Service was absolutely amazing. Found this through Facebook and went to celebrate my friend's birthday. The food was absolutely incredible. Started off with appetizer, salad, palate cleanser (no picture), entree and dessert. Loved the ambiance, the decor, and everything about it, would def want to go again and see the different shows they have to offer!

From the food to the incredible magician Jade, our family had the best time celebrating my husband's birthday. This wasn't our first visit, but it was definitely our best. Jade was personable and truly talented, such a highlight of the night. She even kept our teens engaged the whole time--that says a lot! We'll absolutely be back.

Amazing experience! My friend and I went for our belated birthday celebration. They open the doors at 6p. The dubbing room had an elegant and cozy atmosphere. The servers were friendly and energetic. Every course of the meal was delicious. We got the veggie lasagna and prime rib. Portions were generous with plenty for leftovers. The wine bottle prices are reasonable. The magician was entertaining. I would definitely go again.

Outstanding experience from start to finish. The high quality food is full of bold and well-balanced flavors. What really sets this place apart is the magic show included with the meal!

What a great and unique dining AND magic show experience. I surprised my husband and took him here for his 52nd bday. He was soooo happy and he can't wait to go back for their Halloween dinner which per the ladies that work there is super specials. Now, it's not cheap by any means. BUT, look for their coupons online for some great savings. Prime Rib was a 10!' Staff was super friendly too.

We had a group of 6 grab tickets for the Manifestations show at Mystique Dining that celebrates the works of Edgar Allen Poe. It was a very intimate setting for about 20 people total and included a 5 course meal as well as a magic show. Expect the experience to last about 2.5 hours. The dinner was excellent and included a bacon-wrapped fig app, a salad, a sorbet palate cleanser, main course, and a dessert. I was impressed with the food and the generous portion of the main dish. I had the prime rib which was enormous and had a flavorful crust. Dave Cox was the magician for the night and there was lots of audience participation. He was fantastic! In terms of value the whole experience was around $125-150 per person which I felt was fair for dinner and a show.

The meal was delicious, the hosts were all very professional, and the magician's sleight of hand was quick. I've got to say I was there for the Easter Dinner, and it was as tasty as I knew it was going to be having been there a few times now. I had the Mac and cheese and it was everything I wanted it to be. The lamb was delicious, charred to perfection. The Cornish hen was just the right size. And the lobster tail was supple. Having a 5 course meal is definitely a treat, especially because someone who knows how to season it is preparing it. Very glad to see the food hasn't changed tastes.

I'm big on reading reviews before I go somewhere and I definitely was not disappointed. We learned there are different themes depending on the season (Jan-Aug is normal decor, Sept and Oct is Halloween and Nov and Dec is Christmas). I recommend the Mac and cheese. It's truly so delicious and did not disappoint. My husband and I got prime rib but will be getting the Mac and cheese next time. You get to enjoy all the food first and then get to participate in a show after.

This was such a pleasant surprise. Nestled in Old Folsom this little gem offers amazing food in a quaint setting which holds a maximum of 18 people on a long table. The wait staff is amazing, so attentive yet not hovering. So nice you have assigned seating in this relaxing room. Have to say the Chef is a genius, love the meal being served in courses with each plate carefully prepared. The sauces and dressing described, along with any special nuance shared as the plate is served. Each course compliments the previous one. Just as you think it couldn't get any better, along comes dessert. WOW! At the end George Tovar comes out and works his magic- great ending to a lovely meal.

A Magical Night at Mystique! We had an absolutely great time at Mystique. From start to finish, everything exceeded expectations. The prime rib? Enormous and perfectly cooked--honestly one of the best we've had in a long time. The service was impeccable--attentive, friendly, and totally on point all evening. And the show? Simply wonderful. George is such a talented act! His performance was the perfect mix of mind-blowing magic, humor, and charisma. You can tell he's a seasoned pro, and he had the entire room completely captivated. If you're looking for a unique night out with great food, flawless service, and world-class entertainment, Mystique delivers. We'll definitely be back!

My wife and I celebrated our six-year anniversary at Mystique Dining, and it was truly an unforgettable experience! We attended the "Manifestations" event, a stunning tribute to Edgar Allan Poe, and they absolutely nailed the ambiance, service, and entertainment. Ambiance: The atmosphere was incredible and felt like stepping straight into a gothic fantasy. They transformed the space into a beautifully eerie tribute, with gothic chandeliers, velvet walls, and even a coffin in the decor! Each detail, from the tombstone humor on the walls to the spooky low lighting and centerpieces, added to the vibe. The only drawback was the small waiting area, which could use more seating. But once inside, we were completely immersed in the ambiance, even enjoying a spooky dry ice effect on our apple appetizer. Overall, 5/5 stars - a stunning setting with an attention to detail that made the night feel special. Service: Top-notch. Our server, Monica, was fantastic: sweet, funny, and skillfully managed the event on her own. She timed each course perfectly, and between courses, we were treated to Poe readings from a floating head illusion. Her presence made it feel intimate and well-orchestrated, adding a lot to the evening. 5/5 stars. Food: The five-course meal exceeded our expectations. We expected the focus to be on entertainment, but the food was genuinely excellent. My wife, who only eats poultry and seafood, opted for the vegetarian lasagna, which was delicious, and a shrimp cocktail to start. I had the stuffed mushrooms (amazing!) and the gourmet mac and cheese - truly perfect comfort food for a vegetarian. The meal was rounded out with a fresh salad, palate cleanser, and a rich turtle cheesecake for dessert. Both of us were surprised by how delicious everything was; easily one of the best meals we've had in a while. 5/5 stars! Magic Show: The magic show was the cherry on top! David Parr performed, bringing a mix of humor, charm, and surprising tricks. We loved the interactive feel, and while the show had a playful, cheesy side, it was well-done and fun for all. There's a chance to participate if you're open to it (I may or may not have nearly broken a Pez dispenser - David, my apologies!). The intimate setup made the experience feel like a cozy gathering with friends. 5/5 stars. Overall, Mystique Dining provided an incredible anniversary night. We left with full hearts, full stomachs, and great memories. We spent $300 including tip, which felt like a steal for such an immersive experience. If you love interactive dining, this is a MUST-try! 5/5 stars!

