A few days later, found out my cousin was having a day party nearby but around the same time. Decided to reschedule the appointment for an earlier time but there were no more Saturday appointments available. I called the office to make sure this was the case, which it was, so informed the host that we would be running late. First off, there is no signage off Westheimer to let you know this location is here. I ride across the entire shopping center to get to it. The parking is tight and very sparse. Don't let anyone double park and take up precious space. The inside is very tiny. Not much of a waiting room at all, so if you're taking someone here and waiting for them, you might as well go somewhere else because its limited. I however, was working remotely, so I didn't have time to travel somewhere else to setup my station but in hindsight, I think I should have because there was no WiFi available so setting up my hotspot to work and making space on the available table to work was probably the same amount of time to go somewhere else. Although they finished examinng my Mom in record time, I really think they were rushing to leave because how you going to dilate someone and forget to give them the glasses??? I think my Mom was taken by surprise from them telling her she hadn't met her deductible and would be paying more to go through her insurance but still I think they rushed us out the door. The keys were even in the door as we left but maybe that was because I still was working about 10 minutes after they closed out her payment. I had work to do, so go disinfect rooms before you close, but while I was working, I noticed the nauseting smell of disinfectant fumigating a room. If that's the only disinfecting you're doing, we're in trouble. This Dr. my Mom went to was mine as well, but Ive been feeling like she may be leaving soon or the company is changing that is reducing her hours, so I'll be looking for a new Optician this summer. Memorial Eye is expensive and just not what they use to be, which was friendly and cost effecient a decade ago when I found them. I can pay less and go down the street near my home and probably get the same service.

Unfortunately, my most recent visit was a completely different experience. In the past, wait times were minimal. This time, I waited over 30 minutes in an extremely cold exam room. The temperature was unbearable, it felt like a refrigerator. I had a sweater on and was still uncomfortable. Later, the doctor mentioned that the AC was broken and moved us to a different room with a space heater. If the AC issue was known, patients should not have been left sitting in those conditions for that long. The doctor I saw was new to me, and the interaction was disappointing. During the vision test, when asked which image was clearer, I explained that both appeared blurry and I couldn't see the letter well enough to determine which was better. Instead of working with that feedback, she repeatedly insisted I choose one based on brightness. Since neither looked clearer, I eventually gave a random answer just to move forward. It did not feel like my input was being heard or taken seriously. That was how the whole exam went. When I asked questions, they were brushed aside. The overall tone felt dismissive and condescending, which made me uncomfortable. As a result, I did not feel confident filling my prescription there. I have valued this location for years, which makes this experience even more disappointing. Based on this visit, I will not be returning.

I was seen in January and was told they would be filing with my insurance and as of 3/30 they still have yet to file with my insurance because they know what they are doing is fraud. when I called from a different number they were mad that I got through and told me that Bob (really aggressive office manager or some other title that makes him feel like a big guy) told them not to talk to me. Bob is the same person who yelled at me when I questioned the boxes of sample contacts, called me a liar, and instructed his staff to no longer help me. I guarantee the physician has no idea what is going on in her practice. Really shady business practices all around and clear fraud/theft.

Until now, we have always had positive experiences which makes this situation especially disappointing. A few days ago, my oldest daughter had an eye exam, and her prescription changed. We purchased a new pair of frames and lenses, and we also paid $299 to have the lenses updated in her current glasses. Shortly afterward, we received a call from the front office informing us that her existing frames had broken while the staff was replacing the lenses. We were then offered a $100 credit toward the purchase of new frames. Frankly, I was surprised that Innovision did not feel responsible for replacing the frames that were broken while in their care. We were told that because the frames were five years old, they broke during the lens replacement process and that the office cannot be held responsible they said, "this just happens sometimes." While we understand that older frames may carry some risk, those glasses were my daughter's favorite pair and originally cost $250. They were entrusted to be handled with care. We believe it is unreasonable for us to bear the loss when the damage occurred during that process. My husband explained that we were not interested in accepting the $100 credit and instead requested a refund of the $299 for the lenses along with replacing the frames they broke. They agreed to refund $299 for the lenses but declined replacing the broken frames. As a result, we are now left with neither the original frames nor the new lenses. After years of being loyal patients, we expected better customer service and accountability. This experience has been extremely disappointing. Unfortunately, because of how this situation has been handled, we have decided that our family will no longer be returning as patients Standing behind your work and taking responsibility when a customer's property is damaged goes a long way toward maintaining trust and goodwill.

We ordered 3 pairs of glasses and all of them had issues. My glasses took 3 weeks to come back from the lab. Together with the glasses I was given back the original little bag with the original parts needed for the assembly of the glasses. I was told " these are extra parts, not needed ".After two weeks of using my glasses the screws and temples staring falling a part. I realized the lab didn't use the T plastic and metal washers that were included with the Gucci frame. They sent them back to the lab and I patiently waited for 3 more weeks. This time the glasses came back with the lenses cut in a different shape. They sent them back to the lab again. After 3 more weeks the glasses came back in worse condition. The frame was damaged and the original parts were never put in place. The store replaced my frame with the same exact one they had in their showcase but they couldn't put the original parts in the new frame because the wholes in the new lenses were made smaller than it was clearly described in the instructions that came with the frame. So they put some random washers than while l was trying them on they popped in my face and again 9 weeks of waiting time served nothing. Its true they returned my money back and replaced the frame trying to cover up for the unprofessional work of their lab but at the end of the day l waited 9 weeks and l never got my glasses done. In the case of my husband both pairs of glasses didn't work. For the first pair he waited 3 weeks to come back from the lab. He couldn't see well from one eye so they sent them back to the lab for 3 more weeks. When they came back the lenses were different colors from each other. Pictures are attached. The glasses were resent back to the lab for 3 more weeks. This makes it 9 weeks and after all we thought it will be okay but we were wrong. After two weeks while in a business trip abroad one of his lenses fell on the floor and the screw was lost. He spent the whole afternoon looking for a place to repair them and ended up replacing the gold color screw with a black random one. His second pair of glasses is not working well too but we are afraid to go back to fix them because all the time something worse happens. So we call our experiences A NIGHTMARE. Absolutely the worst service ever. We don't recommend the business.
