When I call management to tell them what happened they say I signed a release form that stated I did not want moving blankets used, whited they charged me for. Now why would I want that? This is vintage wood furniture in very good condition. They send their "furniture repair man" out (who was actually very nice. But all he does is glue the leg back on and use a stain marker to paint all of the deep scratches in my furniture. I spent 1700$ to have my furniture ruined. Never again will I use this company.

Well, moving day comes, and guess what -- only 2 guys show up. Jennifer called, said 2 employee were in overtime and they couldn't pay them to work and another one called in sick. The difference in cost between 2 and 3 helpers was a whopping $20 -- but because there were only 2 movers, the job dragged on for 9.75 HOURS, and I ended up paying over $2,000 (with tip) for a move that was literally 12 minutes down the street. When I called out the obvious bait-and-switch, Jennifer couldn't have cared less. Her exact response: "We appreciate all feedback. I'll share with our manager. Thank you." That's it. No apology. No accountability. Just a robotic response like this is business as usual -- which, honestly, it probably is. It's clear how they operate: They lowball you to get your booking, then change the plan at the last minute, knowing you're stuck on moving day. Classic scam playbook. The two movers themselves were great guys -- hardworking, respectful, and honestly deserve to start their own company because this one is a total joke. Do not fall for their fake "friendly" quotes. Save yourself the money, the stress, and the frustration. Get another company that values honesty and your time.

I had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience with Two Men and a Truck…read more During my move, the crew pulled my dresser away from the wall without using a dolly or having a second person assist. As a result, they broke the dresser. When they showed it to me, they immediately claimed that it had already been broken and previously glued back together -- which is completely untrue. The dresser had never been broken before. They are now trying to say the glue and screws show it was previously repaired, which is false. The damage happened during their handling. They then had me sign a form, telling me I was just acknowledging that they took photos and were starting a damage claim. I later realized the form was not what they represented it to be. I feel I was misled into signing something under false pretenses. In addition to the dresser, they dented my washer during transport and caused frame damage. Instead of properly addressing the issue, they repeatedly punched the washer in an attempt to push the dent out. They are now refusing to repair or properly fix that damage. The problems did not stop there. They removed doors from their hinges and failed to reinstall them properly. Some doors now will not go back on the hinges at all, and others were damaged during removal. They also scratched multiple walls throughout the home. Overall, this experience was careless, unprofessional, and handled dishonestly when it came to accepting responsibility. I would strongly caution anyone considering using this company.

Unfortunately, the day before, I was informed via text that the start time would be pushed to the afternoon, and the crew ultimately didn't arrive until 2:45 p.m. The movers themselves were very good, professional, hardworking, and respectful, but they were put in a difficult position by the late start and long day. Because of the delay, the move couldn't be completed that evening and had to be finished the next day. What should have been a straightforward, small move became a stressful, two-day, costly process. The biggest issue was poor communication and unrealistic scheduling, compounded by impersonal, automated responses when I raised concerns. I appreciate the effort of the moving crews, but the overall experience fell short due to management and coordination issues.

The problem I have is that I had to come back to see that they damaged my grandmother's BRAND NEW bed foundation by clearly dragging it on the ground & they never said a thing. There's no way they didn't know they did this. I spent $200 on it weeks before this move & it was not damaged before they moved it. I'm disappointed & will never use their services or recommend them to anyone. They also lost screws from her bed & screw ends to the brass part of her bed. Again, no word about it before they left. It's bad business to damage property & not take accountability for their actions. Unacceptable!!
