The owners, Jeannette and Terry, are knowledgeable on the goods they sell, as well as informed on the artists who've created them...they're happy to help you find the perfect present. Worse, three times ... that's three times, I have ordered something to be picked up, then find out later it is unavailable. Their inventory might say 6 in stock, or 10 in stock, but after payment info and hitting submit ... Later I get a text saying it's out of stock or unavailable. I went one time to find out what is going on and they said the items were recently moved to storage, even though it was a seasonal thing and definitely the season was not over. I'm going to the location next time I'm close by and let them watch me uninstall my TSC App. I will never do business with them again. Never. But I doubt they care. Especially if it's the wrong time of the month.
