They advertise beautiful vehicles and quality service with perfection absolutely not the pink Hummer limousine that's advertised is not the vehicle that you will receive the inside was filthy apparently the seat were torn because they had black tape covering the damage which makes it look bad and the outside was not clean nor was it waxed the tires and rims were not cleaned or shined and to top it off with the big embarrassment the driver was wearing a tee shirt and a pair of shorts like he just come off the basketball court I ask for some of my money back they agreed to give me 200.00 dollars back this was the 6th of June and I still have not received my refund yet you can use them at your own risk that's your choice but I will not be giving them anymore business that was to much money spent for my granddaughters senior prom this was a special once in a lifetime memory and this was the disrespect and embarrassment we received and we had friends and family to come from out of town but you live and you learn but something will be done because no one should have to experience that at no time when your spending over a thousand dollars wrong event and definitely the wrong person read more

My brother in law booked a party bus for us for our wedding on 08/12. The communication leading up to it was awful. I reached out to confirm pickup/drop off times and they said they didn't have our bus in the system. I had been texting someone previously that was confirming all of the details. after finally sorting it out (a week before our wedding) I THOUGHT it was good to go. On the day of my wedding, buses were supposed to arrive at 2:15, 2:45, and 3:15. At 1:58, my brother in law got a call that the first bus would be 15 minutes late. There was no further communication and the first bus showed up at 3:10. My wedding ceremony was at 3:30, so guests had to Uber or drive which was so frustrating for them to deal with. I was stressing the day of my weddding because of this. The buses were fine on the way back but the drive was at least 30 minutes and it was supposed to only take 15. During the ride, the driver got out and walked around the bus for something. We don't know what. I work in the industry and will never recommend this company. read more

Let me preface this by saying we had a wonderful time during our limo expedition. Communications were friendly and expeditious. Mike, who made our reservation, was quick to answer any questions I had. Our ride was the Pink Hummer. Unfortunately the vehicle was not in the condition that I expected. There was rust along the ENTIRE length of the vehicle on the driver side. On the same side, there was a hole where the door handle had been 'ripped off' according to our driver. When he opened the door on the other side, the black carpet had visible debris(looked like it hadn't been vacuumed), floor molding was loose in places and there was duct tape on the upholstery. So....if you are looking for a vehicle in pristine condition, this is NOT it! The photos on their website are misleading. We were being driven to a concert, but had this been a wedding/prom/anniversary type event, where the car had been used in photos, I would have been horrified! read more

Our daughter's sweet 16 party was a huge success thanks to Coastal Limo. Keven was a very capable, caring, friendly, and responsible driver. He met us early at the scheduled pick up and was always on time for scheduled stops that I organized for the night. At every stop he took a head count and communicated with us by text. He really made the night enjoyable for 14 teenagers and the two host parents. The party bus was clean and up to date with a bluetooth sound system. I will highly recommend your company and will hope to hire in the future if an occasion arises! I would not recommend this company for a party bus. I booked a party bus for my daughters wedding two weeks ago and the party bus not only broke down but we were switched to a party bus with no AC and radio. The Bridal party was picked up at the church on the way to the reception and the driver asked the groomsman if he knew anything about a belt? Really so we had to be diverted to a storage location to be placed on an outdated party bus with no AC and working radio that smelled horrible. I reached out to the owner and asked for some sort of credit and was advised that he did the job. Why was the Bus not inspected prior to the wedding or prepared? Booked them for shuttle service from 2-3:30 pm and 8:00-10:00 pm, paid for the entire 8 hours (over $1500) for my sister in laws wedding. I got a call at 1:58 saying they would be 15 minutes late. That was fine because the first shuttle from the hotel was set to leave at 2:30. 2:30 came and went and no bus and no communication. 2:45 we were told they'd be there at 3. Now the wedding started at 3:30 and there were supposed to be 2 shuttles. People ended up driving and Ubering to the venue instead. The bus finally got there at 3:10 and 10-12 people rode to the venue. The point was for people to not have to drive but most guests drove there and back. I asked them to take people back to their cars in the morning as a courtesy and they said they couldn't do it till lunchtime so we just did it ourselves. It's been 3 days now and I haven't gotten a response from anyone or anyone to reach out and to even apologize. They said the original bus broke down but that seems to be too common of an excuse for a company that's sole purpose is to provide reliable transportation. Save your money and look somewhere else, this company is more expensive than anyone else and much less reliable and responsive. read more