I had a great time! Can't wait to go back. When you walk in you're swept away into another time with decor and overall ambiance. Each part of the meal was delicious. I do wish I could pick a meal day of but understand with the size of the space the Pre-order is beneficial. Service was quick and friendly.

Great food! Great staff! Great performances! We went for a friends bachelor party at the start of June with David Goldrake and he was so interactive with the guests. He made an effort to learn everyone's names and give everybody a chance to assist in a few tricks. Great experience overall!

After walking in and being greeted by the front desk, we had mentioned that this is our first time here and that we had already purchased tickets. The guy at the front counter scanned my QR Code and then printed tickets for us. Being that this was our first time here, he then proceeded to tell us that we could either order food at the bar or from the QR Code at our seats and then the food would be delivered. We got to our seat after walking a little bit and then when we walked into the Theater let me tell you that the place is VERY Clean and that as we sat down I realized that the seat was comortable and it reclined. We then ordered Popcorn and a Medium Sized Drink and after about 5 or 6 minutes the Popcorn came in with the Medium sized drink and let me tell you that the Popcorn was very salty and there wasnt alot of butter. The Mr Pibb on the other hand was great but the price of $28 for the Popcorn and the Drink was WAY too much. I normally dont spend that when I get a Popcorn and a Drink but I guess, it is, what it is. The thing I can say is that while the seats were comfortable, the movie was wonderful but the prices here are a BIT much. It's not like I wont return to watch another movie, Its just that I wont order Food, besides a Popcorn and maybe just bring my own drink. As I looked over the QR code at the food I also noticed that there was a lot of different pricing for food that I also think was a bit high. Great experience over all.

We didn't drive here for the luxury of ordering food, no. In fact, we always thought their food was mediocre and overpriced. No, we drove here because after 5 pm this was an adults only theater. No one under 21 was allowed after 5 pm. Whoever thought removing this very important perk needs to get reevaluated. That was the primary reason for us coming here, along with many others and to remove the age restrictions is a really, really dumb move and will hurt them more than help them more in the end. If anything, that's what was keeping them here as long as it did. I can also complain about their ridiculous food pricing, but that's always been an issue here. The other big issue was removing the use of the button on the seat, and forcing people to use their phones in order to order refills or more food. Seriously, you want people to open their bright phones during a movie in order to order more stuff? Are you kidding me? Do you know how disrespectful that is for other moviegoers? Who in their right mind thought this was a good idea FOR A DARK MOVIE THEATER? This place used to be a great spot for adults, but now it's a joke. Don't let the pretty lobby fool you. It was always pretty, but now the rest of the perks of this theater no longer exist. What a shame the people running this theater let it fall as far as it did.

One thing that newcomers should know is that what you see on that course menu is far from everything that you'll receive. Right off the bat, we saw oyster stations set up and they brought us FIVE different appetizers! They were all so delicious but standouts were the beef tartare mini tacos and halibut ceviche. This was followed by an amusebouche, fresh bread, course 1 and 2, an intermission of an oyster trio, course 3 and 4, and SIX desserts!! Wow we were so full after four hours of nonstop deliciousness. The fun part about this place is you can order seconds (or more..good luck finding that at another Michelin) but you truly don't even need it, so don't go too crazy and only request the additional servings on the ones you REALLY love (one time we ordered the gnocchi plate three times). Chef Kelly and Chef Gio and their entire team make this such a memorable meal. We are so lucky to have this Michelin experience here in our own backyard, and it's still our favorite to this day. Then it was Act II with Fines Herbes "Gnudi" and Spiced Butter Basted Lamb Loin. Finally, concluding with "Chloe" as dessert, along with an array of other desserts. Needless to say, all the dishes were delicious, my favorite was the Alaskan Halibut. All the desserts were great as well, but that might be my biased sweet tooth. The Miscellaneous The Kitchen is one of the more unique restaurants I've dined at. With its open kitchen concept, it reminds me of Omakase and, by contrast, of my college dining hall. The restaurant can house many guests, and it took a bit of time to seat everyone. The staff were professional and courteous, guiding the guests throughout the dining experience. The chefs were enthusiastic and encouraged everyone to explore the restaurant. All in all, it was a wonderful dining experience. The only nitpick I have is probably the transparency of their drinks. But otherwise, would definitely recommend the unique dining experience.
