I enjoyed my visit to Today's Vision. I was shocked to see some of the neutral/not so good reviews, but I understand that everyone has different experiences. Had to switch insurance plans across the board, which I wasn't too pleased about but anyway. I don't wear glasses, I see very well. But I felt it was necessary to get my eyes checked. In the past I've had a very small prescription to help with the light from screens. I was greeted upon entering which was greatly appreciated. Dr. Tran was SO kind! She's funny too, haha. Visitors could enjoy water and coffee while waiting to be called in for their appointments- nice perk. I love the smallness of this place and the great customer service, stop by!! read more

When we walked in they gave us warm welcome and the process to check in was fast and simple. They asked if I need the machine elevated or lowers to my eyes showing that they really care about there customer. The Doc took her time explaining what I had with my eyes and helped me understand. I've been happily having my eye check ups here for a few years and every time it has been amazing!! Dr actually saved my eye and for that I am so grateful. I had a corneal abrasion/ulcer and I could have lost my vision. The pain was crazy, I could not even open my eye. It was scary. They got me in very quick and the male doctor immediately knew what it was, prescribed the eye drops I needed, and I began crying due to how fast it helped. We cannot take our vision for granted! I couldn't use my new progressive glasses. Upon returning for a repeat exam the glasses were worse than before. Made an appointment with another specialist and received the best service and respect. The prescription on my glasses were reversed is the reason I couldn't see/used them. I'm ecstatic I sought treatment elsewhere. The moral of the story, YOU ARE your Own best ADVOCATE. read more

Was advise that they accept walk in on the door. On Monday after by dentist appointment next door i thought i would just go walk in. I was quickly informed they were not accepting walkings and i wouod need an appointment. They were very short with me. But i over looked it. Should have taken as a sign. I Was late to appointment, I should have called but because they stated accepted walk-in i figured I would just sign up for walk in. As I was explaining to one Josslyn that I was late due to work, could i just be a walkin. i believe her name is Cassandra or cassidy stated you late, our policy is that you reschedule. I said but you guys accept walkins right. Cassadra goes not today. I left and cancelled my som appt this afternoon bc they were just too rude. I came to start my review in the car.... forgot their names. Went back in for their names. Josslyn told me hers and of coarse Cassandra continue with the rudeness telling me "why do you need my name" Like she wasn't working as a receptionist at a doctor office or in any customer service role. I said because I didnt get it when I came in. She refuse. I asked for the office manager She stated it was the doctor who was busy I agreed to wait. After 5 min or so, she says her name, I said thanks for wasting my time She said "YOU ARE WELCOME" ! I would love to speak with the doctor about her office. Shameful customer experience. read more

My appointment was scheduled today at 3pm and they doubled booked the same time with another person. I waited 25 minutes to be seen still. I was called first to the back and was in the middle of the exam when the other person started complaining on the time he was waiting and they decided to accommodate him and move me to another room IN THE MIDDLE OF MY EXAM. I am so upset on how they handled this situation. Come to find out the other person appointment was really at 3:20pm and they still decided to see him first. I left and canceled my appointment. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. Highly disappointed. read more

Just terrible. Paid for glassses that I was told would be in a week later. Two weeks to the day and still no glasses. They keep pushing out the estimated ship date and telling me they will call me back but never call back. These folks are liars. Doctor claims to be with patients so she can't come out and sort things out. If I had known they were so unprepared and unprofessional I never would've ordered glasses with them. Just came in to pick up a new prescription of glasses, waited a week and a half not too long. Tried them on and I can't see at all. Turns out they completely got the wrong prescription and just told me to wait another week and a half, I'm not going to rate one star because the test was really smooth and no problems and the store is pretty nice. But just order the right things please. read more

The staff here is very friendly and helpful. I requested an appointment online on Monday and not even 30 min later I received a call to schedule the appointment. They were very nice over the phone and even after I mentioned I might be running late, they said it was not a problem. When I got there, I was greeted and soon set up to fill out paper work on the computer (very easy) and did not wait at all to be seen. Patty took some pictures of my eyes and when she checked my glasses she actually cleaned them and it was so nice of her (they were super gross)! The doctor was incredibly nice and knowledgeable during the eye exam. Once it was time to pick my glasses (the part I hate because I can't make decisions), Patty was awesome. She helped me try on different frames and was patient even through my picky ways. She listened to what I like and didn't like and helped me pick glasses I really liked. I really enjoyed my experience and will recommend to family and friends in the area. read more

I stopped in at Today's Vision in the new Kroger shopping center on 99. My eyeglass frames were so messed up after sleeping in them. I hadn't bought them there, but they were SO nice about adjusting them for free. The doctor herself worked on them. It seems like a really nice place to do business. read more

I've recently visited Vision Today and was very pleased with my experience. The facility is very clean and up to date. We walked in on a whim just to look at the frames they had in store. The receptionist (i don't remember her name) was very nice, and let us know that they had an opening if we were interested in being seen then. It was myself and one other person. I believe we came in on their break so we just had to wait like 15 minutes to be seen, which is fine. They have a comfy waiting area, coffee and water. The Dr. was very friendly and professional. I personally found a pair of woman's frames that i loved fairly quickly. The whole process was quick and easy, i received my glasses in less than a week! Thank you Vision Today. read more

Today I was able to get both of my children seen here. All of the staff were professional and friendly. The doctor was knowledgeable and provided detailed information in regards to what was going on in each phase of the assessment. I look forward to visiting this location for my own personal appointment later this week. I highly recommend coming if you're close to this location! read more

i always been satisfied with today's vision and normally go to the Fry Road, Katy TX location. So I decided to go to this location on grand Morton since it closer from my house. The first I noticed when I came in was the front desk people were not friendly! I came on Saturday on May 25, 2019 in the morning and not one of the 3 ladies greeted me. Their face look very mad and acted like they did not want to be there. On the disclosure, it said my eyes were going to get dilated. However when I saw the male Asian eye doctor, he seemed like he was a rush. Unlike the other today's vision, he didn't take the time to look at my eye or they didn't even dilate my eye to make sure my eye was okay. So what i am paying for? What i a rip off! I was so upset. I hope whoever the office manager will call me. I left a message to their Facebook page but nobody had responded as of yet!!! And also they charge 20% more for the price of contacts compared to other today's vision! read more

Today was my first eye exam in years and I felt very comfortable with the staff today. Dr. Tran was very upbeat, fun and patient with me and not once did I feel uncertain about the procedures nor my treatment. They are all very kind and patient! I can't wait to get my glasses! I will definitely be back for future eye exams! read more
