Booked Party bus for Journey concert last week. Mike was absolutely outstanding host and driver. I can't say enough about their services. Great communication and expectations. Outstanding service and professionalism. We will definitely book Mike and his team in the future and highly recommend their services to anyone even considering...... just do it. Thank you Mike and Coastal Limousines for making our event and evening an absolute success. read more

They advertise beautiful vehicles and quality service with perfection absolutely not the pink Hummer limousine that's advertised is not the vehicle that you will receive the inside was filthy apparently the seat were torn because they had black tape covering the damage which makes it look bad and the outside was not clean nor was it waxed the tires and rims were not cleaned or shined and to top it off with the big embarrassment the driver was wearing a tee shirt and a pair of shorts like he just come off the basketball court I ask for some of my money back they agreed to give me 200.00 dollars back this was the 6th of June and I still have not received my refund yet you can use them at your own risk that's your choice but I will not be giving them anymore business that was to much money spent for my granddaughters senior prom this was a special once in a lifetime memory and this was the disrespect and embarrassment we received and we had friends and family to come from out of town but you live and you learn but something will be done because no one should have to experience that at no time when your spending over a thousand dollars wrong event and definitely the wrong person read more

We used Coastal Limosines for a recent bachelor party. The party bus was awesome, and the driver, Mike, was even better. He was prompt, very easy going and adaptable to change in the itinerary, and really helped to make it a great night! Highly recommend checking these guys out! read more

I highly recommend Coastal Limousines! We reserved the pink hummer limo for my daughter's 13th birthday and they made the event perfect! Mike was on-time and very accommodating to 12 teenage girls blasting music. The limo was very well equipped and clean! Coastal limousines are reasonably priced! I would give this company and Mike 10 stars if Yelp allowed it! Thank you Coastal Limousines for making my daughter's event so special! read more

My brother in law booked a party bus for us for our wedding on 08/12. The communication leading up to it was awful. I reached out to confirm pickup/drop off times and they said they didn't have our bus in the system. I had been texting someone previously that was confirming all of the details. after finally sorting it out (a week before our wedding) I THOUGHT it was good to go. On the day of my wedding, buses were supposed to arrive at 2:15, 2:45, and 3:15. At 1:58, my brother in law got a call that the first bus would be 15 minutes late. There was no further communication and the first bus showed up at 3:10. My wedding ceremony was at 3:30, so guests had to Uber or drive which was so frustrating for them to deal with. I was stressing the day of my weddding because of this. The buses were fine on the way back but the drive was at least 30 minutes and it was supposed to only take 15. During the ride, the driver got out and walked around the bus for something. We don't know what. I work in the industry and will never recommend this company. read more

Let me preface this by saying we had a wonderful time during our limo expedition. Communications were friendly and expeditious. Mike, who made our reservation, was quick to answer any questions I had. Our ride was the Pink Hummer. Unfortunately the vehicle was not in the condition that I expected. There was rust along the ENTIRE length of the vehicle on the driver side. On the same side, there was a hole where the door handle had been 'ripped off' according to our driver. When he opened the door on the other side, the black carpet had visible debris(looked like it hadn't been vacuumed), floor molding was loose in places and there was duct tape on the upholstery. So....if you are looking for a vehicle in pristine condition, this is NOT it! The photos on their website are misleading. We were being driven to a concert, but had this been a wedding/prom/anniversary type event, where the car had been used in photos, I would have been horrified! read more

Our daughter's sweet 16 party was a huge success thanks to Coastal Limo. Keven was a very capable, caring, friendly, and responsible driver. He met us early at the scheduled pick up and was always on time for scheduled stops that I organized for the night. At every stop he took a head count and communicated with us by text. He really made the night enjoyable for 14 teenagers and the two host parents. The party bus was clean and up to date with a bluetooth sound system. I will highly recommend your company and will hope to hire in the future if an occasion arises! I would also like to recommend the party bus for adult events like bridal showers, bdays, or even weddings. The party bus was in much better shape than some of the previous reviews state. Mike scheduled the initial reservation and was prompt to communicate and very trustworthy. Keven was an extremely caring and considerate driver. read more

Coastal Limousines was an absolute lifesaver for us!! We had a company cancel on us last minute. I called and spoke with Bob and he immediately said let me see what I can do. We had a party bus for 11 of us at our place in an hour. The bus was clean, well priced and I was absolutely blown away by their willingness to help us have a good time. Would HIGHLY recommend. Our driver was Mike and was very professional and friendly, 10/10. read more

Highly recommend Coastal Limousines! The party bus I had got my birthday was so cute, spacious, & had poles in it. Our driver, Delaney was phenomenal! She gave us no attitude when we decided to change our stops or had to be picked up. My friends and I definitely had a great time read more

Coastal Limo really was the icing on my daughter's sweet 16 birthday cake! She and all 13 of her friends plus my two 20+year old chaperones had a blast! The driver was on time, courteous, and very helpful with assisting the kids in getting their music set up. He stopped at the oceanfront so they could take pictures, but overall the kids had a blast! I would definitely recommend this company for all your party needs and I will be calling them again for any of my future limo needs! read more

