it already was~ We truly appreciated it.
