I left a five star review for this business before the ownership changed. This time my husband and…read moreI are very disappointed with the service. We ordered 3 pairs of glasses and all of them had issues. My glasses took 3 weeks to come back from the lab. Together with the glasses I was given back the original little bag with the original parts needed for the assembly of the glasses. I was told " these are extra parts, not needed ".After two weeks of using my glasses the screws and temples staring falling a part. I realized the lab didn't use the T plastic and metal washers that were included with the Gucci frame. They sent them back to the lab and I patiently waited for 3 more weeks. This time the glasses came back with the lenses cut in a different shape. They sent them back to the lab again. After 3 more weeks the glasses came back in worse condition. The frame was damaged and the original parts were never put in place. The store replaced my frame with the same exact one they had in their showcase but they couldn't put the original parts in the new frame because the wholes in the new lenses were made smaller than it was clearly described in the instructions that came with the frame. So they put some random washers than while l was trying them on they popped in my face and again 9 weeks of waiting time served nothing. Its true they returned my money back and replaced the frame trying to cover up for the unprofessional work of their lab but at the end of the day l waited 9 weeks and l never got my glasses done. In the case of my husband both pairs of glasses didn't work. For the first pair he waited 3 weeks to come back from the lab. He couldn't see well from one eye so they sent them back to the lab for 3 more weeks. When they came back the lenses were different colors from each other. Pictures are attached. The glasses were resent back to the lab for 3 more weeks. This makes it 9 weeks and after all we thought it will be okay but we were wrong. After two weeks while in a business trip abroad one of his lenses fell on the floor and the screw was lost. He spent the whole afternoon looking for a place to repair them and ended up replacing the gold color screw with a black random one. His second pair of glasses is not working well too but we are afraid to go back to fix them because all the time something worse happens. So we call our experiences A NIGHTMARE. Absolutely the worst service ever. We don't recommend the business.

I cannot possibly say enough good things about Dr. Pham. Our family is in the medical profession…read moreand we also understand the ins and outs of running a medical facility. Speaking as a patient, Dr. Pham is hands down the best eye doctor I have ever seen. Her attention to every detail is unparalleled. She is beyond thorough. She takes all the time that my case needs to be addressed and does follow up visits to assess my progress and tweak the treatment til I achieve the best possible vision for me. I am a tough case because I had RK surgery in the late 80's. Another optometrist I saw recently incorrectly told me I was developing glaucoma in a rushed 15 minute visit! Fortunately I was told to do a follow up with Dr. Pham. She performed countless tests on me and got to the absolute best option to correct my vision. Her office has some state of the art medical equipment as well. Turned out the "developing glaucoma" diagnosis wasn't accurate. Whew! Dr. Pham is incredibly knowledgeable, thorough and detailed. She does a great job explaining all the nuances of my particular diagnosis. She took the time to personally show me how insert and take care of my lenses. I have never been rushed during a visit and all my visits have started promptly. She even opened her office, came in and saw me on her day off once! Honestly she is just amazing. I drive 45 minutes each way to see her and she will be my ONLY eye doctor unless she has to send me to a specialist at some point. Katy TX, you guys are SO LUCKY to have her in your neighborhood. Side note - Hubby and I make an afternoon of my visits there and pair my vision appointment with a visit to Pane e Vino for a great lunch as well. Their food in excellent!

I remembered clearly calling my childhood best friend, Dr. Sang Pham of Eye Max Vision Source for help. She came down and examined me multiple times. She was the one who demanded more testings to be done. She pretty much put me at the top of her list to make sure I was getting the care I needed. She advocated for me until I received the proper care. After so many specialized dr visits, nothing worked. I finally went to my chiropractor and she was able to managed my migraines with medical massages every other week. This treatment was better than taking oral medication which caused me to sleep and wake up with a headache. Recently, I went in for my annual eye exam with Dr. Sang and she has introduced me to Neurolens. It's a quick eye exam. Apparently my eyes are misaligned and this maybe a huge factor why I am getting migraines. I have been wearing these special glasses that has contoured prism in the lens. It took about a week to adjust but now more than a month in--my headaches/migraines has reduced tremendously. Thank you for taking care of me! I highly recommend Dr. Sang! She is very attentive and thorough.

Dr. Jennifer Bui, is a POS optometrist and business owner! I came in to order contacts and I…read morerequested a trial pair to wear while I waited for my order to arrive. They told me it would take 3 weeks for them to arrive, which is ridiculously too long for a contact lens order. I've gotten them within 5-7 days with major retailers. She then tells me that she would give me a trial until my order arrived and when my lenses arrive that she would open up my order and replace her trial pair (free contacts given to offices by optical businesses) with my newly purchased contacts. This business is so shady and full of crap. I requested a full refund immediately! There's no way you're taking items out of my order to replace something that was given to you for free. PLEASE STAY AWAY from this business! Go to a well-known optical retailer for the best service.

TLDR; go somewhere else. - I've never had a worse service…read moreexperience, and I frequent authentic Chinese restaurants. - They're not honest with timelines or services. (I waited over a month, even though I was told a week) - Never calls you of their own volition for any updates unless it's to ask for more money. - They really just only care about getting your money and have no professionalism whatsoever. I read the reviews after making an appointment and thought, it can't be that bad. Let me tell you, boy I was wrong. The initial appointment wasn't all terrible, they had me fill out a form that was pretty long, which I did. They then proceeded to ask me the same questions again even with my form right in front of her. I came in at opening for a 9 am appointment, but they did not open the store until 9:12, and just an eye exam (no dilation) took until 10. I had another appointment and decided to come back the next day to pick out my glasses. I was a walk-in, so understandably it took them a bit of time before they had time for me. I told Bui that I simply wanted a pair of backup glasses, so just the basic lenses with a blue light filter will do. For the next 30 minutes, she explains to me that I should be getting anti-reflective, polycarbonate.. all the expensive upgrades. To be polite, I sat through it and listened even though I clearly said that it was okay and that I just wanted the basics. After I declined her many times, she reluctantly reassures me that the simple basic lenses with the blue light filter were possible and that they should be done by next week. All good, I pay and walk out. The following week, when my glasses were supposed to be done, I get a call saying that my glasses cannot be done by the lab and that I had to pay double or triple the amount I initially paid to get the blue light filter. I say no, I was told that it was possible, so I'm not paying extra for a mistake they made. I'd like to cancel instead. They tell me no, that the order has already been made, so I'm not allowed to cancel. They tell me they'll call me back to see what they can do. I never get a callback, so I called them the next day to get an update. They tell me that they were able to get it in-house done next week, so I said okay fine. Two weeks later. Nothing. I had to call them to get an update, and they said the lenses just got shipped. I thought the order was already made. Why are they only getting shipped three weeks later? They dodge my question and assure me that it would be ready by the end of that week (it was already Wednesday.) What about my blue light filter? Did they find another lab? No. They were still doing the blue light filter in-house, and the solution would arrive in two days, but it will still be done by the end of that week. I'm not sure if they're not able to do basic math or whether they're just purposely lying at this point, but spoiler alert it was not done that week. I had to call my insurance company to let them know of the issue and they had to track down my glasses for me. I never once got a call updating me that my glasses were ready. You should find somewhere else.