I would not recommend this company for a party bus. I booked a party bus for my daughters wedding two weeks ago and the party bus not only broke down but we were switched to a party bus with no AC and radio. The Bridal party was picked up at the church on the way to the reception and the driver asked the groomsman if he knew anything about a belt? Really so we had to be diverted to a storage location to be placed on an outdated party bus with no AC and working radio that smelled horrible. I reached out to the owner and asked for some sort of credit and was advised that he did the job. Why was the Bus not inspected prior to the wedding or prepared? I am a single mother and income household no credit offered nor apology! No rating at all please use another service! UBER Luxe would have been a better choice. read more

Booked them for shuttle service from 2-3:30 pm and 8:00-10:00 pm, paid for the entire 8 hours (over $1500) for my sister in laws wedding. I got a call at 1:58 saying they would be 15 minutes late. That was fine because the first shuttle from the hotel was set to leave at 2:30. 2:30 came and went and no bus and no communication. 2:45 we were told they'd be there at 3. Now the wedding started at 3:30 and there were supposed to be 2 shuttles. People ended up driving and Ubering to the venue instead. The bus finally got there at 3:10 and 10-12 people rode to the venue. The point was for people to not have to drive but most guests drove there and back. I asked them to take people back to their cars in the morning as a courtesy and they said they couldn't do it till lunchtime so we just did it ourselves. It's been 3 days now and I haven't gotten a response from anyone or anyone to reach out and to even apologize. They said the original bus broke down but that seems to be too common of an excuse for a company that's sole purpose is to provide reliable transportation. Save your money and look somewhere else, this company is more expensive than anyone else and much less reliable and responsive. read more

An amazing bunch of people and was absolutely wonderful. My event was not for a bachelorette party or birthday or anything fun. I booked a last minute private people carrier for a BUNCH of my family for a funeral procession. For a VERY well respected and loved public servant, and I CAN NOT say enough great things about our experience. My Uncle was a Captain for the Norfolk Fire Department and we needed a way, without having to drive about 20 of us, LAST MINUTE. And they helped!!! It was completely amazing and everything that Brandi and our driver Donna were put through? Handled professionally and with the right attitude. I would use them again in a hot second, next time hopefully for fun. Thank You!!! read more

-5 Stars! Horrible reprehensible pathetic con artists!! Multiple companies are using this address. Coastal, 757partybus, and the one sent to me was Dawson Creek. I think they are a sub contractor. The expedition 14 passenger limo, was ABSOLUTE GARBAGE! There was Duct tape on all sides!! Yes I said duct tape! Rusted, cracked, interior was filthy, scratched seats, horrendous smell! Glasses had stuck on particles of food and dust!! They would not send me a replacement car, was humiliated at pick up, was mortified getting dropped at the venue!!!! read more

Start the night out right with the sweetest ride in town! Coastal limos really took care of all my girls for an amazing Bachelorette party. We were lucky enough to score the Pink Hummer limo at a good price. Our driver, Bunky, arrived right on time and was professional and handled our crazy bunch with finesse. Bonus points for having the car all warm and toasty for us on a 30 degree night with us buzzing around in our club gear. He helped us all in and we hooked up our tunes from the iphone in the back and got the party started. I can't thank them enough. We almost went with the Excursion, but the Pink Hummer is perfect for a girls night out.--they have party buses and limos for whatever your group needs. Can't wait to have another night out riding around in style--can I get DP up in here! LOL! read more

Coastal Limousines - Pink Hummer!!! - Limos Near Me - Virginia Beach, Virginia

I reserved a limousine with COASTAL LIMOUSINES of Virginia beach for my daughter's 8th birthday party. I was forced to cancel her party due to the coronavirus outbreak. When I called and asked for a refund I was told that I would not be able to get the $580 that I gave them. When I explained to Brandi that the situation was out of my hands, her response to me was "even if I was going to give you a refund I can't right now because the processing system is closed". She told me that I had one year to use the reservation. At this point I just want my money back because her birthday is long gone and because of this pandemic both of my kids have been removed from school for the remainder of the school year. That money can be used to provide food for them during this time, and not to mention that one of my kids have special needs. There is no where in the contract that says refunds are not given due to world pandemic. I am disappointed that this company would take advantage of people during a time such as this. I will be taking legal action because I am taking them to small claims court. Anyone else going through the same thing I would advise you all to do the same thing and take it to court Shaquanta Jones, Virginia beach va read more

I used Coastal Limousines for my best Friend Veronica's BACHLORETTE Party!!! It was the most fun I have had IN YEARS!!! ( But I have kids so I don't get out much )!!! Our driver Colleen was On Time and she had a great personality- (ALSO HILARIOUS I was a little tipsy but I digress), ... This was such a nice vehicle AND IT WAS SPOTLESS! The office staff was awesome to work with and very accommodating. They really made me feel confident about the entire thing... I am SO glad I decided to splurge on a limo..and deciding on Coastal Limousines was ( FOR GOODNESS SAKE- thank you - I would've never lived it DOWN WITH VERONICA )a great choice... ... read more

