I am writing to formally complain about the unsatisfactory and unprofessional service I received…read morefrom your company, Horseless Carriage Limousine, on Thursday, July 23, 2026. My wife and I returned to Norfolk that morning after a five‑day Carnival cruise. It was raining heavily when we disembarked. Your driver, Richard Oden, informed us beforehand that he would meet us across the street from the Carnival cruise terminal, and he was indeed parked there when we arrived. However, he remained parked across a four‑lane road in severe rain rather than pulling up to the designated drop‑off/pick‑up area where he originally dropped us off at the start of our trip. I walked toward him and signaled for him to come over, but he did not move the vehicle. I also attempted to call the company to notify him that we were ready for pickup, but no one answered the phone. As a result, my wife and I were forced to walk across the street in the pouring rain, carrying multiple pieces of luggage while navigating morning traffic. The driver did not exit the vehicle to assist us until we reached the car, and even then, he only opened the trunk. He provided no help with our luggage and offered no assistance until after we were already soaked. He did give us a small towel once we were inside the vehicle, but by that point the damage was done. This experience was extremely disappointing and far below the level of professionalism your company claims to provide. Based on this incident, I will not be using Horseless Carriage Limousine again. Additionally, companies such as Uber offer the same trip at a significantly lower cost and with far better service. I expect acknowledgment of this complaint and an explanation for the unacceptable conduct displayed by your driver.

Our experience was fantastic, thanks to our driver, Mrs. Sharon. This time, as we began our summer vacation, Mr. Lonnie arrived precisely on time. The communication from booking to arrival was seamless and reassuring, especially for an early pickup from Suffolk, VA, to RIC. The shuttle was clean and comfortable, and Mr. Lonnie was personal, professional, and friendly. He helped load our luggage with care and navigated the early morning traffic efficiently, ensuring we arrived at the airport well before our boarding time. It was a relief not to worry about parking or navigating the airport drop-off, making the trip stress-free from the start. We will definitely use Morning Glory Shuttle Services again and highly recommend them for their reliability and excellent drivers like Mrs. Sharon and Mr. Lonnie!
