It took over 2 months to clear customs and several phone calls to get the car ready for pick up. Needless to say I was nervous about what my experience would be when I arrived. I was very pleased with the service I received. My car had been washed and was running when I got to the pick up. I did a walk around and signed for the car and was on the road right away. Just know where a gas station is because you can't have much fuel in the car when you drop it off so your first stop has to be at a gas station.

Seemed to just pack things willy-nilly including medical records (put in pod loose, spilled contents everywhere with many pages ruined), fresh produce (slime by the time it arrived) and framed art (randomly packed with other items without protection, leading to broken glass in boxes). Personal computer (valued approx $1000) was packed loose in pod and needs repairs. Frankly, pretty angry and disappointed.