Nearly ruined my 40th Birthday party because driver was late, car was dirty, and the limousine had no air conditioning and a malfunctioning radio system. Book with another company- these people were not reliable. read more

Filthy vehicle with no air conditioning. Seriously. The driver was late because no one told him he had a fare. They tried to charge me more for a round trip while I was at our party. Just about anyone else does a better job and at least has a cleaner vehicle. I put a fraud alert on my credit card- this company is that sketchy! read more

Not impressed. Website is not up to date. Website specifically advertises chauffer services. Called to book a car for transportation and the woman who answered the phone balked at me when I told her it was for 2 people. She rudely responded with "we only have cars for at least 14 people." When I said well your website says town car and you provide chauffer services her response was "we got rid of the town car." Simply put remember that scene in Pretty Woman... BIG MISTAKE. HUGE! Don't even bother calling them unless you want to speak with a bitter unpleasant not helpful lady. read more

I booked a Limo with this company months in advance of my milestone birthday and 2hrs before pickup they called to say the limo was broken down and they offered a Party Bus as a replacement!! If anyone truly knows, there is a HUGE difference in the quality of a limo, the smooth ride they offer and the obnoxious rocky bus ride a Party Bus offers. There has been ZERO compensation for this last minute switch! I asked for another limo but they said all were booked...kind of hard but to believe for a Monday in March! But let me tell you what the Party Bus was like for those who are considering renting one (basically don't and don't go with this company)...the bus reeked of stale cigarette smoke and for a non-smoker this was a MAJOR turn off! The bus was dirty and stained. The worst part was it made me Car Sick as it was very top heavy and rocked back and forth going down the bumpy roads of Virginia Beach!!! I am highly disappointed in this company, their quality and their professionalism is very poor! read more

This company was amazing to work with for my August 2016 wedding! I rented the Mac Luna and it was perfect for guest and wedding party transportation. Everyone i spoke with that friendly and very attentive. They have the best pricing in Hampton Roads and they allowed me to customize how we utilized the hours we rented the bus for. I highly reccomend this company. read more

Whatever you do, do not use this company. The worst customer experience I have ever dealt with in my life. This company is a complete scam and a total rip off. Kristy was horrible to deal with and I felt like I was talking to a toddler not the manager of company. We paid for a bus for a concert that got cancelled because of a hurricane, something that is completely out of anyone's control. They refused to refund us our money and instead gave us a year to rebook. We rebooked and got confirmation months in advance and made travel arrangements with multiple people for the weekend we had booked. A week out I called and they told us that they double booked and that they could no longer accommodate us, and told us we could use their services another weekend. After telling them we had multiple people traveling from out of town and had this weekend confirmed with them they told us there was nothing that they could do and still refused to refund us our money even though they cancelled on us. Do your research on this company and the owner before you decide to book with them. read more

Called a few times to book a limo and office staff were not friendly at all. Could care less about wanting my business. I wouldnt waste time on trying to book with them since she has such an attitude like I was bothering her. Left a very bad impression. "Office manager" should re-evaluate her attitude before answering a phone and driving off Buisness for this company. read more

Called to make a reservation, they seemed very friendly and understanding at first. Didn't hesitate to take my money and even called me back to get the payment but after the payment was taken I couldn't get an answer for any more calls or any help. I got the run around and called everyday for weeks. Word was not kept, never even got to use the service and they kept the money. Even visited the office but the manager wouldn't see me or return any of my calls. I don't not recommend for any military personnel they have no respect for flexibility in what we do. read more

I was in charge of my friend's 30's birthday party and I booked the pink stretch hummer. We were very impressed with everything from the booking staff, the driver and the hummer! I keep seeing reviews about Coastal/757Party Bus being the same company. But, at the end of the day the delivered as promised. I rented the Executive Bus for my husbands 50th b-day party (Sept 1, 2018) so our family and friends wouldn't have to drive. They showed up on time, the driver was very nice, the bus was clean, everything worked. The coolers were stocked with ice. The bus had wifi for music. I rented the bus for about 6 hours and it cost over $1,000 but it was worth it. We live in Suffolk and the party was in Virginia Beach, the driver made 2 trips with no complaints. My families safety was most important and they delivered safe carefree transportation. I was so satisfied that, even though the gratuity was included in the cost, I gave the driver a hefty additional tip because she was so awesome... The next time I need transportation services I will definetly call you again. Thanks Coastal/757PartyBus, you all were great to me from the 1st phone call until the end of the night...Denise read more

WARNING HORRIBLE COMPANY We rented this service for our son's and a group of his friends prom this past may and I WOULD NOT recommend them. First of all we had problems with the fact we were supposed to get money refunded back due to the problems which NEVER happened. When I called about it this was argued and denied. On the day of prom, they showed up with a total different vehicle which didnt hv the music system that was needed which the kids had spent hours creating their night of music and most importantly the vehicle was NOT clean (inside and out) and certainly not the one we paid for. When I called I was told that it had been cleaned BY A PROFESSIONAL DETAILER-NOT . I guess their version of clean is Sticky old grime on the interior like drinks had spilt, dirty plastic cups, small pieces of wrappers and dirt everywhere , torn seats, moldy smell and ripped carpet.