I booked a last minute private people carrier for a BUNCH of my family for a funeral procession. For a VERY well respected and loved public servant, and I CAN NOT say enough great things about our experience. My Uncle was a Captain for the Norfolk Fire Department and we needed a way, without having to drive about 20 of us, LAST MINUTE. And they helped!!! I reserved a limousine with COASTAL LIMOUSINES of Virginia beach for my daughter's 8th birthday party. I was forced to cancel her party due to the coronavirus outbreak. When I called and asked for a refund I was told that I would not be able to get the $580 that I gave them. When I explained to Brandi that the situation was out of my hands, her response to me was "even if I was going to give you a refund I can't right now because the processing system is closed". She told me that I had one year to use the reservation. At this point I just want my money back because her birthday is long gone and because of this pandemic both of my kids have been removed from school for the remainder of the school year. That money can be used to provide food for them during this time, and not to mention that one of my kids have special needs. There is no where in the contract that says refunds are not given due to world pandemic. I am disappointed that this company would take advantage of people during a time such as this. I will be taking legal action because I am taking them to small claims court. Start the night out right with the sweetest ride in town! Coastal limos really took care of all my girls for an amazing Bachelorette party. We were lucky enough to score the Pink Hummer limo at a good price. Our driver, Bunky, arrived right on time and was professional and handled our crazy bunch with finesse. Bonus points for having the car all warm and toasty for us on a 30 degree night with us buzzing around in our club gear. He helped us all in and we hooked up our tunes from the iphone in the back and got the party started. I can't thank them enough. Kristy was horrible to deal with and I felt like I was talking to a toddler not the manager of company. We paid for a bus for a concert that got cancelled because of a hurricane, something that is completely out of anyone's control. They refused to refund us our money and instead gave us a year to rebook. We rebooked and got confirmation months in advance and made travel arrangements with multiple people for the weekend we had booked. A week out I called and they told us that they double booked and that they could no longer accommodate us, and told us we could use their services another weekend. After telling them we had multiple people traveling from out of town and had this weekend confirmed with them they told us there was nothing that they could do and still refused to refund us our money even though they cancelled on us. I keep seeing reviews about Coastal/757Party Bus being the same company. But, at the end of the day the delivered as promised. I rented the Executive Bus for my husbands 50th b-day party (Sept 1, 2018) so our family and friends wouldn't have to drive. They showed up on time, the driver was very nice, the bus was clean, everything worked. The coolers were stocked with ice. The bus had wifi for music. I rented the bus for about 6 hours and it cost over $1,000 but it was worth it. We live in Suffolk and the party was in Virginia Beach, the driver made 2 trips with no complaints. My families safety was most important and they delivered safe carefree transportation. I was so satisfied that, even though the gratuity was included in the cost, I gave the driver a hefty additional tip because she was so awesome... The next time I need transportation services I will definetly call you again. WARNING HORRIBLE COMPANY We rented this service for our son's and a group of his friends prom this past may and I WOULD NOT recommend them. First of all we had problems with the fact we were supposed to get money refunded back due to the problems which NEVER happened. When I called about it this was argued and denied. On the day of prom, they showed up with a total different vehicle which didnt hv the music system that was needed which the kids had spent hours creating their night of music and most importantly the vehicle was NOT clean (inside and out) and certainly not the one we paid for. When I called I was told that it had been cleaned BY A PROFESSIONAL DETAILER-NOT . I guess their version of clean is Sticky old grime on the interior like drinks had spilt, dirty plastic cups, small pieces of wrappers and dirt everywhere , torn seats, moldy smell and ripped carpet.
